We were met by Manu at the entrance when I arrived with my husband on the 1/11/25. He welcomed us warmly and took us to our room. All staff were really professional and helpful. When we asked for a room upgrade with a sea view, Manu quickly arranged for one and Nadia made sure that we had a swift move. We had the best experience with staff at the hotel spa when we went for massage. Food was good and Pedro always served us drinks with a smile. We can not remember the names of all staff but we just want to say thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Looking forward to our next holiday with you 😍

Stayed at this hotel for a weekend during off season and absolutely impressed by the service and facilities! It was my partner and I's first time in Palma so took my time to research on hotels.. due to the good reviews I opted for Pure Salt - Garonda. We had a late check-in and was welcomed by Manu. He was very friendly, and told us all about the facilities and all opening times for the breakfast buffet and the spa. On top of this, he was very generous and upgraded us to a sea view room (which you can see from the photo) Hotel overall was very clean, and their home scent smells amazing. Breakfast buffet was superb— lots of options from hot food, cereals, bread and pastries, fruits, even cold cuts and cheese! Spa was amazing as well, came with a pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. Location is perfect. Literally an 8 minute drive from the airport and close to very good restaurants. Already looking forward to coming back and booking the same place. Kudos to the team behind Pure Salt Garonda! Will definitely recommend to our friends!

AMAZING. That’s how I would describe my stay at this hotel. It started being greeted by the director Jose who was in the lobby by the time we came in. He was very welcoming, kind, and friendly. After that, we were greeted by the staff at the reception, one of them being Silvia who was super kind too. The stay was just as lovely as the welcoming. I loved the spa area, we were treated like royalty by the girls at the spa. Big sauna, pools, steam room, etc. And to end our stay on a high, our last day we spent the evening at the welcoming party on the sky rooftop with ambiance music, free welcoming drink, food and a fantastic bar and dj. And last but not least, with a view of the sunset and bright moon on either side. Will definitely come back and recommend 100%

Amazing hotel in a perfect location! We had a wonderful stay at Pure Salt Garonda in Mallorca. The location is unbeatable – right on the beach and close to everything you need. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly welcome. Our absolute favorite spot was the rooftop terrace – perfect for sunbathing and sipping cocktails. It was usually quieter in the late afternoon, making it the ideal place to relax and unwind. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious – a great way to start the day. Special thanks to Matti at reception, who came to our rescue when we found a giant insect in our room. He handled it quickly and professionally – we were so relieved! Would definitely come back.

We loved this hotel! We were fortunate to spend our last day in Mallorca at Pure Salt. A special thanks to Ms. Lucia for her warm hospitality — we arrived early for check-in, but she greeted us with a welcome drink at the restaurant with a beautiful sea view. Our room had a lovely balcony and a stunning view of the sea. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options. The hotel is well maintained, and the rooms are modern and comfortable. We definitely recommend staying here — it’s absolutely worth it!
