Fun, family friendly hotel and experience for us and our nearly 2 year old. Lots going on that keeps toddlers and older children entertained.
Our little girl loved the Mini Disco that was on every evening. The staff are super friendly, upbeat and amazing with the kids (shout out to Sabrina, Mercedes, Laura, Ari & Jesus in particular)! The beach is in walking distance too which is great (2/3 minutes maximum).
I wouldn't give it 5 stars as the food is just okay (also quite limited for vegans but you can get by) and the rooms are a little tired. You also have to pay a deposit for pool towels and a room safe etc but we paid anyway. The only other thing I would say is the local supermarkets in the area are quite small, I was hoping to be able to get some fresh bread and hummus but they only stock drinks and essentials.
However, overall we had a great stay because our toddler had the best time! Again, the staff made the trip extra memorable. Thanks again everyone!

We spent a wonderful family holiday at this hotel and I can truly recommend it, especially to families with small children. I was here with my one‑year‑old daughter, who has just started learning to walk, and we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel is exceptionally child‑friendly — from the pools with slides to the wooden playground, everything is designed with little ones in mind. We spent a lot of time at the pool area, which was perfect for toddlers, and the presence of a lifeguard made us feel even more at ease.
The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, with a large bed and a big balcony. Housekeeping visits every day, always with a smile, changing towels and keeping everything spotless. A baby cot was provided without any problem, which was a huge convenience.
The food was fresh, varied and delicious, and what really impressed me was the number of high chairs available — even though there were many children in the hotel, we never had to wait for one. Everything is well organised and family‑oriented.
Overall, this is a place where families can truly relax. Safe, clean, friendly and perfectly prepared for even the youngest guests. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

Amazing hotel, especially for families and couples who seek a relaxing holiday! The whole hotel team made out stay unforgettable. They are friendly, caring, and always there to help, starting with a warm welcome at the reception, over to delicious food and clean rooms.
The location is also quite nice. The beach is just on the other side of the road and the nearest bigger town is reachable by bus, taxi or a 30-40min walk.
Can only recommend this hotel for everyone who plan on going to Mallorca.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. The staff were friendly and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent.
A special thank you to the animation team, who were fantastic! They were energetic, friendly, and made every day enjoyable for both adults and children. Their comedy shows, musical entertainment, football, and volleyball activities were great fun and really added something special to our holiday.
We would also like to give a huge thank you to the kitchen team. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely amazing every day. The quality, variety, and service exceeded our expectations.
Highly recommended, and we would be delighted to return in the future!

Lush hotel and location. Staff very attentive and always ensuring areas are clean and tidy. We had a lively room with pool view in block E 3rd floor room 278. The room was well presented and comfortable. I was a little concerned as Fergus had only just taken over this hotel and i was eortked we wouldnt have the same experience as we have in other Fergus locations. Great selections of food for breakfast lunch and dinner, i think we tried pretty much everything that was offered. Also a choice of 3 restsurants one being a mecican the other a pizzeria. 3 pools 1 splash pool, a more chilled pool and larger main pool with swimming lanes, this hitel us very much centred on sports having 11 Tennis courts, and thete seems to be a lot of peiple here training for Triathlon-Reising. Weve only had 5 days here but i would happily come her for a 7-10 day holiday. Entertsinment was ok, not as great as other Fergus hotels but as mentioned earlier Fergus hasjydt taken this hotel over. Overall Great food, greay roomd Great staff Great location with beautiful beach over the road. Well worth a visit.
