We had a seven day holiday in this hotel. Throughout this time the stuff was incredibly polite and friendly. We were very pleased to see that the hotel stuff has put some food drink after our late arrival to the hotel, it showed their care. The food was absolutely delicious with very friendly waitors and waitresses. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, just opposite the beach. Every day in the evening they had some entertainment programmes for guests.
I'd also like to positively admit the reception guy called Vasilis who only works night shifts. He was incredibly friendly with us with a very good sense of humour and never minded to have a bit of a chat with us to tell about himself and the Rhodes island. We even asked to take a selfie with him.
Couple of things I'd like to mention for the hotel to get better.
I'd say is that our room didn't quite have a good view of the sea as promised, as we had additional block right under us intercepting the fabulous view.
The room doors seemed to be very prone to snapping and one actually snapped stopping us to get into our room till it got fixed (took only about 30 mins though)
And the shower hose was slightly leaking by making it a bit awkward to have a quick shower.
Despite of this, I'd higly recommend this hotel and we'll definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. A lovely lady greeted guests at the restaurant doors each day, which added a very welcoming touch.
The location was perfect, with the beach directly in front of the hotel and Rhodes Old Town and New Town only a short taxi ride away, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a relaxing beachfront stay.
There was a great selection of food throughout our week-long stay, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. As we arrived in the middle of the night, we were very grateful to find a food and drink care package waiting for us in our room. The gentleman who welcomed us on arrival was also very kind and even helped us learn how to correctly say "good morning" and "thank you" in Greek, which we used often during our trip.
The reception information desk was very useful for booking day trips and excursions, and there were always enough sun loungers available for guests.
My only minor criticism would be that the hair dryer in the room seemed quite old and could do with an update.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay, would definitely return, and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Lovely 10 days spent with my family! The location of the hotel was good, next to a lovely quiet pebble beach.
The hotel was very big, composing of three pools, all cleaned every day.
The rooms were not very big but they were cleaned by the staff everyday, I was so shocked, usually they come every 2/3 days but the ladies were spectacular, very respectful and friendly and always so hardworking, they deserve a pay rise!
The food was amazing, especially the seafood, freshly cooked, we were so satisfied- every day something different, apart from the breakfast which was pretty much the same with tiny changes.
The atmosphere was okay, they could have worked on a few more group activities and not start the evening shows so late, I had a small toddler and I asked for at least one night to be a tiny bit early so I can enjoy one evening but my desire wasn’t heard. I was half board but the manager was super nice when I asked if I can purchase every lunch time soup for my toddler and he said I am welcome to grab a plate for the baby every day which I was so grateful.
Overall it was a pleasant stay and I’d recommend it, maybe go towards the end of May as we experienced a couple of rainy and windy days but we hanged around at the gym and play area and it was nice!
In addition I think it was great value for money and for those who don’t rent a car the bus stop is right outside.
I’d like to thank all the staff but a special mention to Sami, Angela, Majlinda, Besa and the Meter, you guys are all so positive and work hard to please your guests!

Recently had a 7 day holiday here and it was so good, id recommend this hotel, all the staff and entertainment were phenomenal, but I want to specifically shout out George the glass collector during the evening entertainment. He was such a delight and I loved talking to him every night. He made the nights so fun.
Alex and Bob were the perfect entertainers and always made us feel included, and giving us such a fun week. I wouldn't ask for anyone else!

From start to finish what a great holiday we had at the Belair beach hotel. Amazing friendly staff who go out of there way to help you. Alex and Bob the entertainment duo are fantastic and a credit to the Belair, excellent choice of food throughout the day.
The rooms are cleaned every day and immaculate, the pool is beautiful and the views from poolside and balconies are just WOW, what a beautiful hotel, keep up the good work guys and thank you for our stay, regards John and Steph..
