We stayed here for 7 nights, what a great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, the food was actually good especially dinner and lunch. Some days we got up quite late when we went to the pool side, and there was still plenty of sun beds near the pool which is great. Special thanks to the day time bartenders they were amazing, very approachable and even started to memorise what we drink😂 location is quite good too, we only paid 600 TL for a taxi to alanya which isn't bad, my only negative experience was the hotel advisor Erhan. I would heavily advise to not book any excursions as he charges a very high price and he isn't a fair person. However despite that we had a great time in this hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone whose considering coming here.

Me and my parents really love our stay here in White City Beach hotel. We came here to rest and relax a little bit of the chaos of life in general and here is like a therapy to be honest.
I want to start with the people who are working so hard to make this place enjoyable. Everyone we saw and met so far was very welcoming, cheerful and everyone keeps checking on you to make sure you feel good. So thank you all!
When it comes to the amenities, The room is quite big and very clean with a nice view of the sea. Food is really fresh and delicious all the time (I really like that they don’t go crazy with the buffet but keep it high quality), the sea is just 2 mins walk from where you eat so very convenient. And it is sooo clear blue I love it. Maybe one thing to consider would be that it isn’t a huge shoreline but a dock there, yet there is also an area of shallow shore right next to it.
An addition is that the hotel overall is so chill and quiet in a good way( I guess its because there are no kids) I think this will be my go to from now on that I will def. consider +16 hotels more often.
For us as we came by car, it was pretty easy to get there really close to Alanya city centre (I guess like 10 mins by car)
So yes overall its 5/5 place to actually rest and recover from the long winter days of Europe hahah ✨✨🫶🏼

We went for a weeks stay at the White City beach hotel and for 5/7 of the days we had a lovely time!
The food is pretty standard and not really catered towards the English but we were on holiday so this wasn’t a huge deal! Most of the food we had was great! We especially enjoyed the White City burgers!
They always have fresh salad, fruit and many different meals each day.
The bar was great! Always had lovely service from the bar men. Not a lot of choice but if you ask them to pour you a strong drink, they will!
The only down side was the entertainment man at the hotel, Salih.
Throughout our stay we were made to feel like we could trust Salih and that we were his friends. Unfortunately this was not true. All week he had begged us to go to the club Summer Garden. We went on our second last day with him and a few others.
During the evening Salih made it very clear once we left the hotel that he did not care for our wellbeing and when my partner was assaulted by the security whilst he was in the bathroom, Salih did not help us.
When we tried to speak to Salih the next day he completely avoided us at the hotel and walked away from us. We have complained to the hotel about him and hope something has been done.
We also know from other guests that he messages young female guests at the hotel in a flirtatious manner which I feel is extremely unacceptable.
The hotel reception staff were amazing and Erin and Omer made our stay so much more enjoyable and always smiled and were polite.
And the shop keepers were amazing! Lovely man and woman who helped me out when I had an allergic reaction to some sun cream I was using. They gave me medication to help me out when I couldn’t nip to a pharmacy.
We wish we spent more time down by the pier and beach as it’s lovely down there.
The location isn’t great and you will have to get transport to get to any other areas such as Alanya and Antalya. The bus journey was about 2 and a bit hours from Antalya airport but if you’re like us and just want a week lying on a sun-bed it’s perfect and you have everything there that you need.
They have a salon there which I got my hair done at one day. And a few shops across from the hotel that sell clothes, handbags and a place you can exchange money and book excursions.
Also highly recommend the tattoo studio that visits the hotel! They will pick you up and drop you off at the tattoo studio and aren’t too expensive!
All in all we had a lovely holiday, thank you guys!

The hotel was lovely to stay in, all staff were great but Diana in the entertainment team was lovely and so friendly! She helped us have loads of fun with activities in the day and taking us to the clubs in the evening. Would definitely stay at another hotel if I knew she was there!

Diana is truly an amazing animator and one of the best parts of our holiday. She is always smiling, kind, full of positive energy, and makes everyone feel welcome.
The morning water workouts were so much fun and quickly became one of our favorite daily activities. We also had a great time playing tennis together, sharing lots of laughs and unforgettable moments. Spending time with Diana at the club was always enjoyable because she creates such a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere.
She is not only excellent at her job but also an incredible person. During our stay, she became much more than just an animator to us. She became someone who felt like a real friend, and that says everything about the kind of person she is.
Thank you, Diana, for all the amazing memories, the laughter, and the happiness you brought to our vacation. We will always remember you and truly hope to see you again one day. You are a wonderful person, and anyone who meets you is lucky.
