Very friendly people who works here, very welcoming. Rooms were nice and clean, with housecleaning everyday. Free water in the room, which was nice.
Very delicious and a great variation of the food. As a vegetarian, they had a lot of great options.
Also really appreciated the different pool areas, they had something for every person. Kids and families, people who enjoyed a more quiet and relaxed atmosphere and also a pool for people who enjoyed music and more.
All together - great vacation, will definitely time back.
By the way, they practically forced us to right a good review and give them 5 stars, by sitting us down at a table, telling us what to put in and to give them 5 stars. Not that i don’t mean what i wrote in my review, I just found that very odd and intrusive.

Stayed here the past week. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. It looks it from the outside but that’s as far as it goes.
Our biggest issue being that local cats are allowed to roam the restaurant during meal times.
One evening a family seated next to us had a cat repeatedly jump onto their table while they were eating & the hotel staff did nothing to stop it.
We also regularly found food to be barely warm at best & sometimes completely cold, regardless of how early or late we ate.
Only one small bar for evening drinks, unless you sit in the food court area but that is not good enough for what is supposed to be a 4 star hotel.
Evening entertainment takes place in a mock amphitheater which looks like it’s been built by a DIY enthusiast on a bad day.
The evening “shows” are acts your local club would be embarrassed to put on (apart from the dance group who were amazing).
The hotel is isolated & in a very run down area.
Just a couple of restaurants & small supermarket within a few minutes walk.
Don’t book a taxi through the hotel reception as it will cost you double than if you book it directly.
Nice pools though & the animation team work hard to provide activities during the day.

Absolutely lovely staff and we were in the newer rooms of the complex and they were lovely looks like the complex is in the process of expanding. Very little to do in the surrounding area highly recommend hiring a car. We had transport arranged for any things we wanted to do. Beach is a small walk full of stones so advise shoes or something but still stunning views!

One redeeming thing about this place is the staff, they are fantastic, not necessarily the desk staff though.
We we always first in the restaurant, unfortunately that still meant some of the food is already cold (disgraceful). Some of the food was very good and there was always a good variety. There is a microwave to heat your food but that's seriously embarrassing for the hotel to guests needing to use it. Plates aren't kept warm like other hotel's we've been to.
Some parts of the hotel are run down. Our daughter had loads of fun in the pools. Around the pools there are lots of broken sunbeds. We found that the hotel has been put in a very strange area with nothing close to the hotel for guests to do, it's highly recommended you hire a car. My wife uses a wheelchair and although this hotel is accessible it's certainly not wheelchair friendly. We found the evening entertainment poor most nights but if you get to see the acrobat show, believe me you are in for an amazing treat! I have to thank the hotel for having these incredible guys put on their show.
We stayed for 12 nights and weren't said to leave like we are on other holidays. If you have a car I'd recommend driving to beach away from the beach near the hotel.
As for Rhodes we found it wasn't good for wheelchairs but that's just one of those things. As we hired a car we had a good drive around and I've got to say it's one of if not the most beautiful place I've been to!

The facilities are nice but not what I would regard as qualifying as a 4 star hotel. There are some very friendly and helpful staff in the dining hall and reception. The Cantina and Jungle bar staff were excellent but the Blue Sea bar staff let the side down. One staff member was unable to make cocktails correctly which resulted in us having to go to the Jungle bar and bringing drinks down. Overall I would give this a 4 star rating but for the disappointing staff.
