The Hotel is well situated and the environment is top, not forgetting the private and official swimming pools and the wonderfull services they offer. The food is nice and because it is all inclusive, you have what you want all any hour of the day. There is always someone to provide you with what you need. The personel are top. Always making sure the guest are comfortable. We celebrated birthday and it was well organised by the personel with a beautiful cake and a well set table for the celebration. It is top top top. I can only recommend it to those who do not yet have a holiday location to go and see for themselves. There will be no regret.

My wife and I spent one week at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. The resort is relatively small, which creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location is great and provides easy access to the surrounding area.
What impressed us most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We always felt well taken care of and appreciated their excellent service.
We were also able to upgrade our room for a very fair price, which was definitely worth it. We stayed in a beautiful bungalow with a private terrace and a “private” pool, making our vacation even more enjoyable and relaxing.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday. The hotel is lovely, the facilities are excellent, and the staff are truly outstanding. Staff, Beyond excellent, the whole bar and entertainment crew from joey, to daniel to nate to jordan to georgieos honestly make this feel like a 5 star hotel.
But all customer should know that this is very close to the airport and you can hear the planes to such an extent that you cant talk when one is flying over.And finally the distance to the closest popular party activities is either rhodes city center 10-15km or faliraki 20+. So a taxi needed.
Hotel has its issues, mainly its location, but it is clear the caring staff do their best to make each vistor get most out of their vacation. The high quality service makes me consider returning regardless of the other issues.

Fantastic time spent at this very friendly run hotel. It has good entertainment for children and both adults.The pool was great, the beach is literally at the end of the garden,The gardens were lovely and peaceful to relax and sunbathe. There was plenty of choice regarding food at mealtimes. Yes the rooms are in need of a freshen up in regards to painting, but they were clean. The bar staff Jordan and Daniel are a credit to this place,they work so hard too! Mikey the entertainer was such fun. we really enjoyed our family holiday ;)

The hotel was really good(just a few steps from the beach), with full of activities and with a bunch of options in all the meals! Beside that the animation team and the bartenders made our week way better and funnier and gave us a lot of jo(e)y! We would definetely come back and recommend it(just choose wisely the time of the year, cause the pools are cold)!
