I don't know who gave this hotel 4stars.
We booked a half bord and we were charged €2.95 for a 0.3e ml bottle of water during dinner and €3.60 for a glass bottle of cola. Where this ridiculous idea came from to charge people for such a basic think like water during a meal in a 4* hotel? I get it in a restaurant but this supposed to be half bord!!!
When I asked about that in reception, girl didn't know what to say.
We were on many Spanish holidays and it's a first time we didn't get a bottle of water delivered to our room every day and we had to pay for drinks during the meal in a 4* hotel... Who the hell give it to them.
The room on its own was ok... We were lucky to have a room on 4th floor with a proper view BUT... If you provide the kettle, why don't you give a cups to make the tea? I won't mention that tea on its own wasn't provided also. You want to know more hilarious things? There is a coffe machine. But you have to pay extra for each coffe pod you use.
Advertising 2 swimming pools. Rooftop and indoor.... But there is no information that you have to pay for the indoor swimming and that children are not allowed there. Rooftop pool... I had seen bigger jacuzzi than this what is there. Stating that swimming pool is desinfected every day after closing... What about cleaning the tiles and the ladder... They were so slimy that my husband slipped and fell from the ladder right to 1.1 meter deep pool.

Had a great time here and my beach view room was not only quiet but spacious and kept very clean by some very pleasant and friendly room service staff. In fact all the staff at this hotel were amazingly helpful and friendly with good morning greetings and even help with my spanish pronunciation in the downstairs bar. With a wide range of good food at breakfast and dinner there was always something for everyone and the lunchtime menu in the bar restaurant was ideal and well priced.
I would definitely stay here again aswell as use the spa again . A very relaxing and peaceful holiday.

Somewhat dated rooms and looks like a big lottery what "room with balcony" means, we received a seemingly refurbished room with big balcony and sea view but it had bad smell. After some hmm-hmm we got another one, smaller room in the building 2, tiny balcony, view in the neighbors' living room, reception claims they are the same category. Apart from this the hotel is clean and the service personnel is polite and effective. The hotel is wedged between two parallel streets with apartments on both sides, became pretty noisy on Friday evening and generally there's noise from traffic. Under the balconies in bldg 2 they're deliveries and garbage trucks, etc from the early hours. Lucky with the weather in early April, 25 degrees for the whole week but no AC available at this time of the year hence the balcony had to be open all the time, did not have one decent night of sleep.
Food is OK, breakfast is pretty much the same all the time with little variation. Dinner there are always sallads, veggies, some kind of chicken, beef, pork, pasta, but no themed nights during our stay. Kind of boring from my perspective. I booked as a package holiday and for a little extra I could've got a better hotel option. Maybe value for the money if booked separately, don't know. I won't consider this hotel again.

I just came back from a lovely week in C’an Pastilla. It was my third visit there, different hotel each time – still trying to find my favourite. Unfortunately, Nautic is not the one either, but there is a lot of positive to say about this hotel.
First of all, the location. C’an Pastilla has two beaches, and from the Nautic you have about 200 meter walking distance from hotel door until you’ll have your feet in the water on both beaches. Would recommend the Platja d’Or, the large one, quite shallow but so clean and lovely sandy beach. Right outside the hotel you have two restaurants, the Vermutería Despechá and Restaurante Nougés, both of which were really good options for both lunch and dinner. Marias supermarket is a few steps away from the square.
As a solo traveller, I’m used to small hotel rooms, and I did get a small room this time also, but I would not call it a single room. The bed was a queen, very hard mattress, pillows ok. The bathroom was absolutely “nautical”, it is one of the smallest bathrooms I have ever seen, and the shower was tiny. To persons in this hotel room would have been too cramped. The AC was so effective that I had to turn it off in the middle of the night because I was cold.
I did win the balcony lottery! I chose not to pay for sea view or anything like that, so I was a bit worried, reading reviews. My balcony was large, on the west side of the building, with street view. Nothing special to look at, but I like to sit in the shadow and read a book, so I was happy. A bit noisy from the airplanes, but no surprise as the hotel is only 5 min away from the airport. I had direct sunshine on my balcony from circa 17 to 20 (mid-June), and that was enough for me. My balcony was larger than the sea view/side sea view balconies, and I did not se anyone use them in daytime, probably too hot to sit there. The worst option was the unfortunate ones to have a kind of courtyard view, they starred directly into a wall or a neighbour on the opposite side, way too close. This would have been a nightmare for me, so if I dare to book this hotel again, I will be afraid of losing the lottery next time.
I went half board, which is convenient but also boring after a while. Breakfast was very busy and a bit stressful, too many people – dinner a lot less crowded. At breakfast the food was the same every day, I wish it could have been more varied especially when it comes to bread, pastries, and fruit/vegetables. Dinner was overall tasty and homemade, but too much fish for my liking. Coffee tasted good from the machines, but these were turned off at dinnertime, why? I like coffee with my dessert, it consisted mainly of cakes. I did try the outside lounge bar by the entrance, friendly staff and lovely drinks.
The hotel has a spa, which I did not use. Hotel guests pay 15 euro for two hours and you must book in advance. On the rooftop floor the are sunbeds and parasols, and a bar. I can appreciate a decent pool; this one was tiny and did not tempt me. (The pictures of a pool with massage jets is the pool in the spa ) The roof was very hot and the area smelled urine from the toilets. I did not spend much time there because of that.

Nice clean hotel that I would come back to but I would choose a better room, especially with a view, our room was a economy room on the first floor at the back of the hotel. We had breakfast here which was plentiful with good variety of cereals, fruit and hot counter. Check in and out was very efficient 👍
