I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Elisa. We weren’t sure of how good its facilities were but did see it was highly rated.
Check in was a breeze although we turned up half an hour before we get into our room but were given a table and some champagne to wait with. Our concierge was very helpful and brought us to our room and regularly checked in with us. We never got her name!
Apartments were absolutely fantastic. Sofa bed, coffee table, dining table, cooking hobs, microwave, double bed, shower all included with the patio doors leading to a private balcony. The TV however wasn’t able to receive channels, but not a big deal.
Pool is nice and spacious, although deeper than I am tall in most places, so only went in once. Sun coverage is great. Sun rises opposite our balcony in the east then we catch it from mid morning at the pool bar on loungers. In October there was no shortage at all or need to reserve.
Would say the drinks prices are an average and then some. Not too bad, but not the best. Great pints of Cruzcampo were served here.
Lastly I slipped on a step by the poolside toilets and broke my finger but the hotel quickly guided us to the nearest hospital (incidentally on the same road) and had a hamper of food and drink waiting for when we returned. Please be careful of that.
A very very good stay, but be careful of mosquitos. Always have spray handy on your balcony and by the pool.

Rooms are poorly soundproofed and the whole apartment complex was very loud. Breakfast was average, they ran out of butter and nutella on some days. For the price it's definitely too expensive and more of a 3 stars hotel.

Perfect hotel! The apartments have everything you need. The pool is nice and during off-season it was never too busy. Most importantly, the staff here is so lovely and made us feel very welcome. The area has a beautiful beach, some great restaurants, and it is not too busy

Lovely, cozy, tidy stay in Mallorca with very friendly staff and perfect room service. Great value for money and we will definitely come back!

We were mid April for one week with 5 friends in the hotel. We were there for a cycling holiday and it was perfect.
The rooms are newly renovated, clean, overlooking the pool. The studios have a huge terrace with their own Outdoor Sundbed.
The food is great, a lot of healthy options, not too overloaded like some other Buffets but well maintained and in one week we didn’t miss a thing. They prepare fresh meat and fish before you on the grill, the produce is fresh and they have a nice cheese section also. The desert is so good, maybe you gain a few pounds :)
The dining area is open, with big windows with a view of the lake.
But the best part is the staff. They are really friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure. At the end of the week they knew what we wanted to drink with our food, we shared a few laughs, it was great.
Thank you again, it was the perfect hotel for our cycling holiday.
