Absolutely amazing hotel!❤️
We stayed here for a week as a couple on vacation. We checked in late around 11pm - the receptionist was lovely - he offered us food that was kept for late check in and told us we could go to the dining area if we would like to eat.
Cava is given on arrival.
Bedrooms are lovely - we had a double room with a pool view and we had the perfect view.
Servers in the dining area are amazing. So friendly and kind, they would come around so fast to clean up or refill our drinks, etc. always had smiles on their faces each morning and evening and made us feel so welcome.
Reception stuff were also amazing - so helpful and kind and also allowed us to have our room back during the day after checkout so we could shower after using the pool before leaving for the airport.
Sun loungers were not hard to get - there were so many and great space. Some people were leaving towels out from sunrise on the loungers and not coming to the loungers until afternoon/evening - but that is not the hotels fault.
Food was nice - however, as a fussy/plain eater, it would be nice to have more plain options for dinner - but again this is not the hotels fault. Food was nice and tasty and presentation was good.
Entertainment during the day and evening was great - always something to keep us entertained.
All inclusive food and drinks included were amazing.
Right beside the main area of the town and everything was walkable. I think we were a 40 minute walk from the Marina but we didn’t go there. We could walk to the shops/markets, etc. in 2 mins and back in 2 mins.
We loved this hotel and had no issues, we will definitely come back again to stay and reccomend it a lot!

Just back from a stay at Sentido Fido Tucan in Cala d’Or and overall I’d happily recommend it.
The location is probably its biggest selling point. You’re literally a 2-minute stroll from the main bars, restaurants and nightlife, which is close enough to enjoy everything Cala d’Or has to offer, but far enough away that you’re not listening to karaoke until 2am.
The staff were excellent throughout our stay. Reception were always helpful and happy to answer questions, and the bar staff were genuinely friendly rather than the forced “holiday smile” you sometimes get.
The pool area was always clean and well looked after. The water was a little on the chilly side, but with the Mallorcan sunshine doing its thing, it wasn’t exactly a hardship once you were in!
If I had one gripe, it’s the sunbed situation. You can arrive at the pool early afternoon, see plenty of towels reserving beds, yet somehow only about half the hotel seems to be there. A bit more management of the towel reserving would make a huge difference.
The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. They’re perhaps a little dated and on the small side compared to some newer hotels, and personally I wasn’t a huge fan of the offset balcony layout, but these are fairly minor points rather than deal-breakers.
We booked bed and breakfast only because we wanted to explore the local restaurants in the evenings, and that worked perfectly. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choice, and a special mention has to go to the coffee machines. Hotel coffee can sometimes be an adventure, but these produced a surprisingly good brew and became an important part of the morning routine!
Overall, a really enjoyable stay in a fantastic location with great staff and good facilities. A few small tweaks would make it even better, but we’d definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Cala d’Or.

At this hotel now. Great location close to beautiful beach and close to shops and lovely restaurants. Very clean in all areas. Happy friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Maria does Yoga most mornings and entertains many . A joy to meet. Reception staff brilliant, fast check in .
Laura in the bar is a bonus always fast to serve with a smile. We were half board, great choice of food beautiful presentation.
Older,single customers were well looked after by staff ,lovely to see such kindness.
I felt very safe here ,adult only .We would hope to come back .

We had a great stay at Sentido Tucan. The hotel was lovely, and the staff were fantastic. A special thank you to the animator for her energy and for making every activity so much fun. Also, a big thank you to Camila, the waitress, who was always smiling, incredibly kind, and made us feel so welcome. We would happily come back!

Sentido Fido Tucan Hotel Cala D’Or.
Ideal location, surrounded by shops and restaurants (highly recommend eating at Fernando Café).
The hotel is in walking distance of the beach and the yacht Marina.
Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a glass of champagne.
Miguel, Patricia and staff were very professional and accommodating, making us feel welcomed. Cleanliness is my pet peeve, our room and the Hotel were immaculate. Food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, especially breakfast.
We really enjoyed our stay, we booked again for 2027.
