My first trip here as a couple following 2 with my cycling club. It was interesting to experience in a different context with my wife ratger than 70 club members.
We travelled early March and discovered how out of season this is for Mallorca weather, ot was also the first week that the resort was open.
Maxi who heads customer servoce helped us get a room overlooking the nature reserve which was wonderful. At this time the resort is generally quiet and only feels crowded at certain meal times. There are more locals here than later in the season as it was a Spanish public holiday when we arrived. For cyclists Port Blue is amazing with onsite rental of road bikes and an entrance straight onto the seafront bike lane.
If you want seclusion, everything in one place and are happy not being adjacent to a town it is excellent. We were half board and the food is really good too.
There are busses to the towns of Port Polencia and Alcudia of which Alcudia has some history. You can also hire a car from Palma airport for the week for the price of the transfer both ways (€160 in March) so you can go further to places like Lluc and Soller.
The resort is friendly, a mix of mainly Germans, Spanish and Brits during our stay.
We used the spa which was fun and had good facilities.
I personally wouldnt want to B and B here, half board is very nice, the rooms / suites dont have any food prep facilities like a microwave.

Room fantastic, all very new. Restaurants and food are very good. Location hasn’t been explored yet but looks beautiful. We met Marta and she’s super friendly and great asset to the hotel. The shows and music are a good quality and well worth staying at the hotel for.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It has been far beyond my expectations and honestly feels like excellent value for what I paid.
First of all, the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Even when I am just walking around the hotel, whenever I meet an employee, they always smile and say hello. It really makes the whole experience feel warm and pleasant.
The hotel itself has everything I could ask for. There are two outdoor swimming pools, one indoor swimming pool, a huge spa, and free access to the spa facilities. The whole area is surrounded by beautiful flowers, which creates such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. My room is far away from the main pool, so it is also very quiet, which I really appreciate.
The beds are very comfortable, and the dinner is delicious. I also love the small details, such as the snacks and drinks in the minibar being free. The swimming pool opens as early as 7am, which is perfect for people who enjoy a quiet morning swim.
There are also many activities available, such as kayaking, SUP, and even dance tutorials at night. It feels like there is always something enjoyable to do, but at the same time the hotel still feels calm and relaxing.
addition cons:
good wifi, free parking.
Overall, this hotel is far beyond my expectations. The facilities, atmosphere, service, food, and activities are all excellent. I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic resort. Great facilities. Always things on, and loads of activities. Great pool, which is not crowded. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Short bus ride to the old town. Will return!

We’ve had a very pleasant stay at Portblue Club Pollentia. There are many things to do during summertime (starting from April) Pools, Activities, evening Shows. The à la carte Grill Restaurant by the big Pool is also only available during summer season, fyi. There is a gym and a very beautiful Spa with thermal bath and saunas, Turkish baths (costs ~20€/person and hour). Food had lots of variety and great Salads bar! Lots of fresh Seafood too. Animation Staff is very friendly and kind.actually all staff was very kind and helpful.
