Faliraki beach has the best sea and the hotel location is really great . We could use the buses for going to the Rhodes city center in front of the hotel and it is very cheap for the transportation.
The pools are really very fun for the young kid, our son could play in different pools.
Food is always available, beach bar is very active and even there were ice cream and crepe .
But; the hotel is very very very crowded. You must wake up very early around 7 am at least to pick up a sun bed otherwise you can never find any available sun bed during the day.
The main restaurant was very crowded and it was very painful during the breakfast and dinner times. The best time was lunch time with the more delicious food and also less people and less noise. During the dinner, you can spend 30 min to find an empty table and noise was very disturbing so you can not have any conversation with your family because you can not hear.
There were many options for the dinner but unfortunately if you do not prefer to eat pork then you can just smell the barbecue but you can not eat because you can not find anything. Grilled pork, pork gyros, pork , pork … this was the worst part for us. At lunch, you can find grilled fish or chicken but dinner was very shocking.
Ala carte Greek restaurant was the most disappointing part of the hotel. I have been in almost 10 different Greek islands and many Greek cities and I really like the Greek food so much and this restaurant has no relation with the Greek kitchen, we went to the main restaurant after our reservation in there.
The extra bed in the room was terrible, it was very uncomfortable and very old and the ac was just going onto it.

I'll start with the negatives. We stayed as a family of four in a family room, but there was nowhere near enough storage space. As a result, the room often felt cluttered and difficult to move around comfortably.
The food was the biggest disappointment. The à la carte restaurant was very basic, with a limited menu and overall poor quality. The main restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, but unfortunately the quality didn't match the selection. The beach bar's burger night was probably the best meal we had, but even then the food was only average.
I also feel the hotel could benefit from a few more bar staff, as queues at busy times were often quite long.
On the positive side, the hotel itself is attractive and set in a beautiful location. The pools were clean and well maintained, and the beach was lovely. The animation team were friendly, enthusiastic, and helped create a good atmosphere, while the hotel as a whole was kept very clean.
Overall, this hotel has the potential to be a very good four-star resort, but the quality of the food lets it down significantly.

We had one week stay.
Room was quiet spacy but we didn't understand why we had extra bed that waste a lot of space in room.
We didn't get why they changed every day towels even not used.. due respect to sustainability I like rule if is on floor =change, hooker=leave.
Unfortunately we get room at 2nd floor street view and in the view on roof of restaurant. We hear air ventilation or so.(208)
Food was great, always many options from total basic to local food. Snack bar provided also good food - salads, gyros, fast food stuff.
Pool area and sea sun beds was great.
Other equipment was basic among padel.
For one week rest was great, for sure if you get better price then us.
Highly appreciated friendly stuff who was smiling and kind.

We’ve visited the hotel for the second time with my family. The rooms are very nice, I would recommend paying more attention to cleaning the grout in the bathroom, especially in the shower area.
Other than that we were totally happy with the food, the beach, the pools. Kids enjoyed the mini disco. Special thanks goes to the personnel! Linda in the main restaurant was amazing, Manolo in the beach restaurant as well. It’s really nice to see those people doing their hard work everyday with the smile on their faces. Thanks for everything and see you !

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for ten nights.
The entertainment staff were kind and friendly, who made active effort in engaging with people around the resort.
The hotel is in a great location, near the town centre and right alongside the beach.
The food was nice and the evening buffets had a different theme each night.
The only downside was that we paid for a regular (land view) room. When we got to our room, it felt like we were given the worst possible room. It was bottom floor in an isolated corner. Thankfully the reception staff the next day were helpful and gave us options when it came to selecting a new room. Had this not been done, the holiday would’ve been a major let down.
