Stayed here with friends and our kids on an all-inclusive package recently (mid June)
Pros:
* The territory is nice, green, and has a lot of shade. It would be helpful to add some benches though. When a baby is sleeping in a stroller, there is basically nowhere to sit.
* Renovated rooms are nice and comfortable. However balcony still looks not renovated.
* The pool is good, but there is no separate kids’ pool and the children’s area is quite small. It might become crowded when the hotel is busier.
* Staff are friendly and helped us to organize a surprise dinner for our friends wedding anniversary.
Cons:
* Safety seems to be overlooked at times. One day there were exposed wires sticking out in the playroom. That’s not something that should happen in a children’s area.
* Renovation work is still ongoing. The drilling and construction noise during the day made it hard to relax by the pool or enjoy the surroundings. Also some parts still need to be renovated including entrance area.
* The women’s toilet near the pool is in poor condition and needs attention.
* There are signs at the hotel but they are not accurate.
* The biggest downside was the food. Quality was inconsistent and varied a lot from day to day. Some dishes tasted like leftovers from previous days and were not fresh. There were also very few healthy options. The fruits was good, though.
* If you want to go to the beach, be aware that it takes 13-15 minutes, and the hotel does not offer transfer.
Overall, there are some good things about the hotel, but the food quality, ongoing renovation, and maintenance issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

We stayed here in mid-June with my wife and our 2-year-old child.
Pros:
* Large, clean room with modern renovation. However, the buildings and balconies themselves need refurbishment.
* Beautiful, green, and shady territory.
* Good value for money.
* Most staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to David at reception, who was exceptionally welcoming and always ready to help.
* The pool is decent, although very basic and without any attractions for children.
* A special thank you for helping our friends organize a surprise anniversary dinner for us. The staff prepared a beautiful table and brought wine, champagne, and a cake. It was a very thoughtful gesture.
Cons:
* The biggest issue is the food. Limited selection, average quality, and some dishes occasionally seemed questionable. Very few healthy options. The fruit was good, though.
* “All Inclusive” is not really all-inclusive. Many things cost extra, including the safe, towels, ice cream, and some drinks.
* Parts of the infrastructure are worn out and need urgent renovation. The game room had exposed wiring, some toilets didn’t flush properly, and doors barely closed.
* The gym is disappointing.
* The entertainment program is poorly organized. The schedule appears too late in the morning, and many activities feel low-energy, so few guests participate.
* Signs point to a children’s pool and other facilities, but in reality, access is blocked.
Overall, the hotel has potential thanks to its nice grounds, spacious rooms, and friendly staff, but several areas need significant improvement.

Me and my sisters/friend were originally meant to be at another hotel but unfortunately they had overbooked and easy jet didn’t give us much options for hotels or time to decide. This was the one we were given instead.
The hotel itself is beautiful with lots of gorgeous scenery, massive pool, modern rooms with very comfortable beds and kind staff but if you are booking this hotel with friends I wouldn’t recommend it.
There are lots and LOTS of kids here, annoying ones at that. Massive families and ear grating entertainment all throughout the day. They will play the same horrid kiddy songs every time entertainment is on, there is no switch up and it’s the same every night too all the way up until 11pm. 0 adult entertainment for the parents or people like ourselves so you definitely have to go out of the hotel for that and walk 15-20 mins down to the beach.
I wouldn’t have an issue with it if it didn’t also interrupt relaxing near the pool during the day…it’s so obnoxious. Straight noise pollution.
Again, DO NOT BOOK IF YOU DO NOT HAVE KIDS. We did not get that choice unfortunately. If you do have kids then this is perfect.
We were given a premium band for all inclusive for being moved so last minute and it was a nice little treat, having free drinks and what not, but if you’re having their alcoholic drinks, there isn’t much alcohol in them. Felt like they purposefully did it and you don’t really get your moneys worth if you were to pay for that.
Guests were also a main issue here which of course isn’t the hotel’s fault and it may not be the same experience for others who stay here but goodness these people have no spacial awareness or manners. They would also reserve pool seats before the pool opened which was not allowed and was really frustrating to try and get a space, even if you woke up early. It was only when we had mentioned it to the receptionist and lifeguard they properly enforced that rule and stopped people doing it.
As a warning too, I felt something sharp digging into my foot whilst walking with my flip flops on. Turns out I had stepped on a random, big nail on the floor that was just lying around. Luckily I wasn’t hurt and it didn’t penetrate my foot but if a child had stepped on that? Just look out and be weary.
The food was really tasty! It’s not a massive selection but I’m not much of a fussy eater so I really enjoyed it. A good mix of veg and meat with gorgeous desserts such as cakes, pastries, fruit and ice creams. You can also get nice picky bits during lunch time near the bar at the pool with burgers, hot dogs, fries, ect.
Overall, I had a good time, regardless of the horrid entertainment. The hotel was really peaceful to walk around and staff are lovely! Just don’t let your airline move you here if you don’t have children!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would happily return. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and high-quality options throughout our stay. The entertainment was enjoyable and provided something for everyone in the evenings.
The sports facilities were a real highlight, especially the tennis courts, football pitches, swimming pool, and padel courts, all of which were well maintained and easy to access.
The location was perfect – close to the beach (5-10 minutes walk) and right next to the a bus service to Palma and a direct bus to the airport ( by the tennis courts) , which made getting around very convenient.
Overall, a wonderful hotel with great facilities, excellent food, and an ideal location. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a lovely atmosphere throughout our stay.
The meals were consistently excellent, with plenty of variety each day and something for everyone in the family to enjoy. The staff across the hotel were friendly and attentive, helping to make the experience even better.
A special mention has to go to Alanna from the animation team. She was absolutely fantastic with the children — full of energy, kindness, and enthusiasm every single day. She made a real effort to engage with the kids and made them feel included and excited to take part in the activities. Her warm personality and dedication really stood out and made a huge difference to our holiday experience.
Thank you to everyone for such a memorable stay!
