Sun Beach Lindos Hotel exceeded all expectations. Its prime location offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquillity — close to the beach, close to Lindos, yet peaceful enough to fully unwind. Families will especially appreciate the quiet surroundings and relaxed atmosphere.
The staff are the true highlight. Friendly, polite, and always ready to help, they create a welcoming environment from the moment you arrive. Their professionalism and kindness make the stay feel truly special.

I genuinely cannot believe this hotel is allowed to operate. This was one of the most disgusting and infuriating experiences I’ve ever had while travelling.
From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. On DAY ONE, we had NO SHOWER. No working shower at all. After complaining multiple times, the staff refused to move us to another room until 2PM THE NEXT DAY. We were expected to just “deal with it” for almost 24 hours. Completely unacceptable.
The food was absolutely awful — cold, low quality, repetitive, and honestly barely edible. We ended up eating elsewhere most of the trip because we couldn’t tolerate it.
The “all inclusive” package is a complete joke. Don’t waste your money. It basically consists of soft drinks, one cheap selection of beer served in tiny child-sized plastic cups, and wine. No vodka, no cocktails, no proper spirits, nothing you would reasonably expect from an all-inclusive hotel. Completely misleading.
The pool situation is completely misleading as well. The pictures online make it look large and luxurious, but in reality it is tiny, cramped, and nothing like advertised. When we complained, we were told the photos were “2 years old.” That’s not an excuse — it’s false advertising.
The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted annoyed anytime guests raised concerns. Customer service was nonexistent.
The room itself was filthy. There were ants and flies everywhere the entire stay. Housekeeping clearly did not clean properly, if at all. The room always felt dirty no matter how many times we asked for it to be cleaned.
To make things even worse, when it rained, water literally leaked into the room. Imagine paying for a hotel and ending up with rainwater coming inside.
This hotel completely ruined what should have been a relaxing holiday. It is poorly maintained, dishonest, unhygienic, and badly managed. I would NEVER stay here again and strongly advise anyone considering booking to stay far away.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. My group of six booked this hotel for our first holiday together, and we were extremely disappointed to find that the hotel did not match the photos or descriptions advertised online.
Many of the facilities shown in the pictures either did not exist or were not functional. For example, we had to ask where the large swimming pool was, only to discover there wasn’t one. The pool tables shown online were broken, and there were no pool cues available. Although a replacement table was brought in, it broke after just one game. Throughout our stay, we repeatedly asked staff about facilities shown in the online photos, only to be told that they were unavailable.
I would like to mention that the staff themselves were polite, kind, and respectful. However, there seemed to be little understanding or concern regarding guest dissatisfaction. When we questioned the pool situation, we were directed to a very small pool and asked, “Are you happy now?” The issue was never about simply finding the pool — it was that the hotel was not as advertised and did not meet the expectations set when we booked.
The food was also disappointing. While I understand that catering cannot suit everyone, the options were very limited, especially for picky eaters, and several members of our group ended up eating out every day. Additionally, the “all-inclusive” package was misleading, as cocktails cost an extra €9 and only wine and beer were included.
The room conditions were also unacceptable. On the first night, one couple in our group had to change rooms because they had no functioning shower and were given twin beds instead of the double bed they had booked. In our room, there were ants across the floor, and during the rain the balcony area flooded due to poor drainage. The shower sprayed water everywhere, hot water was limited, and the tap and shower water had a strange salty taste, meaning we had to use bottled water to brush our teeth and drink.
There was also a strong sewage smell around the front of the rooms and seating areas, which made spending time outside unpleasant.
Overall, the most frustrating part of this experience was that the hotel simply was not what it was advertised to be. It appeared unfinished, with ongoing work taking place throughout our stay. New furniture and equipment were being brought in while we were there, and even a volleyball net was only installed on the final day of our holiday.
I sincerely hope the hotel updates its website and promotional photos to accurately reflect the current state of the property so that future guests are not misled in the same way we were.

The hotel itself was beautiful except for the smell of drains but I have found that is a common theme in Greece. The food here was awful, there was around 1-2 options of food most of which consisted of some form of meat in some sort of wet sauce and there was no labels telling you what any of the food was. This was common for breakfast, lunch and dinner. As for the all inclusive aspect alcohol wise they only offered one beer and wine on draft which was disappointing too. The staff were lovely and very welcoming it is just a shame about the food and drinks it would be better as a self catering hotel.

Hotel looks lovely in the pics, pool and sunlounge around was nice just a bit small, free sunbeds on the beach , food was very basic and no signs to say what the food was, and very limited, was cold by the time you got to your table, our biggest problem was only having hot water for 1 day throughout our 10 night holiday , complaining didn't get us anywhere ,we've put a complaint in to the holiday company 2 weeks ago and still waiting to hear
