The rooms were big enough for 2 persons. Also the room itself was clean and the beds were nice. Location is OK, you have to walk down a tunnel/stairs to get to the beach. This takes about 7 minutes.
The best thing about the hotel was the food. The people in the restaurant worked very hard and the food was of good quality, both breakfast as diner.
What we did not like was the check-in. We had to wait in a queue for quite a while (exhausted from a long trip). You can only check in from 3pm. Also check-in was a bit unpersonal and we would have liked to gain more information about the hotel. Furthermore all was good.

Stayed for 7 days, great food. Everyone is so friendly, great activities and good shows. The rooms are really nice and allways clean. Animators are fun to be around with and make you laugh. The location is a 10/10 since it is next to the beach, recomend to visit this place

I've struggled to score between a 3 and 4 star for this hotel.
We booked this as part of a bargain break in August, so my opinion is based really on the price we paid and value for money.
Positives
Clean and quiet premium hotel room
Water/kas lemon/pepsi delivered to our room every day.
Room cleaned every day.
Gorgeous view from the room
Located close to the beach and marina
Cheap drinks prices
Reception staff and cleaners pleasant.
Negatives
The room was small for 4 of us. My children are 6 and 10, any older and it would have been a squeeze in 2 double beds!
The hotel is very tired in places (tore sofas, in need of a repaint, missing tiles etc)
The number of flies in the restaurant is off putting. No measures in palace.
No labelling of the food in the restaurant, im surprised the hotel can do this?
The queues for the restaurant at certain times were crazy ! Be sure to avoid 9am, 2pm and 8.30pm times, the queue is all the way up to reception.
The pool is too small for the size of the hotel. Crazy queueing for sunbeds at 10am, they are hard to get at weekends if you dont get there before 10.30am.
The premium rooms can be noisy, you can hear the entertainment until 11.30pm. Something to be aware of if you have younger children.
Jet2 holidays have this hotel rated correctly, it's a 3 star. Again, for the price we paid we did enjoy it for 5 nights

Smooth check in, even if we were hellish early for the room. So all the paperwork was done & cases put in the luggage room.
Off to explore the hotel & surrounding area. But, rain put a halt to it.
Room was fine, outwith small storage for clothes. No drawer's at all. Wardrobe maybe a wee big small for two people, for ten days. Very comfy beds. Good size bathroom, shower over the tub for us. Very, very powerful shower by the way!!! It was fantastic. Shower gel & shampoo pumps in the shower, soap & hand cream over by wash hand basin. Balcony a bit on the smaller side, maybe a bit more depth would have suited us better?? Fantastic view!
Maid service is 2nd to none.
Restaurant has plenty to offer, maybe not a great choice for me (I am Mr Fussy, but I put on so much weight...) staff in here work their backsides off, all with a great big smile.
Bar is not that expensive, always had folk sitting, entertainment is on every night, would it be harsh to say its aimed at the older generation??? The few nights we were in for it, the singers could at least sing...
Hotel sits on a hill, so be aware of this if you have any walking issues.
I have no plans in returning to the area, but nothing about this hotel has made decision for us. It was value for money, if only we had the weather, it might have been a different story.

Incredible room with sea view. Swimming pools and entertainment for children. With direct access to the beach and thanks to Alicia who was always very attentive our daughter with intolerances had no problem. Everything perfect!
