The apartment was really spacious and really clean , the maids were great they got the rooms spotless. All the staff was really helpful with a smile 😃 and the animation team was amazing 👏 absolutely next level really joyful and engaging with both adults and children. A joy to be around. Would recond this place to athletes and families both !

Solo masters athlete, All Inclusive stay: I stayed here for a month (Feb 2026) while training for athletics, and it was an excellent base for a nice training camp away from the snow. The apartment made daily life easy and let me focus completely on training. They are modern and comfortable, with a full kitchen and great views of the pine forest, pool, or sports center. WiFi worked reliably throughout my stay. Training facilities are the standout feature. The 400 m track is perfect for all track and field disciplines. Between the hotel’s sports center, the Açoteias Cross Track and the nearby high performance Albufeira Training Camp for throwers, everything an elite athlete needs is available. There’s also a football pitch, tennis and padel courts, a well equipped hotel gym, plenty of space for recovery, and nightly entertainment. The Podium Restaurant offered a good variety of Portuguese and international dishes, and the buffet was always replenished. Easy to meet nutritional needs as an athlete. Staff at the restaurant and hotel were consistently friendly, available and helpful. Overall: A great combination of comfort and professional level training facilities. Ideal for athletes on a long training block or families looking for a sporty holiday. The supportive staff (too many to be named) really adds to the positive environment for high level training.

We have stayed here several times in the last 5 years and highly recommend for location, access to a beautiful beach as well as padel court+fully equipped gym. The apartments are spacious with cooking facilities +large balconies. Staff are very friendly and there are activities on most of the year if you wish to take part. The breakfast buffet is impressive too!

Positives Friendly staff, all staff were absolutely lovely. I've never been to a hotel that ALL staff were so amazing. Martha and JoJo at the entertainment were great. We don't usually engage with entertainment on holiday but these two make you feel so welcome that you want to join in with their games. Remembered our names from the moment they meet us too, honestly they are great! Room was very big and very clean. Also very quiet which was brilliant. Spotlessly clean. Food was amazing, I'm fussy and a vegetarian so I wasn't expecting to eat as much as I did. Each meal was beautiful, was lots of choice and the cakes were delicious. Negatives I think they could make it a bit easier to get drinks from the bar. Often the doors were not open or no staff to get a drink. I will put this down to it being out of season though. You could pour your own soft drinks, juices, coffee, wine, sangria and beer (beer was hard to pour well). Overall would highly recommend, even if you don't like sports. If you do like sports then you will love it even more as the facilities looked great.

Stayed here in September 2025, had to asked to be moved as the room had bed bugs, they didn’t want to give us another apartment but I insisted as I’d been bitten all over. The sofa bed had loads of bugs when lifted the mattresses. They even charged me to wash my cloths. €9.50, €1.50 per liquid tablet. Rooms were not cleaned to a high standard, the food was very same old from day today. The evening entertainment was short and boring. And normally next to the pool. Some evenings were chilly. The staff in the restaurant were extremely helpful. Pedro on reception was extremely helpful. The check out was at 11am, I used the public shower, this was in an old toilet cubical it was extremely dirty, the drain was blocked but they did supply a towel. This was defo not 5* more like a 2* the apartments were well decorated but stuff was broken. Lovely pool not heated. Some sunbeds were broken, and were very dirty. The spar was a nice touch but again bits were broken/missing.
