We recently returned from our 2nd family stay here and can only say that it was a pleasure from start to finish , I think the highlight above everything else are the staff, from reception, bar staff , entertainment, room cleaning, they were all genuinely friendly people and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean by daily room service. The pool area is fantastic with kids and adults pool and the entertainment team work from morning to night with excellent pool activities such as aqua aerobics and pool bingo , then later in the evening kids disco , face painting etc and excellent shows for adults afterwards. Again the entertainment team are excellent and actually really seem to enjoy doing their job (are so nice to the kids ) which adds to the whole holiday magic. The poolside bar food is really good, both from the restaurant and the little VW van , we ate here most days . I honestly can not fault the prinsotel and look forward to returning again next year . Pros: Great location, right next to Cala Gran beach and the town center. Good entertainment for kids. Spacious, comfortable, and clean rooms. A large pool with reasonably warm water. Also, our little one absolutely loved the kids' pool and the shallow pool. We really enjoyed the Gustawo De La Cruz concert, other concerts were pretty good too. Cons: It was noisy on some nights. Since the inner courtyard is small, if guests who have been drinking decide to make some noise, you can hear everything until 11 PM. The soundproofing in the rooms is poor – one night I could even hear a person snoring above us. Another night was very peaceful and quiet, but a nearby hotel started a karaoke event that lasted until midnight. Of course, the hotel cannot be held responsible for this, but we still would have preferred a bit more peace and quiet.

Brilliant experience at Prinsotel Alba. I went with my wife, child, parents and in-laws. We had a great time. Rooms are cleaned well, daily. 5 or so beaches within walking distance. 0.2 miles from the main square/town/market area that consist of restaurants, pubs and other fun bits. No need for a car based on location. Great food on site at the hotel. One thing we noticed is that there is not one baby change area in the hotel. We have a one year old so had to be creative about where we changed him. Beautiful place and experience overall.

This is our fourth stay at Prinsotel Alba as a family of four, and after yet another wonderful holiday, I felt compelled to leave a review. We first visited in 2019 when our boys were much younger. They are now 13 and 11, and since that first trip we've been fortunate enough to stay in some of the world's most beautiful five-star hotels. Yet every time we sit down as a family to decide where we'd like to return to, Prinsotel Alba always wins the vote. There is something very special about this hotel. For us, it strikes the perfect balance. Location is spot on. A stones throw from one of the most beautiful little beaches. The hrounds are stunning with pops of colourful flowers everywhere snd exotic trees all maintaied daily.It's not too big and not too small. The pool area is spacious enough to accommodate everyone, even during peak season, while still feeling relaxed and welcoming. The separate baby and toddler pools make it ideal for families with younger children too. We always stay on a bed and breakfast basis because we love spending our evenings exploring the charming streets of Cala d'Or and enjoying the fantastic local restaurants nearby. The location simply couldn't be better. From the moment you arrive, the reception team make you feel welcome. The staff are genuinely friendly, helpful and incredibly professional. What impresses us most is that they remember faces year after year, making every return visit feel like coming home. The recent refurbishment looks fantastic and has given the hotel a fresh, modern feel while retaining the character we love. We even requested the same room we stayed in last year, and this was accommodated without any issue at all. Cleanliness throughout the hotel is exceptional, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the family room layout deserves special mention. Unlike many hotels that expect two growing children to share a pull-out sofa bed, Prinsotel Alba provides proper single beds, which makes a huge difference to comfort and quality of sleep for families like ours. What really sets this hotel apart is the atmosphere. It offers everything you want from a family holiday: a lively yet relaxed environment, great facilities, a fantastic animation team bringing fun, music and entertainment throughout the day, and all within a more intimate setting that never feels overcrowded or impersonal. Over the years, Prinsotel Alba has consistently delivered all the ingredients of a great family holiday: excellent accommodation, outstanding cleanliness, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great facilities, a fantastic location, a welcoming atmosphere and genuine value for money. One of the key reasons for this consistency, in our opinion, is the management team. Kiko, in particular, deserves special recognition. He has been here for as long as we can remember, as have several other members of staff. In an industry where staff turnover is often extremely high, that says a lot about both the people and the Prinsotel brand. Kiko is meticulous in everything he does. You can see his standards reflected in the team, the grounds, the guest experience and the overall operation of the hotel. In fact, last night we walked past Picco, one of the hotel's excellent restaurants (which is absolutely worth a visit), and noticed Kiko working in the kitchen. We later discovered he was due to be going for dinner himself but had stepped in to help because they were busy. That, to me, is true leadership—leading by example and never asking others to do something you're not willing to do yourself. We love discovering new destinations and will continue to explore the world as a family. However, there is one thing we know for certain: Prinsotel Alba will always hold a special place in our hearts and remain our family's favourite holiday hotel. Thank you to Kiko and the entire team for another fantastic stay. We cannot wait to return.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the staff at Prinsotel Alba. Due to unexpected medical reasons, I had to cancel my reservation. The hotel was incredibly understanding, helpful, and processed the cancellation without any issues. Such a human and professional approach is rare nowadays. Even though we couldn't stay this time, we will definitely book this hotel in the future. Highly recommended!
