We had a very pleasant stay in this 2-3 star hotel. Everything was convenient enough as we did not have that high expectations. The staff at the roof top bar was particularly pleasant. There are 2 pools, one at the ground floor and one on the roof top. There is also a jacuzzi and tiny kids pool up there. The roof top is particularly good for tanning. People did not seem to reserve sun loungers too much so there was always space. Roof top bar is good for lunch or snack. The breakfast was however a disappointment for the nearly 11 euros as not too nice. The room was not a best one view-wise, but served the purpose. Safety box cost 21 € for the week. Internet connection was incredibly slow as it took ages to do some basic things. Web- browsing sometimes ok. A good location near to Lidl and other shops, bars, and restaurants. All in all, ok experience. A bus stop and a taxi stand nearby.

We came here on a budget self catering family holiday. The rooms were spacious. They were clean. The balcony overlooked a street and other building which wasn't a problem for us at all. The bathroom had a shower which was spacious with a rainfall shower head and regular shower head. The water did take a while to come through hot but that wasn't a issue for us. The housekeeping team were so pleasant and polite to us. The lady who greeted us on arrival was lovely she explained everything to us. The WiFi was slow but they do have a option to upgrade, however we chose not to. The apartments overlook a small shopping mall which was occasionally noisy in the evenings as the sound echoed, this isn't the fault of the apartments and they do have a noise policy in place. The pools were clean as were the areas around the pools. We spent most of our time at the pool on the lower level. It gets the sun in the morning and shaded in the afternoon which worked for our family. They do have a no inflatable rule unless you are a none swimmer in which case they allow armbands and rubber rings. One of our family don't swim and were told no inflatables until they realised she couldn't swim then the lifeguard apologised to us and allowed them. We found this to be very polite of them. The pools are very deep although the have a very small child pool on the 4th floor. There is also a hot tub on the 4th floor. They have gym and sauna facilities although we never used any of them. They also have a breakfast bar which we chose not to use. We enjoyed our stay and it suited our needs. The beds were comfortable too.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment- we had a 2 bed. Very well supported for baby/toddler.. provided travel cot, baby bath and high chair free of charge- all of which were clean and well cared for.
Pool areas clean, although baby/ kids pool was pretty chilly!
We only had breakfasts here ( opted for bnb), decent breakfast options.
Staff all very friendly! Good location, easy to shop- lidl near by. Bus stop also close by, as well as walking distance to a fair few restaurants.
Only downside for me is that windows to bedrooms were on corridor side and at times people can be noisy coming and going, especially as it echoes due to the building shape.

A great base with friends on a week long holiday. Breakfast was simple could do with some pastries and melon regularly.
Coffee machine serves a decent coffee.
Staff all friendly and happy.
When our boiler shorted they came and fixed it immediately.
Ground floor pool free from children was enjoyable. And the top sun terrace has amazing views. All round would recommend.

The complex has seen better days and unfortunately some areas aren't cleaned very well. The room is comfortable enough, though lacking air con and very tired furniture, kitchen. The roof terrace is great for sun bathing with decent sun beds. Plus the roof top restaurant is good. Location is it's strength. Good restaurants nearby and fantastic views across to Los Gigantes.
