The level of service was outstanding. All-inclusive was well worth it. The shows were quite good also. Everything was very clean and the staff friendly and efficient. The only real downside was the noise coming from the neighboring hotel until around 11PM. One day also some sewage smell in the room. Highly recommended anyway and would stay again in this hotel.

Cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. If you have small kids in particular. There is a dedicated kids pool which is warm, a pirate ship with slides and also a separate slide gym. A separate play park, trampoline, bouncing castle and outdoor table tennis, the main pool has a great blow up water mound for the older kids and the adults pool is a great size. There are 3 other small pools also.
Entertainment at night every night for kids, the shows are amazing quality for a hotel, similar to what you would see on a high end cruise ship lik Celebrity Cruises.
The food in the main dining restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is exceptional quality for a Hotel here. Definitely the best we have experienced on a sun holiday.
All staff are really friendly.

Been to the island many times, first time in a Zafiro hotel.
Travelled as family of 4, 2 adults 2 kids, one bedroom penthouse suite, all inclusive.
We loved so many things about this hotel. The food and drink selection was great, we don't drink alcohol and yet found an exciting range of mocktails and other offerings. We loved the glass bottles of water and sparking water, any time you need it, as well as glass bottles of Schweppes drinks, coke, sprite etc. A huge bonus was being able to use the coffee machines at lunch and dinner, not just breakfast, this was a really nice touch for us. The entertainment team/kids club style activities were excellent with archery, aquamat, water polo, badminton and medal games being just some of what our boys absolutely loved. The team of girls that run the kids activities are genuinely the kindest and lovely we've ever seen. Service was always friendly, reception especially. Housekeeping and fresh towels daily, the communal areas always spotless. Never raced for sunbeds yet always got one. Location is excellent for beach and both palmanova and magaluf side. Wristbands for room key and additional payments, including at the adjoining supermarket was an excellent service. Play park and bouncy castle that the kids could use any time was brilliant, and the main pool staying open til 7pm was a hit for us. Hot tub on our rooftop cleaned plenty and was such a lovely extra on our holiday. We booked everything through Zafiro hotels website, including flights, and we've never had a more smooth process from booking, travelling to arriving! All round we've been very impressed. We've definitely found our favourite after all these years visiting and can't wait to return. Thanks to the whole team at Zafiro Palmanova for everything.

We had a fabulous week here. We were greeted by very friendly and helpful reception staff. The rooms were a great size (we had a one bed) they were kept immaculately clean. Bed was so comfortable. Bathroom was a great size and the shower was just perfect. We went self catering so cannot comment on the food. Location was also great. We would def come back here again

Excellent hotel in every way. All staff super friendly and helpful from reception, bar staff, housekeeping and entertainment team. The senior life guard was on the ball and ran a tight ship. I have never seen so many lifeguards in one hotel, it felt very safe to have children in the pool. Great location too, so close to the beach and everywhere clean and well kept. We loved the swim up bar and bali beds in the pool. It is a family hotel so lots of little ones naturally it was outside of school holidays so no bigger kids. As two adults with a grown up son travelling we knew this on booking. The children were all very well behaved and having a wonderful time which was lovely to watch. We didn’t eat at the hotel as prefer to try different restaurants each evening but loved the facilities in the room to make snacks during the day. We could not fault the hotel in anyway it was fabulous.
