Lovely clean hotel. The staff are so lovely and friendly they cannot do enough for you. The entertainment staff especially Yuliya was lovely in getting us involved in activities and looked after us on clubbing trips to Summer Garden. The massages and the Turkish bath experience are a must too. We loved them that much we had one every day. We had the best time.

First time at the hotel and we have loved every minute. The staff are amazing and always friendly, polite and attentive. The rooms are amazing and the air conditioning is epic and a must have!
The food is different but this is Turkey but always something to enjoy as there is a vast amount on offer.
The only downside is the transfer time but that's nothing to impact the hard work the entertainment team, bar staff and waiters put in. Highly recommend coming to this hotel! Lots of fun and surround by an amazing team. Big shout out to Kaan!!

First time holiday absolutely loved it, the staff make the holiday for me, they were so nice and nothing was too much of an ask.
There was everything you needed here and in a great location, all the taxis are priced before you leave the hotel so you know exactly what you are paying.
The reps really made the days here with the entertainment, we had a foam party here which was amazing and the nights always had something different, would come back here 100 percent.

We invited 13 people to join us on our honeymoon. We had been to this hotel two years prior. I thought it was a lovely place to return to unfortunately out of 15 of us 13 of us was seriously ill after raising our concerns with the food the staff continued to serve burgers from the snack bar after handling raw chicken with the same utensil My Husband raised his concerns with the manager of the hotel and the gentleman in charge of the food area who also had a word with the chef in question but as soon as we left on Saturday, the same thing was happening with my guests that were still there till Monday it’s a shame but there is no way I would return to this hotel unless the standards of the food improves. There was also an incident with some young delinquents that were above our room that were constantly going out clubbing constantly coming in at three 4 o’clock in the morning and literally smashing up the room. There was a video of this that we had seen ourselves because the lad in question thought it was highly clever and I thought we’d be impressed which we was not the hotel Had complaints from five or six rooms surrounding this. The management done nothing absolutely nothing to improve our stay and as them people left they had quite a bill to pay for the damage that had been done to the room and also had police escort them off the premises, again poor management. The only good thing about this hotel on our visit this time was the entertainment team Yuliya and Kaan had us up every day getting involved spent time with us to make sure last day was good done everything they could to make our evening and daytime as pleasant as they could and I could not sing their praises enough.

Cannot fault White City beach hotel! Although hotel is in a remote area, there are bus stops available just outside. Rooms are clean, there is a variety of food provided in the restaurant, pool bar and beach bar too. Entertainment team are fantastic and provide lots of fun in and out of the hotel, providing activities throughout the day, live entertainment at night and also organise club nights most night. All staff have been very friendly and have made our stay very pleasant! We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you White City Beach!
