I stayed at Riad Nasreen with my cousin and we were completely satisfied! The riad looks absolutely beautiful and it was clean and historic. We were also amazed by the staff. They were all helpful in every way so big thanks especially to Sabir and Mohamed for making us feel at home! I would definetly recommend staying here as it is conveniently located close to the Medina, has a homely feel and the staff make sure to help you out in any way possible. Thanks again for having us :)

We had a nice time at Riad Nasreen. The room (superior) was great (and clean) and the building itself was also beautiful. Location in Marrakech is really central, so very easy to get around and lots of stuff on the door step.
Staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good.
This was our first trip to Marrakech, so not sure whether this goes for all riads (due to the layout) but it could get a bit noisy at times (as in people coming home late ringing the door bell, people talking in yard or roof top terrace, at times the water pump could be heard, etc). This isn't an issue during the day but come the evening/nighttime it did bother us a bit and kept me awake half the night one time (due to other guests chatting on roof until middle of the night).

We were very disappointed with our stay at Riad Nasreen, which did not meet expectations.
On arrival, we were downgraded as the riad could not provide a double bed as booked. Despite this, no refund was offered for the difference in room value, which was frustrating.
Noise was a constant issue throughout our stay. The owner frequently played loud music late into the night, making it difficult to relax or sleep. On one occasion around 11:30pm, the owner and staff were dragging furniture around on the rooftop, creating significant disturbance.
The riad did not feel like a guest-focused space, as staff and the owner regularly used the common areas for their own meetings, including on the rooftop, which made it uncomfortable to use shared spaces.
There were also maintenance and cleanliness concerns. The pool was dirty and not inviting to use. Shower temperatures were inconsistent, fluctuating between too hot and too cold. Additionally, there was ongoing construction noise during the day, including drilling and hammering.
I also attempted to contact the riad multiple times via email regarding these issues but received no response.
Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service or comfort expected.

Staying here was the highlight of our trip❤️
Felt so safe and the staff are so amazing. We loved staying here and we loved speaking to the staff and spending time with them. We loved Morocco and this was the reason❤️

Our stay at Riad Nasreen in Marrakesh was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. Always attentive, warm, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location couldn’t be better: tucked away just enough to feel peaceful, yet perfectly placed for exploring the Medina and nearby attractions.
The food was incredible , every meal was fresh, beautifully presented and full of flavour.
Riad Nasreen is a true gem: beautiful decor, a calm atmosphere, and impeccable service. We can’t wait to return!
