From the moment we arrived we were greeted with friendly staff. The smell throughout the hotel is incredible. From the breakfast staff to the bar staff everyone was so welcoming and friendly.
The room we had was stunning. Very clean, lots of space and hanging space for clothes. The room was pristine.
We booked this hotel really last minute and the only room available was the room facing out onto the nightclub. We were slightly dreading it but had little option. The room was very well insulated and we heard minimal noise. We brought ear plugs and they worked a charm!
The only con for us was the pool - despite the rule of no ball games at the pool, frequently 2-3 games of ‘ball’ we’re going on at a time. While sitting on the loungers we had balls frequently thrown in our direction. Similarly in the pool, we had to get out as it was taken over by boys playing catch.
Otherwise, we would definitely recommend this hotel - should definitely be at least a 4 star!

Recently stayed here for a long weekend celebrating a hen do and it was better than I hoped for. The staff at this hotel are incredible. Super friendly and couldn’t do more for you. The bar staff in particular were just outstanding. The hotel is spotless and the vibes are just perfection. Also super close to the new town strip and a short uber ride to the old town and beach. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be visiting again!

As soon as you walk into this hotel you’re met with the nicest most cleanest smell, unsure what it is but it smells amazing. The place is immaculate with very friendly polite staff. Breakfast was just your average choice of cooked breakfast, continental breakfast fresh juices and fruits etc but still very nice. I stayed in one of the rooms which I believe has been newly refurbished? Room was very spacious with plenty of room to hang clothes and very clean. Im sure housekeeping will change beds and give fresh towels and tidy most days unless notified not to. The location is ideal if you’re looking for somewhere lively but also quite chilled. I would 100% return and also recommend to others

The hotel is great, the rooms and pool area are clean the pool bar food was extremely good and very cheap!
Eva on reception was super helpful from the moment we met her, she helped us order some food at about 10pm (after travelling all day)and even called the room when it arrived! I’ve been to many different hotels and countries and have never experienced customer service like Eva’s she was great.

A really good break with the book club girlie's. It is a lively place so come prepared there are groups of young adults here to have fun.the room we had on the fourth floor was cute with great views. The staff are super cute and attentive. Arthur is so cute and Anastsia is a boss.
