Cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. If you have small kids in particular. There is a dedicated kids pool which is warm, a pirate ship with slides and also a separate slide gym. A separate play park, trampoline, bouncing castle and outdoor table tennis, the main pool has a great blow up water mound for the older kids and the adults pool is a great size. There are 3 other small pools also.
Entertainment at night every night for kids, the shows are amazing quality for a hotel, similar to what you would see on a high end cruise ship lik Celebrity Cruises.
The food in the main dining restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is exceptional quality for a Hotel here. Definitely the best we have experienced on a sun holiday.
All staff are really friendly.
Would highly highly recommend this hotel.

Incredible holiday here (writing this still on the holiday). Staff are lovely, welcoming and helpful! The pools are lovely, everything is so clean & lots in the pools for children too. So much for children & adults! My daughter thoroughly loved the foam party & we loved the family kahoot. Rooms are gorgeous, beds are so comfy, had the best sleep here. Thank you so much Zafiro it's been an amazing family holiday, our kids have loved it & so have we! ❤️☀️🌊🌞🛩

Nice hotel to stay with kids. Not to big.
Things I really liked, traveling with young kids.
* Having a playground next to the dinner room. So if your kids wants to play after dinner it's nearby.
* Putting down fences very day at 6 to close the pool, so no one can fall into the pool.
* Many lifeguards. At least one at every pool.
* Good food quality, many things made in the kitchen and this makes the difference in quality.
* Clean, everywhere in the hotel but also the rooms there is cleaned quite well.
* Location, was good for us. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach. It a bit more remote than other hotels, but since the pools are so nice we did not need to go to the beach.
* Friendly employees, almost all employees where very friendly. This gave a good vibe.
All well maintained, only the Spa could use a touch-up. This since the pool was not really warm and the sauna floor had loose wooden planks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return! The rooms were lovely and comfortable and the buffet offered a fantastic variety of food. The pools were amazing—I especially loved the wet bubble area and the luxurious double sunbeds right in the pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect too, just a short walk from the beach. Highly recommended

We stayed here for a week myself, my husband and two year old. We stayed as self catering which was our biggest regret as the all inclusive would have been worth the money. The hotel was great, rooms were clean and modern and cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The hotel staff were always pleasant. Especially Maria on reception very polite and helpful. And Hose lifeguard he was so kind to my little boy, going out his way daily to find him something for him to play with or bringing him ice creams. We would love to return. The swimming pools were amazing and the play area was great too. Location was a short walk to palmanova and magaluf.
