Rooms are absolutely filthy. We booked for a week and left on the first day didn’t even ask for our money back. Rooms have mould. The bedsheets were yellow, pillows underneath the pillow cases were near fully black I wouldn’t feel anyway safe sleeping there. Whatever you do I would avoid this place at all costs. The man who seems to run it is not friendly at all when I told him we needed to checkout he lost the head asking what was wrong. I told him the place is dirty and not like the pictures at all and he went screaming at the cleaning lady. It’s not her fault. This place needs a serious renovation.

!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
We came here to stay for 5 nights, and from start to finish it was a nightmare. I have never experienced anything like this before…. First there is no receptionist at all, and if he is ever there he would go as he pleases. When you ring the “emergency number” no one ever answers. We had people come up to us trying to check in as there was no communication and no one to be seen.
Secondly our room was a tiny small room with 3 beds cramed in together. There was no room to even walk. And as you can see from the photos we had MOLD thick mold all over the ceiling which is a serious health matter. Two out of three got seriously ill after 3rd day and never thought anything of it until it made sense with the mold in the ceiling. When we reported it and requested some sort of reimbursement we were told that we have to contact the company we booked it through and that he knew there was MOLD on the ceiling and said it was from a “leak from upstairs” we looked into it further and that “Leak” must of been brewing for some time to get into the state of it now!! After hours and hours on phones, of course he was lying that he legally had to sort out the reimbursement! As this was a health risk and a serious one. When we left our bags to check out today, we advised the owner/ receptionist that we would be looking into this further with the booking agency. When we arrived back of course he had vanished. Clearly made a runner for when we returned. No sign of anyone to get our bags. We had to get the cleaner… Eventually to get them….
All I can say is what a s*** hole and they should be so embarrassed in themselves to let 3 young girls check into a room in that state and knowing there is mold in that ceiling.

Don’t waste ur time or money !! Place is horrible we done a 7 day holiday here . No water for shower or toilet manger was never here reception open for an hour a day and when he’s there he’s so dismissive!!! U can get so much better for same price rooms aren’t good either damp fridge smelt mouldy avoid !!

We had an issue with the water supply on the first day. Once this was sorted we couldn't moan at all, tidy apartment, great location and good value.

After reading all the bad reviews myself & my partner we’re dreading it!!! But we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the Manager arrived with in 5-10 minutes of me calling him…..the manager was extremely helpful and very polite, although we had to stay at alternative accommodation for one night due to an issue (manager had sorted for us & payed for and the transport) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I would most certainly book to come back. Yes the pool has some bits in but that was usually in the morning after a windy night but the manager cleaned the pool a few times throughout our stay, he was there everyday and always around should we have needed him. These apartments are within a great location and only a short distance from the Main strip would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet break. Rooms are also lovely and spacious with everything you need.
