I was really looking forward to going here, however nothing but problems. Let's start with the positive. Breakfast was amazing, views were great, staff helped where they could, location was very good. Now for bad. Air conditioner not working in the room, reported daily they sent someone to fix and they said all done but next few hrs was back to hot. First night was unbearable heat in the room. Even staff walked in and said this is not ok. They said if they can't fix they will move us. However still not fixed but luckily it cooled down. Wifi was among the worst I have come across. Especially as this is meant to be 5 star. Off and on for hours at a time, regular drop outs again the staff helped where they could and put us on their private network which was better. Definitely not worth over €200 a night. They did offer us a late checkout for free which was nice. As I say hotel needs work but staff great.

We stayed at this hotel for a week, and breakfast was included in the price along with the accommodation. We chose a room with a sea view, and it was exactly what we had hoped for. Our room had a jacuzzi, which was also wonderful. The views from our room and from the top floor of the hotel (the spa) were stunning.
The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and varied, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite.
The only downside was a broken treadmill, but we were told it would be fixed in the future. There was also a brief water outage at one point, but when I reported it, the issue was resolved within 10 minutes.
Overall, we were left with a very warm and pleasant feeling from our stay. Thank you! I can definitely recommend it. 😍🤗🌊

We had a very nice dinner at the restaurant Llum Del Mar with our family. Our server Juan was outstanding and very friendly. We had the burata as a starter, the crispy suckling pig and French lamb for main course. Very delicate and nice arranged at the plate. Tasteful and delicious food. We highly recommend this place. And ask for Juan!!

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Villa Venecia! Incredible views, super friendly staff (Claudia), and a perfect room for a romantic weekend. The breakfast was delicious, and everything was spotless.
A peaceful, luxurious escape right in the heart of Benidorm. Can’t wait to come back!

Location couldn't have been more perfect for us. Away from all the noise and "filth" of the British Quarter. Great hotel with sea view suites. Very nice rooms. Staff was wonderful.
