Stayed in studio 309. Some of the complex is being renovated and updated.
The studio was well laid out with a 2 ring hob, a fridge and microwave. Shower was powerful. Hairdryers are supplied along with towels. We stayed for 1 week and in that time the bedding was changed once and housekeeping came round to clean and freshen the towels every second day.
There is a safe in the room.
Complex felt very secure and family orientated.
For the tv remote you need to place a €10 deposit.
There is a snack bar/meal area as you enter. We didn't eat here so I cannot comment other than to say it looked very clean and was always busy which is a good sign in itself.
If you are of limited mobility then the accommodation to the rear of the complex would not suit as there are a lot of stairs.
Housekeeper was very friendly as were any other staff members we came across.
Although the complex is at the top of 'cardiac hill' you can reach it more easily from other side streets, lessening your hike!
Literally a 2 min walk from the main strip of Puerto del Carmen. Perfect location and we will be returning soon!

Could not really fault this place for the excellent prices we got. We had two apartments between us, they were separate bookings but we ended up beside each other which was perfect. The rooms were well-kept and serviced almost daily. The TV had Irish and UK channels which was handy at night when you just wanted to relax after a busy day. The pools looked good, the food which we tried once at the bar was okay, nothing to write home about but it got us out of a hole one evening when we decided to go home early. The whole place felt safe and clean. The location is very good.
Only argument we had was minor issues with the bathroom. The sink had no shelf so was a bit crowded with toothbrushes, toiletries etc, and also the handrail in the shower was outside the shower curtain which makes no sense at all.

Me and my friends stayed here for 5 days. The location is great right on the strip ( cardiac hill is hell but you live ) however, the room we had was not great. Furniture all sounded like it was on the verge of breaking and the room was infested with ants and bugs. I slept on a pull out bed felt like rocks and had to shake the covers and pillows off every day to get bugs off. We found squished cockroaches behind the doors no chargers in the bedroom and we bought the wifi and it barley works you have to be standing outside to get even a lick of wifi. In my opinion dont come here!

Recently stayed for 7 days as a group of 8. The apartments were roomy with a small kitchen. Onsite there are 7 swimming pools which aren’t heated but are perfect for cooling down in the sun, there is also an on site restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is one washing and tumble dryer for guests and tokens can be purchased from reception for a small fee. There is a small supermarket across the road or if you don’t mind a 10 minute walk down to the sea front if you plan on doing a bigger shop. The beach is only a few minutes down hill where you can also find plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops and bars to enjoy the day.
