I would like to share my experience regarding my recent stay at the hotel.
Overall, the hotel is a suitable option for a family vacation, particularly due to the activities organized for children during the evenings, which provide enjoyable entertainment for families.
However, the hotel’s rooms and overall building condition require significant renovation and modernization, both externally and internally. Improving the facilities would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
The food selection offers a wide variety of options, with different choices available throughout the stay, which is appreciated. However, I would rate the food quality at 3/5, as the hotel should focus more on improving the taste, freshness, and overall quality of the meals rather than emphasizing quantity. There appeared to be a considerable amount of leftover food, suggesting that more attention could be given to food management and quality standards.
During our stay, we also encountered some maintenance issues. The telephone in our room was not functioning, and we were informed that some rooms were experiencing similar problems. Additionally, upon our arrival, the air conditioning in the children’s room was not working, while the air conditioning in our room was operating properly. After two days, the issue was resolved, and the unit was replaced with a new one.
The service provided by the staff was generally good, and I would rate it 4/5. The location is excellent, and I would give it 5/5, as the hotel is conveniently located near the beach and approximately 20 minutes from the town center.
In conclusion, the hotel offers a pleasant family-friendly environment and an excellent location. However, further improvements are needed in terms of building maintenance, room renovations, food quality, and facility management to reach a higher standard.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to everyone!
The hotel itself is excellent, with a beautiful and well-maintained territory. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, varied, and there was always something for everyone to enjoy.
The location is also very convenient, with cafés, shops, and a small water park nearby. Although airplanes fly over the area quite frequently, it was not an issue for us. If you spend your days actively enjoying your vacation, you simply don’t notice them at night.
One thing that really impressed us was the hotel’s hospitality on our departure day. Despite having a late evening flight, we were still allowed to use the hotel facilities and even have lunch. Moreover, when the staff noticed that our child had fallen asleep in the lobby, they kindly offered us a staff room with air conditioning and a sofa so our child could sleep comfortably. This thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us.
Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable. We definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly return next year!

We spent an amazing holiday at the hotel as a friend group.
All of our rooms were comfy. Not like we needed it a lot, cause we spent most of the day at the beach.
And when we didn't we used the swimming pool, bar and other facilities of the hotel.
Joey and Nataniel were awesome with offering us a bunch of free time activities any time we got bored, they had something for us. Cool guys.
The cocktails of the bar was delicious, Dimos made sure each time to prepare them perfectly.
The food were fine, but we preferred to get food from other places.
I liked the whole vibe of this place, also the surrounding areas it really gives dream vacation.
Most things are accessible by motor rides or walking. But I also recommend to take offers for the boat rides cause it really gives out the whole Greece holiday experience.
And for me the kitty cats around the hotel and the streets were an extra. They were incredibly cute.
We'll probably come back either this or next summer if we want a group vacation again. Thanks for the hotel staff for the awesome experience :)

Lovely hotel and so many exceptional things about this hotel to mention. Will just mention a couple of niggles that really weren't much to complain about.
Firstly, it does feel a bit tricky in terms of accessibility. Maybe I only noticed as we don't yet require a room with access requirements, but think we're getting close to that point as part of our family is now struggling with steps. But overall lifts were available as well as ramps.
Food was fantastic and the range of drinks included was superb. Only thing to be aware of is that most of the cocktails taste like very strong squash, but the Ouzo still tasted like Ouzo.
All the rest is good, including a lovely pool (maybe the daily playlist became a little repetitive after a week when you could sense the Celine Dion collection coming), such lovely food and fantastic staff who worked tirelessly. Special mentions to Nate and Joey on the Entertainment who made us laugh everyday.
And of course, take time to appreciate the glorious sunsets and the local cats. Also well worth exploring the island (we hired a car), especially Rhodes Medieval City and the Stadium of Apollo.

As a group, we are very easy-going and don't complain easily, but this hotel left us with mixed feelings. The overall impression is that the building is old and quite neglected. Cleanliness is an issue – the indoor bar glass was filthy, and the outdoor furniture was dusty and worn out. The rooms were relatively okay, and fortunately, the AC worked perfectly, which was a major plus. However, the bathrooms were dirty and damaged.
The food was a big disappointment. The meat was low quality, the feta wasn't real feta, and the whole buffet felt like a cheap, budget imitation of Greek food. Even the ice cream tasted like watery sugar. We ended up eating in the nearby town of Kremasti (a 15-minute walk), where the food was great – but honestly, you shouldn't have to spend extra money on restaurants when you paid for All Inclusive.
As for the service, the outdoor bartenders were amazing and deserve a big shout-out! On the other hand, the staff at the indoor bar in the evening were rather grumpy. The evening entertainment was decent, especially thanks to the Black animator (I forgot his name, unfortunately), who is clearly born for this job.
One thing that really bothered me was the state of the hotel cats. They are neglected and some look visibly sick; the hotel should really step up and take care of them.
All in all, if you get a great deal on the price, it’s an okay place to stay. If I had paid regular price, I would have been furious. In the end, we still managed to have a relaxing holiday despite the flaws.
