I spent almost a week at this hotel and had a truly wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their kindness and attentiveness really stood out and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The food was excellent, with a great and varied selection every day. There was always plenty to choose from, and everything was fresh and very well prepared.
The rooms were spotless throughout my stay. Housekeeping clearly does a fantastic job, and everything felt very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The location of the hotel is also very good, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surrounding area.
Overall, my stay could not have gone better. I had a fantastic time and felt very well taken care of. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, especially because of the outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. A great place to stay.

This is a great hotel with the perfect location on the beach. We loved our stay here. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, the wait staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious with tremendous variety, and the housekeeping staff was delightful. A special shout out to Verena, Lola and Gustavo who upon realizing we were leaving the hotel late that day offered us showers in the spa after returning from the pool and before going to the airport to catch our plane. That’s the over the top service that sets this hotel above and apart from the others. We’ll be back.

Very nice hotel…..if you’re OK with the weak air conditioning.
We stayed here for 5 days and mostly enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice. We got free breakfast with our room and the buffet was excellent. Rooms were large and modern. The hotel has an excellent pool deck with loungers and a small bar with reasonably priced drinks. The pool deck had a few “cabana” type loungers for rent for the day, but for 80 euros! Crazy. They all sat empty the entire time we were there. Too bad they weren’t more reasonably priced as we wanted to rent them but not at that price! Towel rentals too were high priced at the hotel. It was cheaper to walk one minute away and buy beach towels at the local shop right next door. Not sure why hotels do that : (
Location is excellent right across the beach with tons of activity, restaurants, bars, beer halls, clubs, within walking distance. Free street parking is available if you have a car. You have to hunt for a spot, especially at night, but we always found parking within a few blocks of the hotel.
My biggest beef with the hotel…..the air conditioning in the room. Despite having the air conditioning on high the entire stay, the room never got below 21.5C at BEST and most of the time around 22-22.5C. If you opened the slider and warm air came in from the outside or you took a warm shower (no shower door or curtain), the room would get hot and humid and would take a couple of hours to cool again. We asked for maintenance and requested a different room but were told that’s just way the air conditioning is at this hotel. So at night when we slept we found the room stuffy, but I also realize many Europeans are accustomed to those temperatures in their homes so maybe it’s us.
Anyway, very nice hotel outside of that complaint.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Checked in at 9:40pm straight from the airport, was given a drinks and food voucher for money off at the restaurant and bar, went to sit on the terrace at 10:29pm was told it was closed even though I asked the reception what time bar was open until - 12, other people were on the terrace so we got up and walked around the block, bought a bottle of water and my husband got a protein shake, the. Walked back and decided we would try to get a drink before bed, it was literally 11:50pm at this point, sat at a table - still lots of drinking customers around, told again by same waitress they are now closed so we just laughed and said bedtime then! Walked through double doors back to hotel, to be stopped a jumped up little security guard with small man syndrome(my husband is a big fit guy) to be told we cannot take drinks into the hotel?!!! By which he meant the bottle of sealed water from the supermarket and shake?!! What a joke, by now I was fuming so went straight to reception whilst my husband was still having to defend his water! I told them I’d have a refund and go elsewhere this place is a joke!!
Surrounding area is like jumanji full of walking dead all off their heads! - I mean it when I say DO NOT WASTE UPIR MONEY! You can’t walk 10ft with light a Polish trying to sell you something to make you like the walking dead!!

Very good see view and warm staff. The only issue was cleanliness of the rooms. The glass shield in terrace was so dirty that made it hard to enjoy the see view. In addition, in our three days of stay, they didn’t wash the tee cups, which they had provided for us!! The restaurant was perfect and I enjoyed the clean pool. They served a champagne bottle as the welcome drink which was so nice.
