The view is nice, the restaurant is ok, the rooms are pretty much what you expect from a 3 star location in Rhodos. AC is 7 euro / day, the breakfast is ham sandwiches, bread, butter and jams. There's a 20-30 minutes walk to the beach. You can take the bus but don't expect it to be punctual.

Ideal place for a get away. Staff are great, big shout out to Ben who works the nights, very easy to get on with. And the chap who looks after his cousin in the day. They’re good people and always seem happy to help.
The rooms were clean, mattresses were nearly new and very comfortable, the air-con units are really good and is worth the additional fee given the price to stay here is low.
I recommend you get a taxi driver on WhatsApp, ask the staff on reception and they’ll sort it out. €10 to Faliraki square, split that with your group and you’re golden.
The hotel feels and was safe. In fact, the island has nearly no crime.
Views of the sun rise are spectacular.
My wife and I have found our annual hide away.

Good size hotel rooms with kitchen facilities, close to a restaurant, 15 minutes to town only. I wouldn't recommend breakfasts there as long as you expect some more than toasts only. Very quiet area so great choice if you're looking for some rest. From some of the rooms also a great view. Very friendly staff members.

I was here for a week in July with my partner 10th-17th.
This is a great hotel and is nice is you want cheap and cheerful. It’s on a road but the road is very quiet, only really taxis and people staying here use it.
The pool is a good size and it wasn’t difficult to get a sunbed, even when coming down at 11am and the hotel was at full capacity. The sun is on the pool all day long! It’s always clean and there is almost everything you need here.
The food is average but it’s cheap. unfortunately they ran out of certain beverages a few times, then you’d have to wait until the next day. But the supermarket down near faliraki, AB Foodmarket has very reasonable prices, Less than half that of the bar here.
Unfortunately some plug sockets in the room were not attached to the walls and the hair dryer didn’t work so I used the aircon unit which was on the balcony :)
I would say the fridge, Kitchen utensils & hobs need updating but to be honest, the food is very cheap you may as-well let them cook for you rather than cook yourself like we originally planned :)
You do have to pay extra to have aircon which I wasn’t really impressed with but it needed to be done.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again, you’re a small distance from town but we hired a quad for the week which was great fun as we managed to travel the island.
A Taxi into Faliraki is around €10 or a 30 minute walk.
There are so many kittens round here, I’d suggest you purchase some cat biscuits and water for them :)

Nice view of Faliraki bay but you must pay 7 euros more to unlock the air-condition per each day(!) Another 2 is tax. No mosquito net on the windows and no fans inside the room....
No shops nearby and you need a car to be comfortable at the area.
Check out is at noon and at 12:00 sharp they gonna knock on your door to leave the place.
