This hotel is great if you’re looking for something extremely basic. About ten mins walking from the main strip.
However, there were many noticeable problems
There are many hidden charges, including WiFi, 5 euros per DAY for the safe, and there is no aircon so if you want to hire a fan it’s another 20 euros. we were also given a fan that was extremely dirty and did not work. ( see images).
The facilities are extremely basic and tired, all needing a refit. Some rooms back onto a pub so can be loud. Staff are pretty friendly most of the time, which is good. There are no umbrellas outside so not many shaded places to sit. Pool is a bit rank too!
No rooms with double beds so if you come as a couple you will have to push the two beds together!
Frankly would not visit again. Although as I mentioned great if you’re on a budget and not looking to spend much time in your room!

While the hotel is well located and has decent amenities, a supposed upgrade to a sea view failed to deliver expectations and did not warrant the extra cost. We were placed in a room next to a busy bar which was noisy and the view was obscured by construction work. We did ask for a change but none were available. Curtains in the living room are very thin for anyone using it to sleep in and you have to pay rental costs for extras such as aircon, safe etc. staff were pleasant and professional though and cleanliness could not be faulted.

I like this hotel, as it's very quiet around the pool. The rooms were very clean. Very friendly reception staff. Lots of sunbeds available also. The sun is in the pool area all day. The rooms had a kettle, toaster, washing up liquid and a sponge and a tea towel, which was very handy. I'm going back again in June for 1 week to relax

Have stayed here 5 or 6 times now already. Tye location is the biggest draw for us. Not up and down hills veey close to beach playa chica right in tye corner between old tiwn and new tiwn no climbing up hills to get to the accommodation. The beds are bit basic no double beds. We did have one but of an issue with receptionist but nothing serious. Big issue wity lifts do. The main lift is broken since last year. Was broken when we were there then and still not fixed so using the servive lift and that also broke down on at least 2 cooasions when we were there wity peoplw stuck in it

We returned last Sunday night from these apartments. Needless to say we are not happy about them best thing about them was location
We arrived on wens . Place was quite ans no apartment ready for us till after 2pm. Which thought was. Joke. So we went off and came back to the pool was fair hot. Pool was like a ice bath and no.umbrellas around pool. Then we got apartment . Nice and bright tiles were mankie and towels.werw about fourty years told. Pillows wouldn't let a dog sleep on um .to the shower pain of glass to small and no shower curtin up .where place got absolutely soaked every time we used ut .
Then we're leaving to go out and we stuck on lift wouldn't move .pressed alarm button nothing done the doors opened and we both were looking at the shaft of the lift .
We reported all this ro reception they didnt wanna. No .so we just continued woth our stay. And got the hell out of dodge . On Sunday.
I reported it to the travel agents when home they didnt wanna no and fobbed me off as well . Strongly advice stay away .
