Reception and pool very nice, rooms are standard. I definitely would not say it's a 5 star. I was on ground floor pool view. We had people above us who partied every night till 2 am, so not very restful. Breakfast amazing, with lovely staff.
Every resturant near by requires reservation so we didnt bother
We walked 10 minutes to the tram stop and for 1.50 euro you can get into old town.
I would stay again as its a quiet area, but not with 5 star expectations

Our stay at SH Villa Gadea was excellent from start to finish. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge variety of fresh, high-quality options every morning. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful views that made the stay even more relaxing.
The service was exceptional — every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. We also loved the fantastic facilities, especially the swimming pool and the paddle court, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
A perfect place to relax and unwind. We would happily come back again and highly recommend it!

🤢🤢 i stayed in this hotel for a few days and on my first night when i went to my rooms bathroom i ended up finding an alive cockroach that was big and roaming the bathroom 🤢as i will attach below. I was changed to a similar room only the day after and received no compensation for the incident. The breakfast looks really good but it doesn’t taste the best most of the food ends up being cold or dry tho there are some good options.The hotel has a good location given its near benidorm and about 1 hour and a half away from Valencia. The pools were the fun part of the hotel and really the only upside of the hotel for me

Really enjoyed the water spa here - 50 euros for two of us for 1 1/2 hours and we had the whole place to ourselves! Left feeling very relaxed and calm. Would definitely recommend for a soothing experience.

This is our second time here but I feel a bit let down because our room was on the side where they were doing building works. It was a bit noisy during the day and also dusty. Yesterday someone was sanding walls in the hallway near the lifts. Our room was newly refurbished and we had to get the maintenance guy in a couple of times to fix things (a tap and the air conditioning). The rooms are very nice but I think they rushed to get them in use and they weren’t ready. The mirror heater was on constantly with no obvious way to turn it off, so it was very warm in the bathroom. The sink was loose too, we had to be careful not to lean on it.
