Nice apartment with a view of the ocean and Los Gigantes. Fairly quiet in the evening, but with bars and resteraunts a short 2 minute walk away. The staff are friendly and very helpful and will help book any excursions for you. It is about an 18 minute walk to the beach or 4 minutes by car.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and well equipped. We stayed in apartment 86. The rooftop pool and bar was such a great space. Lovely views and plenty of sun loungers. The location was great, plenty of bars and restaurants within a laid back setting. The reception staff were lovely, friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The gym could probably do with a bit of an update but there are 3 cardio machines, a sauna and some free weights so you should be able to get a workout in, if not there's a modern gym very near to the hotel. Rooms were cleaned regularly and plenty of towels. We would definitely stay again.

Staff were great especially house keeping. Apartments were spacious and clean. Pool was good. Lots of sunbeds, umbrellas and space.

Not the best ive been to
We got there on the 7th of April and were there for 7 days. The first day was nothing more than wind but other than that we checked in and found our first issue, the elevator. It was so small that 3 cases and 3 people could BARELY fit. But we got there in the end and we saw that the door didnt shut properly it was closed at the top and the bottom was opened meaning you could hear your noisy neighbours but other than that we started exploring seeing the fan balcony ect. There we came to another issue the fridge. It was so old and disgusting no matter near it. It always smelt bad (I forgot to mention Room 73 was ours) And you could barely get any sleep due to the banging and the ruckus down below in the shops. Other than that the pool was extremely empty and most partly quiet and the rules were to strict saying no floaties no music nothing just silence. Even the lifeguard had nothing else to do and there was no entertainment whatsoever. The breakfast area was pointless as it was opened at 8am and closed 8:30 you could easily fit lunch and dinner in there. The top pool (floor 6) was better and there was a golf course and ping pong, there was a baby pool and it was so high up it was very easy for your towel, hat etc to fly off due to the wind.
