We are currently staying at this hotel and have had a very enjoyable holiday so far. The animation team contributes enormously to the overall guest experience—I'd say they are responsible for 80% of the positive atmosphere here. Without this talented and versatile team, our holiday would not have been nearly as memorable.
Special thanks to Teresa, Fabio, Daniil, Jonathan, Rita, and many others for their enthusiasm and hard work. Our favorite bartender is Elena at the Coral Bar, who is always friendly, welcoming, and positive.
The food in the main restaurant is generally quite simple, but there are some highlights. I particularly enjoy the seafood paella-style dish prepared in the large pan (although it is unfortunately not available every day), as well as the fish and meat stews.
The reception staff are somewhat inconsistent—some are very helpful, while others are less so. However, the manager, Fabio, assisted us with several issues and was always friendly, professional, and attentive.
Our hotel room is comfortable and pleasant, although the bathroom is showing its age and could benefit from some refurbishment.
The surrounding area offers several excellent shopping centers where you can find almost everything you might need.
Overall, we are having a great holiday, thanks in large part to the wonderful staff who work so hard to make guests feel welcome.
Thanks to Fabio at Reception, who helped us on several occasions, and to the wonderful Animation Team, I am happy to give this resort 5 stars.

My stay at the hotel was really nice. The hotel has very nice sea view rooms which I bought. It’s facing the sea and the swimming pool. The hotel has a path leading to the sea front as well which is a nice walk. The food here is amazing, lots of different fishes for lunch and dinner everyday. I came here in January which is not the main season. So it’s not as busy but it’s quite nice in a way for me as I needed something quiet. Kudos to the internment team Teresa, Miguel who are very bubbly and friendly. They made us feel entertained and welcomed. Olena at the bar was very friendly serving drinks as well. Overall it’s a very nice place to stay. I’d highly recommend the place and would certainly consider coming back again

Booked this hotel at the last minute as our previously booked holiday fell through, so as such we hadn't done a huge amount of research. Feel like we've been so lucky as it's been such a great time and the hotel is excellent.
The hotel is modern, with good amenities (two outdoor pools and one indoor heated pool) and is so well positioned near the beach and with lovely walks down to the nature reserve and into Alvor.
The animation team have been excellent - although it is off season so the hotel is relatively quiet they are still enthusiastic and we have enjoyed an aqua gym class and evening entertainment.
All the staff are very friendly and polite, and overall the stay has been excellent so far.

We had a wonderful time with our 2 year old for a week at this hotel and want to thank all of the staff for their kindness and help in making this a special trip. We had a family room with a large bed and two single beds- very spacious and with a balcony with a gorgeous sea view. We really enjoyed sitting outside. Only issue with the room was that the cleaners didn't do a thorough job cleaning each day. Often things like tissues were not replenished and some things not washed or cleaned. The cleaner also got angry with us when we were in the room twice when they wanted to clean. As we have a young child we needed to go back and forth from the room sometimes.
The location of the hotel is lovely- beach is less than 10 minutes walk away and has beautiful sand with a scattering of shells which our son loved. Scenic views and very accessible boardwalk which takes you along the sea towards Alvor which is definitely worth a visit.
We found the range and availability of food and drinks very good overall. Some really nice vegetarian/vegan options in a 'veggie corner' section which was very helpful although often not many vegetarian salads. Desserts and fruit selection could be more varied. The indoor pool was great, perfect for our little one and he enjoyed the play areas too.
The staff all over the hotel were so friendly and our son really enjoyed the minidisco each night. Each of the entertainers made an effort to high five or hug our son and acknowledge him when they went past and this really made him feel at home at the hotel and brought a big smile on his face.
We are already talking about when we'd like to come back- it won't be our only visit!

Great for a little quiet respite from gloominess of UK weather in March. Very quiet though, 92 residents in hotel that has capacity for 1200 odd. So gotta bring your own vibes. Plus side to that is that pool, sauna and steam room never too busy and in the morning we had whole place to ourselves. Lots of lovely outdoor pools, which would really nice when summer rolls around.
Only on our 2nd day here but had a very entertaining day today with the animation team and they deserve a shout out! Jonathan and Miguel absolute jokers. Who knew Jenga and Petounc could be so competitive!
Ruben and Ines on reception super helpful in sorting out room mix up and giving us free upgrade, so we had more space.
