Rooms are little dated. No walk in shower just a bath with a shower in it. No USB ports on any power outlets. Pool area was nice but seemed to be occupied with large groups of both males and females! Breakfast was the usual fare. Not great but not bad. All in all not a bad hotel but I wouldn't say it was a 4 ⭐ but maybe 3 ⭐.

The hotel is very well located, with lovely pool and lovely infrastructure! The animation girl Paula and Carol are a walking joy! They cheer up the crowd and bring a great energy to the guests! It’s a big a shame the shows now are all inside, if they were outside more people would join in!
The staff from the bar and from the restaurant are terrible, excluding one or two that are very nice and helpful, in terms of service they leave a lot to be desired! And when their boss arrives… things get even worst! She starts shouting at them in the middle of the guests! It’s very unpleasant when you’re trying to enjoy your meal at peace!
The guys from the bar should also learn to leave the safety of the counter and do some table service or at least clean a bit of the tables outside… they’re not that busy, they are just a bit lazy!

Stayed in this hotel in February. Beds are comfortable, no noise from other guests and inclusive breakfast was about as expected. Hotel is clean and staff were really helpful. Later check out than most hotels which we found really helpful for our flights. They left a treat for my partners birthday which was absolutely lovely. The area was nice and not far from the beach. Weather was nice being in Feb surprisingly but bet this is beautiful in the summer

I can say that I am an experienced traveler. Almost thirty years on the road and a life spent in buses, airplanes, restaurants, and hotels. And yet... sometimes there are still places that excite me, despite overexposure to these sectors. It is, usually, the staff is responsible for this. Here, too, it was sunshine in an extremely positive sense. Christiana at reception and her team surprised me with rare efficiency and went far beyond their usual scope in providing service. Ines in the restaurant and her team provided a daily buffet of farm-fresh meals and a house wine of their own brand that earned my admiration. The hotel is well located near a shopping center with a lovely view of the sea and a little train that lets you explore the surroundings if you are not yet familiar with Albufeira.

Unfortunately, this hotel is being ruined by loud and disruptive English guests. Large groups spend the entire day shouting and drinking excessively around the swimming pool. They even damaged the children's pool, leaving holes in the drain cover.
The poolside toilets were also covered in urine because of these guests. It was unhygienic and completely unacceptable.
Today, I did not feel comfortable because of the behavior of these guests. There wasn't a single moment of peace and quiet. The hotel seems to give little consideration to the many families with children staying here. I find that very disrespectful, and it seriously detracts from the overall holiday experience.
