We've just returned from 5 nights at this hotel, and it was perfect for a little relaxing getaway. Every single one of the staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel entrance and reception are lovely and modern. The location is perfect - the beach, local bars and shops are all within a 5 minute walk. At night, it is nice and quiet too.
The pool area was nice, with plenty of loungers available throughout the day and the pool was certainly large enough for everyone. The website states 2 pools but it was really just one, with a separate, very shallow bit (seems like it would be for babies or toddlers - although it's an adults only hotel!)
The bedroom was clean & comfortable, with cold air-conditioning which was much needed! The rooms are exactly how they look in the photos (nothing fancy, but modern enough)
We had breakfast every morning, great choice of hot & cold food, plenty of tables both inside and outside depending on which you prefer.
Downsides:
- The indoor pool area was lovely, but unfortunately it is not heated during the summer months and the water was far too cold to use! This was a bit disappointing as it was such a nice area.
- The outdoor pool bar seemed to shut around 5pm, despite the pool being open until 8pm.
- The hallways to the rooms were very dated. Old, worn carpets and old lights combined with yellow walls, which is a shame considering how nice the main reception is.
Overall we would recommend this hotel if you want a great location, comfortable bedrooms and a nice pool area. The staff were absolutely wonderful, too. If they could renovate the hallways and extend the pool bar opening times I think it would make a big difference.

We had a wonderful stay at Valentin Reina Paguera and would like to share our experience.
From the very beginning, the check-in process was excellent. We arrived around 13:00 and, to our pleasant surprise, everything was handled quickly and without any problem.
The breakfast and dinner deserve special mention — the quality, variety, and organization were truly impressive and exceeded our expectations.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend Valentin Reina Paguera to others looking for a relaxing and pleasant holiday experience. Thank you to the entire team!
