We went for a couples hammam and 30 minute massage. The host was very nice and clear about instructions, the hammam was very enjoyable and time was taken over both of us. The massage was lovely, the masseuses were very kind and the massage itself was relaxing. Considering the price, the whole experience was amazing and very worth it. A great option for a more budget friendly option in Marrakech.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful three-night stay in Marrakech, where we had the pleasure of staying at Riad Al Ksar & Spa.
This is a beautiful, authentic riad that perfectly captures the charm of Marrakech. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.
Each morning, breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace and included fresh fruit salad, yogurt, eggs, freshly baked breads, juice, and coffee—a lovely way to start the day.
I also treated myself to a hammam and massage at the spa one morning, and it was absolutely heavenly. I would highly recommend it.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The riad is located in the Mellah district, just a minute's walk from Bahia Palace and within easy reach of all the main sights. Like anywhere in the Medina, it's easy to get a little lost, but that's all part of the Marrakech experience—and we always managed to find our way back!
Don't be put off by the surrounding streets when you first arrive. This is authentic, rustic Marrakech at its best, and we absolutely loved the atmosphere.
A huge thank you to Oliver and the entire team for taking such great care of us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Riad Al Ksar & Spa to anyone visiting Marrakech.

We had a couples hammam + massage experience at Al Kasar spa. Overall the experience was ok. This is a mid to low budget spa and notably cheaper than many other options in Marrakech. In the end you get what you pay for - the hammam part of the experience, provided by Fatima, definitely felt rushed and rather more rough than others I have experienced. We didn't get the feeling that Fatima enjoyed her job. The massage however was very nice. The girls were nice, patient and took their time, even if it was perhaps not the best massage ever. As mentioned in other reviews, the robes and slippers are quite oily when you arrive which gives the impression that cleanliness could be improved. We would have liked to spend more time relaxing around the riad after the treatment, perhaps eat and drink more, but it wasn't really made clear to us if we were welcome to do so and were not told about the rooftop despite it being a nice day. We were also not offered a shower or even a towel after the massage, leaving me feeling rather oily for the rest of the day. A little more attention to detail and service would make this a better experience. I suggest finding somewhere else if you can afford it.

We treated ourselves to a Duo Hammam & massage experience, and it was absolutely amazing. The riad is calm, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt peaceful and authentic.
The service was A1 from start to finish—professional, attentive, and very welcoming. The hammam and massage were incredibly relaxing and left us feeling completely refreshed.
If you’re looking for an authentic Moroccan hammam experience in a serene setting, I 100% recommend this place. A truly wonderful spa experience! ✨🧖♀️🌿

Stayed at this lovely Riad in April as part of a 7 day trip in Morocco, we had 3 nights here and it was fabulous from the moment we arrived we were all made very welcome by Olivier and the team. Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. We spent time in the afternoons sat on the roof terrace, with a glass of wine and stunning views over the old city. The location is perfect for exploring, everything you want to see is a stroll away. We would highly recommend a stay here. Thanks for a great time John & Alison
