Stayed for 4 days in the end of the February.
Advantages:
- the place has its own parking, which is a big plus since most of the hotels/apartments do not have it, and their parking is usually on the street, where your car can get robbed
- location is good, quite close to Palma and a big Mercadona is just 10 mins away + small restaurants nearby.
Disadvantages:
- the furniture in the rooms is very old. You still have to use old Teka fridges and electric stove. The furniture near the balcony is very old as well.
- We had ants in the room :) Imagine sitting on the sofa and then an ant is crawling onto you. Seems like they have a place inside the room for a long time, and the apartment stuff does nothing to get rid of them.
- The bathroom is very poorly planned. Huge tiles around the sink but the sink itself is constructed in a way that the water always gets on the floor. The shower is also very poorly made - whenever you take a shower, the door doesn't close tightly and the water is always on the floor. Finally, no ventilation.
- The kitchen is poorly planned. The area for cooking is too small - you cannot cook properly, since you just don't have enough space for that. No dishwasher. Finally, they don't even provide with a rag and sponge unless you ask yourself for these toolkits (no, the brush is not enough).
- The SPA in the apartments is just a joke. You have 4 extremely small pools, the overall area is maybe 100-200 squared meters (meaning that 4 pools are max 10x20 meters size) . The pool that is supposed to be "hot" is only warm, and the "warm" pool is quite cold. It's sure to say that in summer, the pool will be so crowded that you won't even fit in there. Hammam is very very cold and it barely generates the steam. It would be better if you could add at least some aroma.
- Pool outside is not working in winter. Just a reminder, neighboring hotels offered warm outside pools while we were staying, so it's a big minus.
- In summer, I don't know how people are supposed to swim in the sea, since the entrance to the sea is very rocky, the probability of slipping and cutting yourself is maximum, and the hotel has not equipped its beach in any way.
Overall, we payed 550 euros for 4 nights in winter. NO breakfast. The maximum for this is maybe 300-350. I don't know what the price is in summer, but it's definitely not worth it. Choose other hotels.

Superb family friendly hotel, with a complete breakfast buffet, but also the option to make a little snack in room, which came in handy traveling with two young kids. We stayed here in February and enjoyed the lovely amenities like the indoor pool, kids allowed from 12:00 to 16:00. Beach is also a 5 min stroll away, great play area included. Would love to return!

The Best Place I’ve Ever Stayed!
Upgrading to the Premium Apartment Sea View was absolutely worth the extra money. The view was breathtaking and made our stay even more special.
The food was amazing, and the staff were kind, helpful, and always welcoming. My family and I had a wonderfully relaxing stay and truly enjoyed every moment.
The Food in the area are also delicious well worth a try.

Staying at Ponent Mar Aparthotel while I got ready for my wedding was perfect. The large, well-equipped apartment provided a calm space with a stunning sea view and a comfortable terrace, perfect for unwinding in between wedding arrangements.
Having a private parking and a fully functional kitchenette was very convenient. I could enjoy a quick coffee or a simple meal at any hour.
The staff were exceptional: kind, professional, and always attentive.
My friends and their kids who stayed there too shared how much they enjoyed their time spent there.
Highly recommended for weddings, family trips, or romantic getaways. All over, it was a fantastic experience!

Amazing view with an unfortunate cockroach problem
We spent 12 days at this hotel.
The biggest advantage of the hotel is definitely the amazing view — probably the best view in Palmanova. The outdoor pool is very nice and large, there is also an indoor spa, and the breakfast is rich with a wide variety of dishes for every taste. The staff is polite, and the rooms are large and spacious.
However, there are also some negatives. The furniture in the room does not match the standards of a four-star hotel. The shower area in the bathroom is far too narrow and uncomfortable. The sink, shower, and faucets feel more like those in a two-star hotel. When you turn on the water, it splashes everywhere, and it is obvious that the hotel tried to save money in this area.
Still, all of this would have been acceptable if our stay had not been ruined by the presence of cockroaches. On the fourth night of our stay, I woke up because of a crawling noise. I got up in the dark, walked toward the kitchenette, turned on the light, and saw the biggest cockroach I have ever seen in my life. I managed to kill it, but the feeling was horrible. We wondered whether we should ask for another room, but we told ourselves that if there were cockroaches here, they were probably everywhere, and we tried to calm ourselves down thinking it might have been just bad luck.
A few days later, another one appeared — just as huge. It is obvious that the hotel has a serious cockroach problem, and I strongly recommend that they properly spray and treat the corridors and rooms and take real measures against this issue. This is the only reason why I would not recommend this hotel, and even though I would personally like to come back, this would stop me from doing so.
