Stayed from 24/12/25-07/01/26, overall absolutely amazing experience!
Rooms very clean and always kept clean. Cleaner made things such as animals etc with towels and bed sheets and the kids absolutely loved it- so did we!!
The food was really good of different variety and very wide range for different nationalities. The entertainment was great from morning till night always something going on! Location is very central so loads going on outside of the hotel also!
Cannot be bored!
The staff- every single one of them was amazing! From the management to cleaners.
The pool bar/snack bar- Hesham, the manager, was absolutely amazing! Nothing to big or too small! Always went out of the way to get us drinks and make sure we was ok and having a good time! He is our Brother now, we would come back personally just for him!
The pool bar staff was all amazing! Had fun with the kids an made everything such a good fun atmosphere! The snack bar staff was also amazing always going above and beyond!
Definitely use the booking for the restaurants for the chinese food as the food was honestly amazing!!
Also the mixed grills at dinner time for €15 ! It fed 4 of us! Haha
We will definitely return! We have had the best holiday mainly down to the staff!! Forever in our heart now, family❤️

This nice hotel has many plusses, but unfortunately a few points to improve.
Among the nice things; you are in the busy centre, walking distance from moskee and marina. In the hotel you don’t notice the noise. The garden is beautiful, the personnel is very friendly, the breakfast buffet is extensive, the dinner buffet for me was much better than expected after reading bad comments (pasta sauce cooked fresh, grill with daily specialty, pizza baker) and thecrew arranged what you ask them. Spacious rooms and good beds. On the beach you can choose between the busy animated one or the more remote chill ones at the sides with good snorkelling opportunities.
I love the way they keep the hotel cat friendly! Fun attraction.
I spent 5 nights here, at arrival they pushed me for an upgrade (instead of bungalow) to the buildings near the beach. My mind was set on the bungalows, but seaview is not bad, so accepted.
The bathrooms are for me not up to standard; in both rooms i had mould, bad finishing (cement and silicone in big amount) and not super cleaned. The wellness is a private organisation, who pushed to sell something double price as the hammam’s closeby. The fitness room is not so inviting and hidden in the wellness.
As a summary, a makeover would help, but you get a lot of value for the limited amount of money.

Location is best. Only 9 min to airport. Bathroom in bungalow is Well below average😬 I was very surprised about that there are so ways towel could be made as an animal.🐊🐸🦑🐙 Everyone in reception very king and talk Russian and English. Garden is very very beautiful 🦚🌺🪴🌴. 😳 Coral available in the beach to look at (next to he heart shaped swing) + all kinds of sea life🪸🐠.Lock everything in the safe! They go trough your makeup and jewelry bags every day, when they clean. Never heard that nothing ever been stolen tho. 🚷 Don't recommend in hotel ''restaurant''🗑️. A lot of salesman coming to you and persistently trying to sell you services from hotel☢️. But in open buffet i could find something to my liking every day. 🥩🍻

I honestly couldn’t believe that this hotel has only a 3.7-star rating. The service here deserves far more. I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels, but I have never experienced such kind, professional, and fast service as I did at Regina.

They truly delivered VIP-level service. Thanks to them, we will definitely keep coming back.
At first, our room didn’t fully meet our expectations, as there was no extra bed. However, within 10 minutes, a new bed was delivered. A few days later, our key cards stopped working, and we received new ones immediately. There were also a few minor issues in the room—some broken items and a water leak—and everything was fixed within 25 minutes. The response time was impressive.

This place is incredible! It’s so soulful that you don’t even notice any flaws. The territory is huge and beautiful, always well-maintained. The staff is amazing, and the animators become your best friends. The food is delicious, and the beach is simply breathtaking. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel, this one is the best choice❤️
