Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool area is great. Breakfast is good. It has a nice spa and gym area. We had a very nice and chilled stay!
Constructive criticism - If you are not half board, the restaurant is not good value for money for dinner. A lot of balconys have zero privacy ( I can see into 30 other balconies, and they can see into mine)(some of the balconies have partitions either side, so maybe ask for that at booking).
I'd definitly recommend staying here if you don't mind those last 2 negatives!

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. We went B&B only, but the breakfast buffet was excellent. Everything from fresh fruit up to a traditional fry-up. Everyone was catered for. The hotel was spotless, including pool and bar areas. Very convenient location for walking into the Old Town, or down to the zoo known as 'The Strip'! A tourist train stops outside if you don't fancy a walk. Plenty of local restaurants and fast-food places nearby also. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

A fantastic stay, returning to Albufeira and also Cerro Alagoa after 10 years. The staff have changed in that time, but their attention to detail and ability to go above and beyond made the stay a memorable one. We opted for roadside rooms instead of our usual pool/sea view, and they were clean and quiet. The breakfast is something special!
A special mention for Sammy and Tiago in reception who were so helpful, and arranged a late checkout for us at very short notice. This was despite the hotel almost being at full occupancy. And also a special mention for the bar staff Peri and Paulo for the late night drinks and chats.
Oak Green
Stayed here for a golfing holiday in April 2025. Handy central location, Uber taxis to old town and strip around 4 euros one way. Good selection of food for breakfast, on site bar has regular entertainment. Didn't use the pool or spa facilities so can't comment, but we would stay here again. Keep up the good work.

stayed b&b. reception staff not friendly at all told 28euro for meal on easter Sunday per person then to wait until 7pm to go for food to be told its 45euro per person! you can walk 10 mins up road for a very good meal with drinks for 3 people for a total of 50euro ...
and if you want to use the swimming pool inside, you still have to pay for a cap to go in but not the outside pool, so that's 4 euros each person.
last night when relaxing, a huge cockroach ran from under bed ! I was looking for more after and looked under bed full of dust and bits, so it's never cleaned under there, and this is meant to be a 4-star hotel ...
