I'd already give five stars for the breakfast alone. I think that might have been the best I've ever come across in my travels? 👀 Outstanding! But besides breakfast, there is also a nice pool, jacuzzi, friendly staff and entertainment if that's your jam. In terms of location we toured all around the island, and though I love the west of the island more because of the mountains, the beaches here are sandy and clean! And that was definitely not everywhere we've been, so point to cala d'or for that. The hotel is conveniently located in the town. Small minus for needing to smash with the door in order to get the room closed. Plus if you're noise sensitive it's not the best hotel, but I survived and as you can see still giving five stars. Thank the breakfast.

Great location. Solo traveller. Long weekend. Very friendly staff. Lovely pool and bar area outside. Did not use spa facilities. Room clean. Early in season bit of musty smell in corridor near my room but no smells in my room. Great choice, fresh buffet breakfast

Great little get away with wife. No lids- great service, couldnt ask for a better short get away. Close to shops and restraints but the all inclusive option is fantastic but the evening meals are limited. No good if you're thirsty- it may be all inclusive but you cant get a drink when you want 1 in the evening (understaffed and they go round the tables to get orders then deliver them) day times ate better

We loved our stay here! Perfectly located in Cala D’or, close to all the shops and restaurants but so quiet at night! We had breakfast here which had so many options. Didn’t feel overcrowded and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We couldn’t ask for more! We would love to come back here!!

My husband and I have been to this hotel many many times over a thirty year period. It was always excellent but this year it did fall below par. We had a room on third floor and when we had a thunderstorm the rain poured in through the bathroom ceiling . We were given another room on the first floor. Disappointed that we were not offered any assistance with this. The domestic even came to clean our original room before we moved out. It was our last night too.
The receptionists were not really helpful
We feel that the bedrooms need updating especially needing USB points. Corridor and stair carpets need replacing
Hotel is clean and breakfast is good
We booked the comfortable sun beds and paid for three days - one of these days it rained all day and we were not offered any refund
May go back as we love the hotel position but would certainly not want third floor. Flat roof needs good repair
