We had a fantastic stay at Zafiro Alzinar Mar and couldn't fault a thing. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was seamless.
Our room with its private plunge pool was wonderful – spacious, spotlessly clean and the perfect place to relax. The hotel has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere, making it ideal for a relaxing adults-only break.
The food was excellent throughout our stay, with plenty of choice at every meal, and the all-inclusive package offered an extensive selection of drinks.
A special thank you to Higinio for all of his help. He was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to assist us, particularly with our transfer.

It was our second stay at Zafiro Alzinar Mar, the first time was in October 2025.
The hotel is bountiful with excellent staff, friendly and efficient. Worthy of a mention is 1) Miguel, the head waiter, always has a smile and would anticipate our seating requirements after a couple of days. 2) Fernando (waiter), lovely bloke, friendly, efficient and always makes you feel welcome 3) Frank, (waiter) who was so friendly, asked our names - and remembered them - was very helpful and a bit of a comedian 4) Cezar, (waiter) always friendly and did a great job 5) Narea, (waitress) always had a smile and was very efficient 6) Higinio (reception) very helpful, making sure your needs are met.
Whoever does staff training, should be commended.
Rooms are very clean, cleaned with fresh towels every day.
Downsides - The food wasn't quite as good as last time, although it was still excellent. We think because the hotel was not full, the slow turnaround of food resulted in some of the dishes not being as hot as they could be. However, I am a vegetarian, and there is a good choice every night.
The food in the lunchtime restaurant is hit and miss, some of the dishes need replacing (in our opinion) but in the main, very good. Service, as the main restaurant, is excellent.
Well worth going AI as the drinks are good, and cocktails are made fresh, unlike some hotels we have stayed at.
The entertainment in the evening could do with upgrading, although it didn't bother us, we were happy to have reasonably early nights and get up earlier.
All in all, a lovely hotel, would definitely recommend it, and we are considering going back for a third stay later in the year.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for us as a couple. Adults only, very calm and quiet.
Plenty of space and loungers around the pool. We were in a Junior Suite, very clean and lots of space - we didn't have the plunge pool but they looked really good too. All the staff were great, and very patient when I tried to practice my Spanish. Really good hotel we would very happily visit again

This was our second visit to Zafirio Alzinar Mar and it certainly didn't disappoint.
The staff at this hotel are fantastic and can't do enough for you.
The hotel is immaculately clean.
I found everything to be top quality and the presentation of food and drinks shows great detail and highly trained staff. The only slight disappointment was the food at the buffet could have been warmer.
Raymond the entertainment guy was really good at keeping people motivated without going over the top.
Again he puts a great dealing pride into his workouts and goes the extra mile.
Overall another great stay.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location, rooms are spacious and kept very clean, shower is amazing, great view from balcony.
Restaurant serves very tasty meals for breakfast and evening, the snack bar - À la carte menu is lovely lots to choose from and very tasty, but it can get quite windy there and cold.
Entertainment was very good as were the daytime activities by Raymond he deserves a pay rise, very good at his job and gets to know the guests excellent service by all staff.
