Great location with nice rooms. Our room had a rooftop with chairs and lounge chairs for tanning. One issue was the moldy bathroom- no ventilation caused black mold. We were sick with upper respiratory infections by day four. Pool was nice and there is poolside service with food and beverages. The breakfast buffet is included and there’s a nice variety of food. The buffet included made to order omelettes the buffet also included fresh fruit, pastries, potatoes, mimosas, juices, meats, cheeses, pancakes, and more. There’s a fitness center. There’s also a kids play area. There is a golf cart that can take you around the facility by request. If you need an airport shuttle, please schedule it in advance because it’s not readily available upon demand the boardwalk is within walking distance. There is a liquor store within walking distance. There are many places to eat nearby.

Absolutely brilliant beautiful place to stay🙌.
Location was the best being flat to walk to the beach and bars whereas all of the hotels in the area are up higher, climbing steps. Lovely two storey hotel with great swimming pool. Rooms lovely with air con and kept very clean. Service great polite helpful staff. Food ..amazing. And the views from the restaurant are to die for... overlooking Marina and Estuary...so many beautiful boats passing by. My husband was in his element. We would definitely recommend and will certainly be back. Thank you for making our stay so great.

Definitely not worth the 300 euro per night. First time in a 4 star hotel you have to pay extra for coffee capsules in your room.
The only good thing is the position; the structure is old, restaurants expensive, service terrible - people in reception are rude and don’t explain anything; messed up with the parking and we had also to pay extra.
If you have 300 euro per night to spend, please go somewhere else

Just arrived back from a fantastic stay - staff all lovely and especially the buggy drivers who were all brilliant with our son who is a handful (Gabriel especially, he’s missing him already!). I can’t understand the negative reviews, yes breakfast is a bit of a walk from the furthest block which we were in but it was beautiful and we managed it with two toddlers in under 5 minutes. Breakfast was an amazing spread and the ladies on the omelette station were lovely. Also the bald man with glasses at breakfast and the pool bar (sorry didn’t get his name) but he went above and beyond with the kids. Pool was big, the kids loved it and had the pick of sunbeds. 2 minutes walk to restaurants/bars and a small hill to the main town - we pushed a double buggy up every day so nothing to moan about!! The cleaning ladies were also lovely and went above and beyond. I honestly wouldn’t regard the negative reviews, I would go again in a heartbeat.
On a side note I would request if you found our sons sheep teddy in room 004 can we arrange to return it please?!
Thanks so much!!

Great location, but the whole place needs modernisation and cleaning. The pool bar is horrifically expensive and consistently bad for both food and drink.
The resort generally doesn't feel like a hotel, it feels like holiday apartments - amenities are disjointed and super minimal. In the 11 days we were there there was no entertainment, activities or events other than a DJ that came and played Deep House for about 2 hours (c.5pm - 7pm). He set up at the baby pool, it was all a bit strange and pointless.
One thing I did appreciate was how vigilant the staff were at removing towels from empty sunbeds. Even during the day they kept beds available, not just in the early morning.
It feels like this hotel opened maybe 15 years ago and the owners have focussed on recouping coats and not invested in it since its opening. It's now at the point it badly needs modernisation or it'll slip from a 4* to a 3* to a 2* very quickly. I don't believe the hotel deserves the 4* rating it currently has to be honest but with some work it could get back to being a 4* I'm sure.
Generally the staff were really good. There were a couple of folks who stood out as really and a few folks who stood out as being really bad but most were in the middle.
I'm not sure who I'd recommend this hotel to. Maybe those who like to keep to themselves and just want a room, a pool and breakfast buffet. It's definitely somewhere that encourages you to have your holiday outside the resort.
