Ahmad Halem is the best worker here. He made us beautiful things with towels. Thank you so much. We got beautiful decorations for 1 to 5 dolars. Hotel and its beach is amazing. Food is not very diverse, that is the only bad thing. We got bungalows and it is very nice and spaceous.

We are not Enthusiastic at all and we were not happy with the food cuz it was really terrible. Also when you wanna sleep till late you miss the breakfast cuz it’s till 10:00 after that you can order pizza, fries, burgers and hotdogs but that’s only open from 13:00 till 17:00 so in the meantime you don’t have food. Dinner starts at 19:00 so that means you have no foods for 2 hours… we never ever have experienced such a terrible situation. Also when you book an all inclusive you don’t wanna buy more food. We loved most people who worked there, they are so nice and lovely. We wanted to thank especially Shenoda, Isham, all the lifeguards, the housekeeping, the sweet people from excursions (especially mo, baha, yamani and osman), the lovely people at Kiki’s and Adham from the animation team because of them we had a lovely and fun time and good drinks.

The rooms were very nice and had lots of space but the toilets could use improvement I like how there was a fridge/freezer and a kettle.
The service was amazing the staff were heartwarming especially Ahmed at the shisha bar he was kind and put in effort to entertain us.
The location was nice as there was markets and McDonalds is right across from the hotel there is also lots of shops to do shopping.
The food wasn’t amazing as there wasn’t a lot of options it was very repetitive
Overall I wouldn’t come back as there wasn’t a lot of varieties with food and I felt like the only thing I ate was McDonald’s.

We spent a 7-night stay at this resort. Although the complex has potential, the management and attention to detail leave a lot to be desired.
Cons (Areas for Improvement):
Rooms and cleanliness: Initially, we were given a room in a building that was under construction, where cleanliness was lacking. After a lot of insistence, we were moved to another room. The new room was clean, but much smaller, with older furniture and a less equipped bathroom.
Unfulfilled promises from management: When we changed rooms, the manager promised us a fruit basket, extra bottled water, and free access to the à la carte restaurants. Unfortunately, none of these promises were fulfilled.
Food and restaurant: The menu is very repetitive (every day: rice, beef with sauce, sautéed vegetables, okra, pasta). At the Italian à la carte restaurant, there is no actual menu, only a standard selection of 1–2 dishes. Also, the ventilation system is poor, and the smell of food strongly sticks to your clothes.
General services: Only one 600 ml bottle of water per person per day is provided, which is insufficient even for personal hygiene (such as brushing teeth). The beach/pool sunbeds are not cleaned. Another unpleasant aspect was the personal hygiene of some staff members.
Pros (Positive Aspects):
Staff: In general, the people are friendly.
Excursions: I highly recommend Rahim if you want to organize beautiful sea excursions.
Natural surroundings: The resort’s green areas are beautiful, very well maintained, full of flowers, vegetation, and birds.
Conclusion: A resort with beautiful natural surroundings, but one that loses a lot of its quality because of the services and management.

We arrived Sunday and everything seemed to be good and presented well. We are now two days in and we cannot even go inside our room because there is two leaking butane gas bottles inside the hallway outside our room and the whole place is filled with gas. Our whole room stinks of gas. Me and my friend are both smokers so one wrong mistake and this could’ve ended up in us blowing up with everyone inside the building also.
We mentioned this to the staff in reception and they didn’t actually care what so ever. They said they’ll send an engineer to fix the issue, we then walked back to the room to be met with the engineer and he himself told us we could’ve died inside if someone lit a lighter. We are now just wanting to leave the whole hotel itself as the safety measures are very poor and the staff are very unhelpful and ignorant.
This has ruined our holiday to be completely honest. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this hotel or staying here. I would honestly rate it less than 1 star if I could’ve done this. Also to top it off the food and restaurant is very poor aswell and very bad quality. They serve more so only Egyptian food. So if you are a picky eater move onto the next hotel and if you care about ur life and ur family life. Skip this hotel by all means!
