We stayed for 6 days in a room with direct access to the swimming pool from the balcony.
Our stay was pleasant with attentive staff, unfortunately food was just ok and we could see many of the same menu each day. There are ants if you stay in the lower floors. They offer events and concerts until late hours.

My family and I have just returned home from 6 nights all-inclusive here.
I can't compliment the staff enough. Every single person working there, from the reception team to the pool bar team and all the dining-hall team were exemplary.
The whole hotel was spotless. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the food was excellent. The buffets provide enough choice to feed even the fussiest of eaters.
The kids club and activities were outstanding fun and the team running this provided huge amounts of energy and enthusiasm for each session and activity.
The outdoors pools are excellent. The main pool is not heated but even at this time of year is very manageable once you're over the initial chill. The kids pool and an additional outdoor pool, as well as the indoor pool are heated. This doesn't mean it's toasty but it takes away the edge of the chill. My kids (aged 4 and 6) had an absolute blast moving between the kids pool and the large blue bubble pool.
When we arrived we were given a 2st floor room facing the outdoor stage and to say it was noisy within the room was an understatement. The party might as well have been in there with us! The music goes on until 22:30 so if you have young kids who you'd like to be in bed before this time then keep in mind when making special requests to the hotel for your room. We were moved the next day (with no hassle at all) and the 2nd room at the far side of the hotel was much quieter but the set up of the hotel is that all rooms on the inside face the pool and in doing so will get this noise. It would be quieter on the outside side of the hotel but then you're stuck looking at a fairly unattractive street. This aside it was an amazing stay and we'd all love to go back!

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean, staff are really friendly. Location is excellent.
We tried the buffet one evening and enjoyed the selection.
Only complaint is indoor pool is meant to be heated but it’s freezing. Have never been in a cold jacuzzi before. The temperature really needs to be raised for the spa feeling. A shame really as the pool and jets are awesome otherwise.
Outdoor pool is stone cold too.
Still would come back again as otherwise really enjoyed our stay.

Great family holiday, everything for younger kids it’s ideal. Service from all staff amazing, spotless clean, and lots of pools and loungers. Only area of improvement would be more dancing as the kids mini disco only ever 1/2 songs and most hotels have full hour of fun dances. Also the evening entertainment was very short and finished by 10/10:30pm great if you like an early night I suppose.

Stayed for a week in early May with family. The pools were a big disappointment—advertised as heated (some of them), but at 19–22°C outside, the water was freezing. The indoor pool was even worse: broken tiles, dim lights, and an overall grimy feel, a bit warmer water, but still not really pleasant. The spa could use a serious clean-up too, spider webs and even spiders around, and the pool water there was also cold. I’m sure the pools are fine in summer heat (35°C+), but definitely not off-season.
The room had a kitchenette, fine if you eat out like we did, but you’ll still use plates, cups and glasses for snacks or drinks, so it would be nice if they at least provided a sponge and dish soap.
On the positive side, the beach is just a short walk away, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was good. Staff were also nice.
Overall, not worth the money!
