We had a great family holiday here in May. The resort is lovely and the four pools are brilliant. It's quite a trek to the beach, but there was plenty to do on-site anyway. The food was good - ideal for kids - and all the staff were helpful and friendly. In particular, Maico, Gregorio, and Tatiana P. Would recommend, we had two under-5s at the time of booking on their first holiday abroad and they loved it.

My family and I have just returned from an all-inclusive holiday at Ukino Palmeiras Village, and overall, it was a lovely experience.
Our room was a good size, with a huge bed—probably emperor size—and a sofa bed that turned into a double bed. We had a nice view overlooking the pool with a partial sea view. The bathroom was large, spacious, and very clean. The whole building felt modern, tidy, and easy to navigate.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The main restaurant was good, and as a vegetarian, I found the options quite varied and satisfying. There are four bars around the hotel serving a nice range of drinks, and there’s also a 24/7 snack bar offering food between main meals, which was very convenient.
Cleanliness is clearly a priority at this hotel, as the entire place is constantly being maintained and cleaned. The gym was also quite decent, with most of the essentials like treadmills, stationary bikes, free weights, and a cable machine.
There are kids’ clubs available, though I can’t comment on them as my children didn’t use them. However, both the restaurant and the snack bar had dedicated sections for children’s food, which was a nice touch.
The nearest beach, Cova Redonda , is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a clean, friendly, and well-organized all-inclusive experience in the Algarve.

I’m currently staying at this hotel it’s not bad at all but it could be better. Firstly it doesn’t have many options for eating and drinking. Food could be much better and they could have had more options and the cocktails are made very carelessly. They have a sky garden which has a very nice concept and the drinks are nice but even it was all inclusive we had to pay 19 pounds for a day pass.Secondly the coffee machine in the restaurant is very bad I wanted a Americano it was disgusting. But the coffee in the lobby bar was not bad.Overall the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. It’s suitable for families with children

Rooms nice and clean and enough storage for clothes. The pool could do with being heated, and there isnt much going on in the day other than in the kids club. I know its october but its school holidays. The staff are lovley and theres always something to eat and drink.

Got home from this hotel just over a week ago, firstly ignore the negative reviews. Hotel is very clean 👌, all the staff are hard working and friendly, lots off choice and good food in the restaurant. We were there for a week so we're allowed a meal in the Asian speciality restaurant, it was well worth the visit, great service and food . Thank you to all the staff who looked after us so well Look forward to seeing you all again, hopefully soon.
