Spent a week with the family for the summer holiday. We liked the food very much. The stuff was nice. The kids (5 and 7 YO) enjoyed the pools. The room was a little worn but good enough. The beach was near but we didn't spend much time there as the kids preferred the pools. The other activities the hotel provides (playground, mini disco, mini golf) were fun too.
Overall, based on my experience I would recommend the hotel.

Amazing! Just back from a week, food, drinks, choice, staff, location all brilliant! Our room was lovely and quiet too. We had one overlooking the road (which is very quiet) which we preferred. Definitely would stay in a Zafio hotel again.

Just returned from an amazing family holiday with 3 adult children. This hotel is fantastic. We've stayed in other Zafiro Hotels but this is by far the best. The location right on the beach was fabulous. The rooms are really large and spotless. Plenty of activities for the whole family and the staff were so friendly, efficient and took great pride in ensuring we had a great stay. A truly wonderful family holiday and will definitely be back.

We spent a fantastic week at Zafiro Bahia in Mallorca as a family of five — three adults and two kids (one turned 5 during our stay, and the other is 1.5 years old). We had an All-Inclusive package and stayed in a ground-floor room with a private jacuzzi.
🔹 Location – absolutely perfect. The hotel is right on Playa de Muro, one of the island’s best beaches, with direct access to the sea.
🔹 Hotel condition – overall very good. Some elements may be slightly older, but everything is well-maintained, clean, and in good shape.
🔹 Food – delicious and varied. Breakfast and dinner were served indoors, while lunch was offered on the outdoor terrace. Each dinner had a different theme with tasty dishes.
🔹 Cocktails – genuinely impressive! Great quality, with good alcohol – just like in a proper cocktail bar.
🔹 Pools and leisure areas – all in excellent condition.
🔹 For kids – there’s mini-golf, a playground, a kids’ club, and several water slides. However, two of the slides seemed a bit unsafe for small children. The rest were great.
🔹 Extras – gym, sauna, indoor pool – all available and clean.
💬 The service was exceptional – probably the best we’ve experienced in an All-Inclusive hotel. Every request we had was handled quickly and professionally. The staff truly cares about guest satisfaction.
🎯 Out of all the All-Inclusive places we’ve been to, this one stands out for its balance of quality, service, and comfort.
Highly recommend – and we’d love to return in the future!

Overall, a great family resort that is a nice size and has something for everyone. Have listed quite a few cons to try and help improve the hotel. Would visit again.
PROS: Staff very friendly; nice pools and direct access to beach (take care of old boat mooring irons in the sea bed as two of us cut our feet on one of them); some variety with the different themed meals in evening; food was good considering all inclusive; two lunch options; not too big; great range of facilities; kids and evening entertainment was good.
CONS: Our disabled room for a group member was not reserved and it took an hour to get them to their room eventually; take care when booking taxis as there was a mistake made at reception and this led to two drivers arriving, one of which was directing his frustration at us; rooms are a little dated/basic (we had a pool room); the private pools are not (it seems) cleaned during stay so you end up with leaves and bugs - maybe provide a pool net so you can do this if you wanted; security could be an issue as its possible to just walk in through the beach gate and side entrances to hotel, although we did not see anything out of the ordinary, it is very open; the steam room, jacuzzi and showers in spa area were not working; kids entertainment could do with some variety.
