Will not return.
The bad:
1. Staff was not friendly
2. Food is mediocre, except for the pizza
3. Only instant coffee that tastes terrible
4. The drinks are just cheap. No real coca cola or anything.
5. Gym equipment is rusty and no ac or water dispenser.
6. Room cleaning is not very thorough. No proper mopping which leaves a lot of sand in the room.
7. The rooms are not soundproof, you hear everything from the outside.
8. Cleaning woke us up at 9am.
9. Long waiting times for drinks.
10. Trash next to the beach. (see pictures)
11. Animation is not great.
12. The water from the bar tastes like chlorine and you only get 2 bottled water in the beginning.
The good:
1. The location at the beach.
2. There is always food available.

A beautiful, modern hotel where you can truly relax. Large swimming pools, very good food. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The wonderful company of friendly cats makes it even more special. What impressed us the most was the hotel staff — extremely helpful and always smiling. The hotel is full of kindness and warmth. It’s the first time I’m leaving a hotel and truly feel that I will miss seeing those smiling faces every morning.

Got back today and wanted to leave a review. For me, this was a great family hotel.
The restaurant opens early in the morning with every breakfast choice you could want. The kids enjoyed the snack bar for lunch, but I loved the restaurant’s fresh salads. Evening meals offered a wide selection of foods, with fresh-baked pizza from a traditional oven every night. The chefs flung and spun the dough, an art in itself to watch. Yes, there can be a queue for pizza, but it’s worth the wait. There’s also a large range of sweets to choose from.
The location is right on the beach, with soft sand and small pebbles at the shoreline that feel fine under bare feet. We dipped in the sea daily, and there are jet skis and other inflatable rides available if you want some water sports.
Both pools were clean and refreshing, with staff working hard every morning to keep the surrounding areas spotless. Beach towels can be exchanged every two days for fresh ones.
The animation team are a friendly group of young people who make the effort to chat with guests. They encourage you to join in daily activities if you want to, but leave you to relax if you don’t.
Evening entertainment was better than at many hotels I’ve stayed in before. The South African singers were all amazing, creating a fun atmosphere with dancing most nights. If you prefer a quieter evening, the hotel bar is a great option. The bar staff work incredibly hard and are always friendly, give them a smile and good manners, and you’ll get the same in return.
The rooms are spacious for two and cleaned daily with fresh towels. The housekeeping staff worked wonders in my teenagers’ room, I take my hat off to them. Rooms have a fridge, and if you want more water, you can simply ask at reception. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. You can sometimes hear people chatting as they walk past, but honestly, that’s just down to guests talking too loudly at night , not the hotel’s fault.
We’re a family of four, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a great holiday.

The Hotel is clean the staff work hard to keep it this way. They are friendly and very helpful with any questions, they make time to talk too you and play with the kids. The entertainment is kept fun and different. And a private beach with more sunbeds. A big thank you to all the staff but Miguel the Crepe maker who stood in front the hot plates aalll day everyday with a smile and patience even when the fan stopped working and it was over 30 degrees

It was very good, we were very satisfied with the entire hotel and the staff!
We were at the hotel from June 11-18! Everything was absolutely fine! There was no problem with food, we always found something to eat, we did not leave with a hungry stomach! Our 4-year-old son also always found something delicious for himself! The beach bar was fantastic! The snack bar too! The beach is beautiful, the water was very pleasant, we spent a lot of time in the water every day! We were in room 434, the rooms had a view of the mountain, you could hear the traffic but it was not disturbing! The rooms were clean, the cleaners were very nice, along with the staff! The programs were fantastic! The cocktails were good, especially I drank Gin tonic and my wife drank Pina Colada!
