Just got back from a wonderful holiday via Tui at Olympia Sun/ Tui Suneo. It’s a 3 star hotel, so you won’t get mega luxury, but we had a fantastic time. Rooms are clean and have everything you need, food is plentiful and tasty. As a veggie/ pesce, the rest of my family found more to eat than me as there were lots of meat dishes for every meal, but having lots of fresh salad was just what my waistline needed. Not that much Greek fare, but lots of crowd pleasers. Pool was clean and nice, loads of loungers so not a scramble to get one, a 10 min walk to a lovely beach, and outside party central of Faliraki, which suited us down to the ground. A nice selection of cocktails and local drinks, but the absolute stand-out 5 star thing about this hotel was the staff. Incredible, kind, welcoming and couldn’t do more for us. Particular shout outs have to go to Mika on reception (the BEST tips for beaches, water parks, car hire and excellent local attractions), Manuela on reception (always there with a kind smile and help whenever we needed it), Yeng in the restaurant (the hardest working person cleaning, sorting, clearing plates, helping find chairs and tables and when not doing that, mopping floors - a force of nature!), Maria at the snack bar (the kindest, most generous and talented cook), Ioannis and Alex at the bar (Greek charm and excellent drinks), and so many others whose names I don’t know, but keep the place running like clockwork. Great entertainment a couple of nights a week too. If you want 5 star luxury, this probably isn’t the place for you. If you want a lovely family holiday with good food, clean and lovely surroundings and most importantly, people who will make you fall in love with Rhodes, go here!

We spent a week at this three-star hotel, and to be fair, I didn't expect anything luxurious. Overall, the hotel was neither particularly disappointing nor impressive. I would rate our stay 5/10.
The food was average. The best part was definitely the salads, which were varied and quite good. The overall selection wasn't very large, but probably acceptable for a three-star hotel. However, things like burgers, schnitzels and similar dishes seemed to be made from frozen convenience food, which didn't make a particularly good impression. Still, the food was enough to fill you up.
The hotel itself and the surrounding area looked fine. Most of the staff were helpful and used dishes were always cleared away quickly. Unfortunately, the bartender working the daytime shift at the pool bar was extremely unfriendly. He even told people off for not bringing back their empty plastic cups when they came to order another drink. I understand that guests should return their cups, but the way he spoke to people was unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable.
Another disappointment was the children's water attraction. The hotel advertises it as one of its facilities and a benefit for families with children, but it wasn't working at all during our entire one-week stay. From what we could see, it looked like it may have been out of operation for much longer, possibly even for the whole season. If a facility is not available or operational, I don't think it should be advertised as a benefit of the hotel. Guests, especially families with children, may choose the hotel partly because of facilities like this.
The rooms were reasonably clean, but the equipment and furniture were quite old and worn. The water from the bathroom sink only came out in a very weak stream. The shower was fine, but overall the bathroom and room equipment clearly needed better maintenance. The bed was acceptable for most of the week, but during the last two days my back started hurting because I could feel the hard springs through the mattress.
Housekeeping was another disappointment. The hotel states that rooms are cleaned every two days, but our room wasn't cleaned for three days. I left a tip for the housekeeping staff, and when the room was finally serviced, the beds were made, we received fresh towels and the floor was cleaned. However, even the toilet paper wasn't replaced, despite us running out of it on the second-to-last day.
I'm not a demanding guest and I don't expect luxury from a three-star hotel. However, I do think that proper housekeeping and keeping basic room equipment in good working condition should be standard.
Overall rating: 5/10.

This hotel may not be the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, but what truly makes it special is the amazing staff and customer service. The level of care, communication, and willingness to help is something that is missing even in many five-star hotels.
The staff helped me quickly when I had an issue with my room, and they also went out of their way to help organize a birthday surprise for my girlfriend, which meant a lot to us. Their kindness and dedication made our stay much more enjoyable.
The food is also good, with plenty of options available. Another thing we really enjoyed was the entertainment program. There are regular themed events during the week, such as Latin Dance Night on Wednesdays, where guests can enjoy a show and even learn some dance moves themselves. On Fridays, there is a Greek Day event with local culture, music, and dancing.
Overall, while the hotel could improve its cleanliness, the fantastic staff, good food, and enjoyable atmosphere more than make up for it. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Olympia Faliraki and really enjoyed the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The pool area was a great place to unwind, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel very welcome. The location is also excellent - close to the beach, with a convenient shop nearby. We were lucky with the beautiful weather, which made the whole experience even better. A lovely place for a relaxing holiday.

We stayed with my Grilfriend at TUI Suneo Faliraki at the beginning of July last year and honestly – we were very positively surprised.
The hotel has a really great location – very close to the beach, and at the same time quick and easy access to the center of Faliraki, so everything is within reach (shops, bars, nightlife). It’s also a very good base for exploring the whole island.
The place was clean and well-maintained – both in the room and in the common areas. The room was very neat, regularly cleaned, and everything was in order.
The food was very tasty, fresh and – importantly – different every day, so it never got boring. A big plus for the opportunity to try local Greek specialties.
The pool was great – clean, well-kept, with plenty of sunbeds available, so there was no problem finding a spot even when the hotel was busy. The atmosphere by the pool was very nice – relaxed but still with a proper holiday vibe. Additionally, there was a very well-organized drink bar and snack bar by the pool, which was a big advantage and very convenient during the day.
The staff deserves special recognition – very friendly, helpful and engaged. They had no problem assisting us with planning our trips, recommending what’s worth seeing and how to get to different places. Thanks to that, everything was much easier.
You can really feel a nice, family-like atmosphere in the hotel. People are polite and friendly, which truly adds to the overall comfort of the stay.
To sum up – great value for money, a very good base for trips and a place you’ll gladly come back to. We already know we’ll definitely return and we can’t wait for our next stay at this hotel.
