La Veranda completely exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived until the very last minute, everything felt effortless, elegant, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere is beautiful, the food is exceptional, and the level of hospitality is exactly what you hope for at a luxury hotel.
What truly made our experience unforgettable, however, was the incredible service. Cucky, Sol, Chivas, and Manuel are absolute gems. They made us feel so welcome, remembered every little detail, and created such a warm and personal experience that we genuinely looked forward to seeing them each time. They were attentive without ever being intrusive, always smiling, incredibly professional, and went above and beyond to make every meal special.
It's rare to come across a team that makes you feel this cared for. They are a huge reason why we'll be coming back and why we'll recommend La Veranda to everyone visiting Marbella.

We had dinner at Sushi99 today and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome with their warm and friendly service. Salvador Jiménez gave us excellent wine recommendations that paired perfectly with our meal, and Reduan took great care of us throughout the evening. He also recommended the Rocher99 dessert, which was absolutely delicious. Thank you both for your outstanding hospitality. I’ll back

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. This property is the definition of true luxury, beautifully designed, full of taste, and offering exceptional value for the price.
The rooms are absolutely amazing, and the housekeeping team deserves special recognition. Their attention to detail was outstanding, with so many thoughtful touches throughout the room that made my stay feel even more special and personal.
What impressed me most was the level of hospitality throughout the entire hotel. Everyone, from the top management to every member of the staff, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. I truly felt like a valued VIP guest.
I would especially like to recognize Narges from Guest Relations. She is a true star employee. From welcoming me on arrival to saying goodbye at departure, she was always warm, attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful. She genuinely cared about making my stay exceptional, and her kindness and dedication made an already wonderful experience even more special.

Spent 9 days at this beautiful hotel. The service was excellent. By the end of the 9 days a lot of the staff were like friends. Very personable. The breakfast buffet was above and beyond amazing! The beach and tennis club are also fantastic. I highly recommend.
