Me & my husband had a 2 night stay here. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. On arrival the ambiance is modern and fresh looking. Smells devine too, just like Le Labo Santal 33! Got checked in at lunch time after popping out for breakfast. Bagged a free room upgrade and felt very lucky. Seaview. Rooms are spotless and beds are very comfortable we had just as good sleep as at home. The ambiance is very nice lots of guests about and the drinks at the bar are reasonable priced, no long waits either. Pool area is maintained well and towels provided.
Plenty of sun loungers we always got one. The breakfast was delicious and a good variety with some modern offerings too. Seating area is very pleasant in or out. Every staff member was cheerful and friendly. The changing room is right near the luggage room which is very handy. The price we paid is also very good value for the amenities, standard and location. My only suggestion would be that the pool music is a bit louder and not so sedate, I felt like I was being lulled to sleep so maybe a bit too relaxing. Also the sky bar isn't open Mondays and Tuesdays which was disappointing because it is a wonderful addition to the hotel. We did manage to pop up for a quick wine before we travelled home. Ubers are silly money but the buses from marine land operate very well to go into Palma and even to get to the airport. The walk to the port and beach is only about 10 mins and helps to burn off the beautiful food and drinks! We would recommend a day trip to Palma, Welies restaurant in the port, sunset market, a beach day (walk over to XIO restaurant on the cliff for some lunch. This is a good 4 star hotel that performs well overall don't hesitate to book.

We have just come back from our second visit to this hotel. What an incredible hotel. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Location is a 5min walk from Portels, everything is spotlessly clean. Beds are extremely comfortable and everything you need is in your room. We had a junior suite with pool view. Coffee machine in room and fridge is an amazing added touch. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Pool area spotlessly clean with the best pool. Reception staff extremely helpful especially one of the young girls (never got her name unfortunately). Breakfast is fabulous and the pool does the best cocktails I've had, especially the strawberry daiquiri. Overall an amazing hotel in a brilliant location. We can't wait to return next year.

I’ve just returned home from my second stay at this fabulous hotel, and once again it exceeded my expectations.
On both visits, I stayed in a Junior Suite, which is spacious, bright, and has a very handy kitchenette.
The pool area is fantastic, with a great bar, and the buffet breakfast is excellent, especially the made-to-order egg station.
The reception staff are the friendliest, most helpful, and kindest people you could ever meet. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
This time, my daughter and I were visiting to plan her wedding for next year, and the team went above and beyond to help us. Their kindness and exceptional service made our trip even more special.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

We used Hotel Tomir as a base for our guests who had travelled to Mallorca for our destination wedding and we couldn't recommend it enough. The location, facilities, staff and fairly priced rooms made it a great option for us and we also enjoyed our wedding day -1 event on the rooftop bar Altitude.
The staff couldn't have been more accommodating, and we would recommend this hotel if you are traveling as a bigger group or as a couple!

So where should I start… the hotel it self is nice . It’s not 5 stars but it’s defiantly 4 stars as it is listed to be. The rooms are nice and spacious, although it’s all a bit noisy . The staff is amazing and so kind and helpful. The bed are okay as are the pillows and blankets. It’s clean and the. Bar upstairs is also great. The bathrooms could need some updates, however . Would I stay here again ? Maybe for the incredible staff . No room service
