We have stayed here several times in the last 5 years and highly recommend for location, access to a beautiful beach as well as padel court+fully equipped gym. The apartments are spacious with cooking facilities +large balconies. Staff are very friendly and there are activities on most of the year if you wish to take part. The breakfast buffet is impressive too!

Stayed here in September 2025, had to asked to be moved as the room had bed bugs, they didn’t want to give us another apartment but I insisted as I’d been bitten all over. The sofa bed had loads of bugs when lifted the mattresses. They even charged me to wash my cloths. €9.50, €1.50 per liquid tablet. Rooms were not cleaned to a high standard, the food was very same old from day today. The evening entertainment was short and boring. And normally next to the pool. Some evenings were chilly. The staff in the restaurant were extremely helpful. Pedro on reception was extremely helpful.
The check out was at 11am, I used the public shower, this was in an old toilet cubical it was extremely dirty, the drain was blocked but they did supply a towel. This was defo not 5* more like a 2* the apartments were well decorated but stuff was broken. Lovely pool not heated. Some sunbeds were broken, and were very dirty. The spar was a nice touch but again bits were broken/missing.

I would like to start by saying that my review is only my humble opinion and I post on here as I see it. Not everyone may agree so here goes. We arrived here 8 days ago and still have 3 days left, so far I am disappointed with the location of the hotel, it's in a residential area with no local town near by, people have posted its close to shops and bars, it's 5 minute walk to a rundown commercial centre which has one small supermarket and a handful of bars and restaurants which in my opinion is not worth visiting, so for those of you who like wondering around souvenirs shops and taking in a holiday vibe this isn't for you. The hotel looks nice and is large, the pool areas are clean with plenty of sun beds. Be aware that check in here is at 4pm which was very bad for us as we arrived just after 11am at the hotel, so having to hang around for 5 hours after a very early start did not sit well with us, TUI should make check in times at hotel's clear when booking to avoid disappointment and frustration when you start your holiday. The apartment's are a good size, the cleaning though leaves a lot to be desired, if it wasn't for the fact the bed's were made and fresh towels put in the bathroom you wouldn't know the maid had been, the bathroom is not fit for purpose as it has a shower over the bath with a glass screen which can not be moved, leaving a very small gap to get in and out of safety, and if you have mobility issues this can be a problem, I don't know how family's with small children cope with bath time. Sevice at the bar and restaurant is hit and miss, the bar especially, there's only a few working behind the bar that know how to prepare and serve drinks and some who don't have a clue, and seam miserable, not what I would expect of a 4 star rated hotel. The food is ok, but not 4 star standard in my opinion, but I understand that we all have different tastes when it comes to food, so I leave that to you to make your minds up. I will finish with a positive that Maria and jojo are excellent entertainment staff, both very friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel. In my opinion please don't expect a 4 star hotel i have stayed in much better 3 star hotels

Stayed here for a week and first family holiday abroad. We couldn't have picked a better hotel and location close to the beach and small area of shops, cafes and restaurants.
The hotel itself is lovely and clean. We had a room to the rear overlooking the children's pool so was quieter. Spacious accommodation with 2 TVs, fridge/freezer, kettle etc and 2 balconies, one of which had a drying rack to use.
The pools do get slightly busy but we never had an issue (3 and 6 year olds) and a staff member does remove towels from sunbeds that are not being used (there are signs to say no reserving). The food is very plentiful and while it can be similar, due to the wide choices, can have something different each night (except the apple cake which I could eat every day!).
Bar is available for a choice of drinks and the sports facilities are also open for use (football goals, running track, tennis, padel, gym). Also provide alternate day trips to local towns, however we used a taxi as we didn't spend full days there.
Entertainment is always on, kids loved the mini disco and reptile show where can hold the well looked after animals and have a picture. Staff look like they genuinely enjoy being there l, are very helpful whether it be in the restaurant or activities and as ever, if you're polite, it is reciprocated.
Overall, a great first holiday as a family, would highly recommend and would not hesitate to return if we find a great deal

Quiet location. Perfect for couples and families. Only 11k from Albufeira. Very clean, staff very helpful. Pool, jacuzzi, gym, courts & running track (all free for guests) to choose from. Breakfast ok, not amazing. Plenty to choose from but sugary juices & fruits in machines. Should be serving fresh, natural juices, fruits, honey. Go early for breakfast, crazy busy even in Sept.
