From the moment we arrived until the end of our stay, we were very happy with everything. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and always willing to assist us. The hotel was clean, comfortable and very well maintained.
We especially enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, delicious food and wonderful atmosphere. There are plenty of activities and opportunities to enjoy quality time together as a family, while everyone can also find something they enjoy.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily come back again. If you are looking for a lovely and family-friendly hotel for a holiday, we definitely recommend this place! ❤️

Absolutely outstanding hotel. We were moved here due to renovations at our original hotel, and it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened.
The hotel itself is stunning, the food offers a fantastic selection, and our room felt like a little house so spacious, spotless, and with more storage than we could ever need.
The staff team is exceptional. Every single person works so hard and truly does the hotel proud. Their friendliness and professionalism made our stay even more special.
We would definitely recommend this hotel, and we will absolutely be returning.

first time coming to egypt and we picked hurghada,the pickalbatros aqua vista hotel was not dissapointing at all ,we stayed for 11 days in 5 double rooms.
first of all they have amazing staff they are the hotel without them there is no pickalbatros. despite working everyday from morning to night which must be very exhausting to them,they're very hardworking,hospitable and helpful.
this hotel is connected to 2 other hotels aqua blu and aqua park so you can freely use their facilities : the restaurants,the pools,the bars and the water slides ( i didn't get to enjoy it much because i was under the weight limit by a few kilos lol sucks)
-the rooms were clean and spacious,we booked double and got a triple room,the cleaner guy was very kind and did his work correctly.
-the food was good,it was varied,what i liked was that in breakfast you pick your ham or cheese and a kitchen worker freshly slices it for you. for lunch and dinner,there is a pasta station everything made in front of you,different meats everyday like salmon,beef,chicken,shrimp,fish and calamari you also have soups,gratins,salads and very yummy pizza and at night there is a place where only desserts are served,you find cakes,pastries and all that.
- for the pools ,there were many pools and they were also very big so you swim comfortably,only issue i had they're just too shallow if only there were some that were deeper but overall they were super clean and fun to swim in.
-as for the beach nothing can come close to the beauty of the red sea amazing waters,very salty but so great for swimming and the hotel had its own mini reef so there were so many fishes ,i had so much fun snorkeling there . also big shoutout to ahmed the lifeguard working there ,he was the absolute best !
you reach the beach with a bus that would come every 20-30 minutes only issue i had that it starts at 8am and stops at 6pm if only they can make it longer so we get to enjoy the beach more since it's not in our hotel but in the beach albatros ,so if we want to go to the beach early in the morning or late at night to chill it's sadly not possible.
-the hotel had an amusement park outside its enterance,it was so FUN and anyone can play,they had a mini ferris wheel,swing ride,carousel,bumper cars and they had a ride that spins you.
the hotel is oriented more towards families and kids and everyone is kind of already in a group of their own,there were either kids and teens or big adults so making friends my age wasn't possible but i would totally recommend this hotel,it is worth the money so book it and you won't regret it.

The service from staff is absolutely outstanding, 5 star! We've never received service this high quality anywhere else. The resort is extremely child and baby friendly. The swim up pool bar and wave pool we our favourite features. There was so much to do in this resort, from a number of amazing pools, foam parties, bubble parties, private beach and night time entertainment, as well as extras you can pay for. All inclusive here is amazing, great range of alcohol and soft drinks. Snack bar, ice cream bar and patisserie. The resort is beautiful, the staff work hard to keep it clean and tidy. We particularly liked how the resort isn't over crowded, it is easy to get a sun bed and a seat in the restaurants. We also like how the bars play football on the TV.
There isn't much room for improvement at this resort, it really was incredible. We would recommend better food hygiene though. Although the food was lovely and there was a great range, I did notice a chef handling money and food, touching raw egg and then food with the same gloves. I had a really bad stomach towards the end of the holiday which made it difficult to enjoy drinks and food. I also noticed flys on the food and plates a number of times. The view from our balcony was stunning! We did think our room was a bit rough around the edges and needed a bit of TLC with regards to furnishings and decoration.
We did get a photo shoot done by the photographer working at the resort. For just 5 pound a photo we thought this was great. We paid a 15 dolla deposit and offered a 5 dolla tip. The man who took the photos was lovely. However, I was extremely upset with how uncomfortable the man who takes payments and books these made me feel. He was clearly not happy that we did not want to buy over 100 photos, and we just wanted to select a few. He was very pushy and kept sighing rudely when I asked for only a certain few. He wouldn't let me select and pay for the few photos I wanted. Luckily my partner was able to help me out of a very uncomfortable situation. I do not recommend getting a photo shoot from this man!
Overall, this resort has been my favourite. Thank you to the staff for making our holiday extra special.
