Great place to stay and better value than many. Feels a bit more local - staff very friendly - especially the ladies doing the cleaning who always say hello. Breakfast good value with plenty of choice. Roof top bar and crazy golf is good. We paid a bit extra for a sea view which is worth doing as the view across to the cliffs is stunning. Only thing that let it down a bit was the bathroom - shower tray leaked all over the place and the drains blocked - can’t drink the water either but Lidl is just up the road for bottles. Plenty of nice places to eat around about - recommend the Armenian and BG Pizza around the corner and Ciela y Mar down the hill.

Booked a week here going 1st June. Had read the reviews. Arrived in middle of the night greeted by staff. Apartment was great clean and well equipt. Staff were great'and facilities were fine. Would describe as good for price we paid

We had a very pleasant stay in this 2-3 star hotel. Everything was convenient enough as we did not have that high expectations. The staff at the roof top bar was particularly pleasant. There are 2 pools, one at the ground floor and one on the roof top. There is also a jacuzzi and tiny kids pool up there. The roof top is particularly good for tanning. People did not seem to reserve sun loungers too much so there was always space. Roof top bar is good for lunch or snack. The breakfast was however a disappointment for the nearly 11 euros as not too nice. The room was not a best one view-wise, but served the purpose. Safety box cost 21 € for the week. Internet connection was incredibly slow as it took ages to do some basic things. Web- browsing sometimes ok. A good location near to Lidl and other shops, bars, and restaurants. All in all, ok experience. A bus stop and a taxi stand nearby.

Nice apartment with a view of the ocean and Los Gigantes. Fairly quiet in the evening, but with bars and resteraunts a short 2 minute walk away. The staff are friendly and very helpful and will help book any excursions for you. It is about an 18 minute walk to the beach or 4 minutes by car.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and well equipped. We stayed in apartment 86. The rooftop pool and bar was such a great space. Lovely views and plenty of sun loungers. The location was great, plenty of bars and restaurants within a laid back setting. The reception staff were lovely, friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The gym could probably do with a bit of an update but there are 3 cardio machines, a sauna and some free weights so you should be able to get a workout in, if not there's a modern gym very near to the hotel. Rooms were cleaned regularly and plenty of towels. We would definitely stay again.
