My family and I have just returned from an all-inclusive holiday at Ukino Palmeiras Village, and overall, it was a lovely experience.
Our room was a good size, with a huge bed—probably emperor size—and a sofa bed that turned into a double bed. We had a nice view overlooking the pool with a partial sea view. The bathroom was large, spacious, and very clean. The whole building felt modern, tidy, and easy to navigate.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The main restaurant was good, and as a vegetarian, I found the options quite varied and satisfying. There are four bars around the hotel serving a nice range of drinks, and there’s also a 24/7 snack bar offering food between main meals, which was very convenient.
Cleanliness is clearly a priority at this hotel, as the entire place is constantly being maintained and cleaned. The gym was also quite decent, with most of the essentials like treadmills, stationary bikes, free weights, and a cable machine.
There are kids’ clubs available, though I can’t comment on them as my children didn’t use them. However, both the restaurant and the snack bar had dedicated sections for children’s food, which was a nice touch.
The nearest beach, Cova Redonda , is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a clean, friendly, and well-organized all-inclusive experience in the Algarve.

Was a lovely hotel, spotless, cleaners do a good job. Variety of things to do is relatively good. Staff are all nice and welcoming and try their best to accommodate. We only tried the all inclusive buffetts, liked the way they catered for kids too as well as having interesting and quirky food options.
The things on all inclusive were really good range and didnt spend a penny on food and drink. Needed a pair of shoes for my little girl and i thought the crocs were reasonably priced. Woman in the shop by reception with blonde hair really nice and helpful.
My only issue was the kids club. My kids felt a little singled out. I had to sit with my 2 year old which is fine, i didnt mind atall, but my 6 year old was just lost and unsure what he could and couldnt do. There was face painting in one room which my 2 year old spotted and really wanted to do, to which we were asked if we were english or spoke french, i said yes to which i was told my daughter couldnt stay in that room or get her face painted for that reason.
Unsure if a miscommunication but I didnt understand why i had to tell my 2 year old no for that reason? Felt a little bit unfair to have it so blatant in my 2 year olds face and i had to tell her no? The other staff were kind and happy.
My son ended up wanting to leave 5 minutes later aswell due to feeling abit excluded compared to other kids. Unsure whether that was his own anxiety or something else, but still i felt uneasy in there myself. Think it may depend on the day. My kids loved the arcade. Would of been nice to have a euro coin machine in the arcade aswell as tokens. Did have some issues with kids robbing coins out of my kids hands and/or pushing my son off the motorbike ride. Would of been nice to have a staff member watching on the area.
Would say the things for children could improve if wanting to be a family hotel. However is a really lovely hotel.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, especially with children.
We spent a week there with our children and grandchildren who span all the key age ranges and there was something there for all of them.
The rooms were lovely, there was a great selection of food and the fun pool and water slides were a hit with them all.
My only very slight criticism would be that dinner was a little late for the younger kids, not starting until 7pm and the evening entertainment not starting until 9pm meant that they were often falling asleep by this time.
All in all though, an amazing holiday that none of us wanted to end and a hotel that we will definitely be returning to again 😁

Lovely hotel with excellent food and great staff. It's clean and well organised with plenty of outdoor space and sun loungers. Two good sized pools plus smaller kids paddling pools. 10min walk to two beautiful beaches - a tip is to walk through the tunnel to the quieter beach. Highly recommend. We visited for a week at end of September.

We really loved the hotel, everything was clean, the staff were lovely the kids loved the pools and slides, there's a little shop, everything you need, the food was some days better than others but depends what you like but even my fussy kids could always find plenty to eat if not in the restaurant theres the snack bar, there's a lovely beach a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, you can walk or get the train into the town about 35 minutes walk which in the sun was lovely we did both as kids wanted a ride on the train! And we also done the zoo marine which was great and about 20 minutes in taxi
