Lush hotel and location. Staff very attentive and always ensuring areas are clean and tidy. We had a lively room with pool view in block E 3rd floor room 278. The room was well presented and comfortable. I was a little concerned as Fergus had only just taken over this hotel and i was eortked we wouldnt have the same experience as we have in other Fergus locations. Great selections of food for breakfast lunch and dinner, i think we tried pretty much everything that was offered. Also a choice of 3 restsurants one being a mecican the other a pizzeria. 3 pools 1 splash pool, a more chilled pool and larger main pool with swimming lanes, this hitel us very much centred on sports having 11 Tennis courts, and thete seems to be a lot of peiple here training for Triathlon-Reising. Weve only had 5 days here but i would happily come her for a 7-10 day holiday. Entertsinment was ok, not as great as other Fergus hotels but as mentioned earlier Fergus hasjydt taken this hotel over. Overall Great food, greay roomd Great staff Great location with beautiful beach over the road. Well worth a visit.

Great resort. Mutliple swimming pools, relaxed atmosphere, good food, friendly staff, spacious layout, nice location and well maintained. And last but not least they have the GREATEST ANIMATION TEAM on Mallorca! Our 5 year old had a fantastic time.

Positively surprised! Price quality (room, restaurant, services, stuff, entertainment and diversity of activities on site, distance to beach and its beauty) is unbeatable. We had a lovely and beautiful holiday. Our daughter loved it! Evening mini discos were really touching!

Our stay at Beach Club Font de Sa Cala, Mallorca was a huge disappointment and in no way lives up to the standards of a 4 star hotel.
Rooms: The interior is very outdated, with worn furniture. The bathroom had a cut (half) bathtub which was impractical and uncomfortable. The ventilation system, which is supposed to serve as air conditioning, gave off a terrible sewage smell, making the room unpleasant to stay in.
Food & Restaurant: Dinner was by far the biggest letdown tasteless, repetitive, and with very little variety. The buffet offered almost no choice and the quality was poor, definitely worse than many 3 star hotels we’ve stayed at. Hygiene was shocking: plates often came greasy with stains, glasses had lipstick marks, and overall cleanliness was lacking. On top of that, around 19:45 long queues formed outside the restaurant, with guests waiting up to 10 minutes to get in because the dining area is too small. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel claiming 4 stars.
Overall impression: This hotel does not provide the comfort, cleanliness, or food quality expected from its category. Our stay was full of inconveniences and disappointments.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am giving 1 star only because it is not possible to give 0.
