My family and I spent a week (20th-27th Sep) at Vitor's Plaza and had a wonderful holiday. The resort was everything I could have hoped for. The accommodation was spacious and spotless and the facilities were fantastic - especially the pool, what a great pool. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the restaurant and bar was a really nice environment to be in. We ate at the hotel bar on 3 nights and the food was fantastic. We also ventured off resort and had some wonderful meals out in Alvor. For us this was easily walkable, but we also utilised Uber of which there were plenty, and always arrived at the hotel within 5 mins and only cost 3-4 euros. There is a lovely bakery and Supermarket only a 15 minute walk from the hotel, on the way to Alvor if you need to do a big shop for your stay, but you also have the fantastic Mini Market on-site which stocks most essentials. There is a shuttle service to the beach, which was excellent and the driver gave us so much information about the area. Transport and tour guide in one, can't remember his name (he lives in Alvor), but he was so welcoming, and informative - thankyou. We were so sad to leave, it was a wonderful holiday, lovely country, lovely resort, fantastic staff - who went out of their way to make sure we had the best time. A massive thankyou to all at Vitor's Plaza for looking after us all so well. My perfect holiday.

Went on a wonderful holiday here in September. I honestly couldn't recommend this place higher. For me, its the people that made it. The staff of the hotel were friendly, efficient, kind and fun to chat with. The entertainment staff were fantastic too, great fun and very inclusive and engaging. The bonus was that the hotel was also gorgeous. Spacious, clean and had wonderful facilities for us. We had such a wonderful time.

Tidy and clean rooms. Staff were all excellent. Special mention to the reception team and Rui. Located away from the majority of shops etc but is quiet in the evenings. Large shop is 10min walk away and cabs are affordable so getting to any of the nearby towns is very easy.

A short distance from Alvor but it's only €5 with Uber, apartments are very spacious and decent size balcony, pool is big enough, plenty of sun loungers, very clean public areas, and apartments are cleaned every second day, would definitely recommend

I'm writing on behalf of my friend and her family. They had been staying there for a while and everything seemed well. I thought they were safe and was shocked to hear that the property manager was physically abusive towards them. While I don't know the whole story, please look in to this. This issue has caused me great concern and made me question visiting.
