I've never seen such a friendly and helpful staff at any hotel in my life. The hotel was wonderful, the beach was magnificent, and the food was delicious and varied. Everything was perfect, and the animation team was incredibly energetic. Highly recommended, especially for families and newlyweds. It deserves more than 5 stars. I hope we'll be back soon with a larger group.

The hotel facilities and lounge areas are beautifully designed and very well maintained. You feel welcome and relaxed from the very first moment.

• Breakfast: Good, but unfortunately lacking variety as the options were almost the same every day.
• Lunch & Dinner: Excellent – delicious, fresh, and different dishes served daily.
• Bars: Everything was well organized, offering great and tasty cocktails.
Beach & Extras (3/5)
The beach crêpes were tasty, but only one staff member was preparing them, which led to long waiting times (10–15 minutes). With two staff members, the service could be much smoother.
Transport & Organization (3/5)
Ordering taxis through the hotel, especially on Fridays, was inconvenient since they had to be booked at least one hour in advance. Tip for future guests: better book taxis on weekends directly yourself, not through the hotel.
Entertainment & Activities (3/5)
• Daytime: Very nice and enjoyable activities with a lot of variety.
• Evening: Mostly dancing shows – more diversity would have been appreciated.
• Fridays: The entertainment team took a well-deserved break, which is understandable, but it would have been nice to at least have some music around the pool. Without it, Fridays felt a bit quiet unless going out to Faliraki.
Wi-Fi (2/5)
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was weak and unstable in several areas of the hotel. For a 4-star resort, this could be improved significantly.

We just returned from an amazing stay here! First, the staff was extraordinary. I feel like I left some friends behind. Michael and Elizabeth were exemplary and always helped us out. The lady who serviced our room was wonderful and cheery every time we saw her, and every day our room was perfectly refreshed.
The food was excellent! In particular, we enjoyed the Seafood and Greek nights. The variety was always plentiful from desserts to fruits, and this was for every meal. And the coffee machines are outstanding and totally convenient, even in the rooms. And Katerina in the dining room was especially wonderful to see every morning! She is always cheery, and happy to promptly take care of anything you need.
The beach area is beautiful with plenty of space for everyone. Plus we saw amazing sunrises. The nightly entertainment is very lively with great variety.
Beware though that the elevators are small and often delayed. The air conditioning at times struggled to keep our room cool enough, but was just sufficient to be comfortable. If you enjoy ice in your drinks, you will have to request it from a bar. All of the sodas in Rhodes lack proper carbonation if you are accustomed to sodas in the USA.

Very nice place. We spent there whole week. Service Team helpful and kind. Delicious meals and drinks. Everyday different meals to choose from. Cleaning service invisible:) but very effective. I recommend this place and whole Rhodes Island.

Everything was great, the hotel is so nice, the food was very delicious and the staff were very friendly , kind and helpful.
It is a little far from the center but that is fine you can take a taxi there.
Andrea was the best worker I had ever seen, he loves his work so much , so lovely and kind .
We had so much fun during the activities with him and his team , especially the karaoke session.
The internet is low sometimes I think it’s because of the pressure on it, I recommend to fix that problem.
I recommend you to visit after 15/6 because the water would still be cold before even though the weather is good.
Might visit this hotel another time.
