This was our second stay at Ponent Mar, having previously visited in June 2025 and returning again in July 2026. Once again, we had a fantastic holiday and were delighted with our experience.
The hotel rooms are spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The views are absolutely exceptional. The SPA is also a wonderful bonus and the perfect place to relax.
All of the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly throughout our stay. The reception team were especially helpful whenever we needed assistance. A special shoutout to the entertainment duo, Julia and Joel (male and female), who were absolutely amazing. Their energy, enthusiasm, and friendliness made a real difference to our holiday. Waterpolo, Yoga, Archery, Children’s entertainment and more. So friendly!
The bar offers a great selection of drinks and snacks. My only small suggestion would be to extend the opening hours until midnight instead of closing at 11:00 pm.
Overall, I highly recommend Ponent Mar for both couples and families.

Unfortunately our stay at the Ponent Mar started off poorly and that impacted our overall experience. We booked a Superior Studio which is described as having "beautiful sea/pool views". This was not the case. The first room 417 - to view either the pool or the sea you had to be standing. The room has no direct access to the pool area. When we complained, we were told that the only other option at this level was room 315. This was below pool level - so no pool view. It does have a side sea view but the main outlook is the pool toilets. From then on the experience was spoiled.
Overall the hotel was ok, but 4*? I'm not convinced (only one iron in the whole hotel!. This was located in the laundry room, if you need it, you are taking everything there to use the iron). There are many comments about the staff being great, we found mainly the opposite. Perfunctory, average, mostly without smiling or any positive interaction. We returned every evening and passed reception without any receptionist lifting their head up from their screen to say good night.
As has been said before, the soundproofing is non existent. Once the maids start (08:00) and your neighbours are up - you're up.
This is definitely a family hotel, the main pool is a family pool (I have no issue with this if advertised). Great fun being had by kids of all ages and their parents all day long - noisy, and chaotic with activities delivered by the entertainment team during the day. There is a rooftop adult only area with shallow (0.8m) plunge pool. Great views but no swim option.
Location is at the end of the three coves, would imagine that there are good views - if you get a real sea view room.
Positives - excellent in room air con.

Ponent Mar, nope, lots of lovely hotels in the resort, we took the time to check them out so no mistakes next time.

Fantastic stay at Ponent Mar! Gioele and Giulia are absolute gold!We had an unforgettable holiday at Ponent Mar and can highly recommend it! While the property, rooms, and food were top-notch, what truly makes this place special is the people.The biggest applause goes to the animation team, especially Gioele and Giulia!They are incredible, energetic, and wonderful people who do an amazing job. Throughout the whole day, Gioele and Giulia made sure both kids and adults were having a blast, but they did it with great class and zero pushiness. The evening shows were pure professionalism. Thanks to their energy, they kept a smile on everyone's face non-stop!The entire hotel staff deserves a medal.From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by smiling, helpful people. The reception was super efficient, the waiters and bartenders were lightning-fast and always friendly, and the rooms were sparkling clean every single day. You can really tell that the whole team puts their heart into their work to make every guest feel special.Thank you Ponent Mar for the wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to everyone!

Beautiful modern apartment style hotel with amazing views! They have a nice pool with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. There is also access to the sea, but it is rocky instead of sandy. There are nearby beaches though. The rooms have a nice balcony and the view was overlooking the pool and the Balearic Sea. Parking was plentiful and free.

Staying at Ponent Mar Aparthotel while I got ready for my wedding was perfect. The large, well-equipped apartment provided a calm space with a stunning sea view and a comfortable terrace, perfect for unwinding in between wedding arrangements.
Having a private parking and a fully functional kitchenette was very convenient. I could enjoy a quick coffee or a simple meal at any hour.
The staff were exceptional: kind, professional, and always attentive.
My friends and their kids who stayed there too shared how much they enjoyed their time spent there.
Highly recommended for weddings, family trips, or romantic getaways. All over, it was a fantastic experience!
