We’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times now and i wanted to leave a fair and honest review.
Starting off with the positives, it’s obviously great value for money as it’s one of the more affordable places to stay. The location is amazing, it’s a quiet area whilst still being close to everything you need. The staff are really friendly, welcoming and happy to assist with anything you need, they’re a credit to the place. The pool is very spacious and it’s always really easy to get a sunbed.
I know this place is a lower price due to a few factors but if they spent some money on it, it could be an amazing spot and I’d happily spend more to stay here if a few things were upgraded. Unfortunately we found the beds very uncomfortable this time round and I’m usually able to sleep anywhere. The decor isn’t only dated but bits of it is falling apart now, when we first stayed here it wasn’t too bad but that was roughly 5 years ago and it’s definitely time for a refresh. We also had a few creepy crawlies in our room which I know in hot countries is usual to get but I think this place could do with a big deep clean and some pesticide as we also saw a dead one in the reception area.
We addressed a few of the issues to reception as there was also construction going on under our room where we were woke up at 8am by loud banging. They very kindly moved us to a much better room and they were happy to help which really improved our stay.
We did have a lovely time so thank you for your hospitality!

Once again another great stay, been here 3-4 times a year and this is our 12 year.
Yes apartments are basic, and be honest they are looking tired and dated, but for the cost they are fine, but they do the job somewhere to sleep, have a shower and put your case. We don’t cook only use fridge, but yes limited ability to cook as no microwave or oven, but your on holls so who wants to cook!!!! There is option to have breakfast evening meal in the restaurant but always eat out. Have had food drink at pool bar all excellent and strong measures off spirits
The beds are comfy and fresh towels changed frequently. The pool is great, never struggled get sun bed, the pool bar is fantastic with reasonable prices. One day large group of 25 turned up lot off them
Not staying at the apartments being loud swearing in all fairness the life guard was soon on it , and never happened again
The gate is locked at night and security guards on premises at night have noticed the noise and anti social behaviour previously has subsided substantially
Location is excellent supermarket next door great pizza place next door as well, beach restaurants 3 minute walke
The staff are all amazing accommodating and can’t do enough the cleaners are efficient, have not seen any cockroaches

This was our second stay at this amazing hotel. The rooms are large and clean and the grounds and pool are well maintained. The staff are all very friendly and a special mention to Jonathan the lifeguard at the top pool, he was a great guy and very helpful and looked after the cat . Also the chap on reception was brilliant, we will be returning next year. Location is perfect for everything. Many thanks for another great stay

Location is perfect , few minutes walk on the beach . Few minutes walk to Siam Park or mall. Short walk to take bus, if you want to see the capital or shop in Primark.

Great for a budget holiday rooms serve there purpose but a bit dated would go back staff are great had a overall nice week plenty of good food within 100m and good for green chilli curry out side is great
