Great family friendly hotel. Staff excellent, food and drink fantastic. The pizza place during the day is brilliant. Pools were brilliant, hotel close to beach… really great place to stay with kids.

Very friendly people who works here, very welcoming. Rooms were nice and clean, with housecleaning everyday. Free water in the room, which was nice.
Very delicious and a great variation of the food. As a vegetarian, they had a lot of great options.
Also really appreciated the different pool areas, they had something for every person. Kids and families, people who enjoyed a more quiet and relaxed atmosphere and also a pool for people who enjoyed music and more.
All together - great vacation, will definitely time back.
By the way, they practically forced us to right a good review and give them 5 stars, by sitting us down at a table, telling us what to put in and to give them 5 stars. Not that i don’t mean what i wrote in my review, I just found that very odd and intrusive.

Had a really great time here with my parents and 2 kids (8&10) loved the variety of food,weather was great, few coukdy days for Oct but mostly great. Staff were nice especially Cara at reception Kids loved rhe slides, never ending ice cream and soda. Pizza down stairs were exceptional! We are home 5.weeks now and still waiting on the postcards to arrive though (posted in reception). We went out on a few days exploring. Loved lindos, Symi Island was picturesque but kids not u pressed with 5 hour round trip at all!!!! Water park was a great day out. All in all, we will definitely be back next year. 🫶

On arrival the reception team were welcoming and took us to our room. Our room was modern, clean and spacious. There are multiple pools which are also clean and there’s always sun beds available and the drinks are lovely. There was lots of variety with the food and different places to eat from throughout the day. We had a late flight on our last day and wanted to extend our check-out time and Cara and Ourania were extremely helpful with our options, they were so friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any couple, I would say it is also good for families as there were lots of young children during the time we stayed.

One redeeming thing about this place is the staff, they are fantastic, not necessarily the desk staff though.
We we always first in the restaurant, unfortunately that still meant some of the food is already cold (disgraceful). Some of the food was very good and there was always a good variety. There is a microwave to heat your food but that's seriously embarrassing for the hotel to guests needing to use it. Plates aren't kept warm like other hotel's we've been to.
Some parts of the hotel are run down. Our daughter had loads of fun in the pools. Around the pools there are lots of broken sunbeds. We found that the hotel has been put in a very strange area with nothing close to the hotel for guests to do, it's highly recommended you hire a car. My wife uses a wheelchair and although this hotel is accessible it's certainly not wheelchair friendly. We found the evening entertainment poor most nights but if you get to see the acrobat show, believe me you are in for an amazing treat! I have to thank the hotel for having these incredible guys put on their show.
We stayed for 12 nights and weren't said to leave like we are on other holidays. If you have a car I'd recommend driving to beach away from the beach near the hotel.
As for Rhodes we found it wasn't good for wheelchairs but that's just one of those things. As we hired a car we had a good drive around and I've got to say it's one of if not the most beautiful place I've been to!
