I Stayed 4 days during a business trip.
Pros:
Beautiful sea views from my room on the 4th floor. Modern interior and well equipped room with body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Access to gym and tennis courts. Service was friendly and professional.and the desserts was the highlight amazing.
Breakfast and lunch were ok in quality and variety. The bathtub is placed in the room directly in front of the bed next to the balcony, which feels a bit unusual. I did not try dinner, so I cannot comment on that.
Overall: Beautiful views, good facilities and good service, good hotel for business events.

Superb hotel throughout, with a real luxury feel from start to finish. 👏🏻 The staff were genuinely friendly and it was a nice touch being recognised as a Hilton Gold member as well as a lovely glass of arrival bubbles.
We stayed in a stunning suite with loads of space massive bed. The layout was open-plan, which really suited us, and the Rituals toiletries were a lovely detail. We also appreciated the fresh water topped up every day.
The weather wasn’t great while we were there, so we ended up using the facilities quite a bit. We booked a paddle session which I thought was really good value, and we also used the pool. It would’ve been nice if the spa was included, but I understand that’s usually an extra at this level. We didn’t use the spa in the end, but it looked great.
The restaurant was a highlight. We ate at what I believe is the hotel’s own restaurant, The Med, and it completely exceeded expectations. Hotel restaurants can sometimes feel a bit samey, but this one had real character and the service was excellent. The rooftop pool area was brilliant too, with great staff looking after everyone, and it had a nice atmosphere at night with live music which really lifted the place.
Breakfast was a show stopper too, honestly everything you’d want. And because the hotel has that sporty, spa-style feel, the breakfast matched it perfectly, with a proper station for pressed detox juices, alongside the usual cooked options, smoked salmon, and loads more.
Overall, an amazing stay. I can’t wait to come back, hopefully with better weather so we can properly enjoy the outdoor areas, because they look unreal.

I cannot recommend this place enough. All the staff are so lovely and accommodating to every need! It’s all about the details and this hotel has all small details taken into consideration.
Special mention to Samantha and Luis who recommended all different places for us to try and gave us all the information we needed about the hotel. They were amazing help and answered the many many questions we had. Not missing a single detail either. They were so friendly and kind and really made us feel welcome. Just AMAZING!

Not the easiest place to reach being up hill and the hill itself is very steep but easy to get an Uber or Bolt to take you wherever you want to go. Hotel itself is very very nice, all the swimming pools are absolutely stunning and Samantha and Vivy made whatever it was in their power to make me and my friends experience absolutely perfect. Hotel has also an amazing Spa and lots of nice food and drinks. Couldn't recommend it enough

We booked this hotel expecting a 5-star experience, but it turned out to be a total nightmare. The reality of this hotel is a far cry from the luxury advertised.
Our first room was unacceptable: the balcony door was broken and couldn't be locked, leaving the room unsecured. We also had no hot water, and the staff's only advice was to leave all the taps running for three minutes, which obviously didn't work. After complaining five times, we were finally moved, only to find the second room was even worse. It smelled strongly of sewage, the shower had zero water pressure, and both the Wi-Fi and TV were completely out of service.
What is most frustrating is that the buildings we were initially placed in don't even appear in the promotional photos. If I had seen those before booking, I would have never reserved this stay. We had to change rooms three times and spend half our holiday at the reception desk just to get a decent suite that actually matched what we paid for. While Luis and his team tried their best at the end to ensure we had a nice stay, the infrastructure of the 'standard' rooms is falling apart. Avoid this place if you want to do any type of remote work or if you expect a 5-star experience when booking a standard room. You WILL be disappointed; the experience in those rooms is closer to a 3-star.
