This place is incredible! It’s so soulful that you don’t even notice any flaws. The territory is huge and beautiful, always well-maintained. The staff is amazing, and the animators become your best friends. The food is delicious, and the beach is simply breathtaking. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel, this one is the best choice❤️

The hotel is placed on Sheraton street, with lots of restaurants and shops arround. It has very beautiful gardens, pools and a small aquapark.
The rooms are different, some of them are good, some acceptable and some are not so good. We stayed in a standard bungalow, the furniture was old, but ok. It has a tv, a kettle, a refrigerator. Every day cleaning, the guy Ishan was very hard working and kind.
The food in not so good, same every day, not very tasty but you have what to eat, you are not starving. Alcohol drinks ordinarry, the beer is ok. Juice from the automat machine . Good coffee, Mayada from the coffee corner is a wonderful person.
The beach is ok, but you have to fight for sunbeds. The staff should not permitted to reserve with towels and never go to use them.

The location is great, and the outdoor and public areas of the hotel are nicely maintained. But the rooms are another story.
On our first night we were given a filthy two bedroom apartment type of accommodation on the second floor with no lifts for a family with children which was absolutely shocking one room had no lights .
We were relocated to the bungalows which were dated and not maintained, the bathrooms are disgusting. The food wasn’t good either, we ate in the Italian restaurant located within the hotel one night and the food was horrible. The wellness and spa centre was a joke we had a massage in hospital ward types of rooms I was asked lie on a damp towel which had not been changed from the previous massage. This is not a 4* hotel it’s more 3*.So if you’re looking for luxury this is definitely not your choice.

We were in the hotel for 11 days, and I can say that this was the best vacation we had! The hygiene is at the highest level, the food was delicious and varied, the beach is beautiful. We owe special thanks to the man who took care of our room. We were in room 2316 and I want to thank Muhammad Atito, he acted very professionally and always with a smile on his face! See you next year😊

We had booked Regina resort for our most recent holiday. We had arrived and got given two single beds even though I had selected an option of either double bed on love holidays upon booking. I had gone to reception multiple times to request double bed however they kept brushing me off stating to come tomorrow day after day. This was by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. The cleanliness is the worst! The shower was absolutely awful and the towels were not clean. The bed and rooms were full of dust and tables full of stains. However I brushed this all off as I picked the hotel for the sake of the location. The experince got worse when my husband and I woke up with bed bug bites all over us. I had gone to reception to complain and showed the bite on my finger. The manger had given us another room however upon viewing it this was not hijabi friendly as it was located right outside the beach and everyone could see in the room. The reception had said they don’t have any other room available. I slept every single night in fear that I will be bitten at night. The itch was unbelievable and had the worst sleep ever. To say this was meant to be a relaxing holiday I was not relaxed at all. To top this off the food is absolute vile we had stopped eating at the hotel after my husband got the “Egyptian stomach bug” despite not drinking the water/salad or fruit from there.
The best part of the hotel was the location.
The hotel is located in Sheraton rd the heart of hurghada for tourists. Everything was walking distance from the shops, McDonald’s, mosques and marina. Overall it was not worth the money I paid if your wanting to be bit everynight then this is the resort for you!
