Hotel Mercure was really nice to spend vacation there. The staff was really helpfull and always nice to me. Especially Hesham at the beach bar. The rooms was also clean every day and we had after whole day nice present. Animals from towels and flowers. It was nice touch to the whole presentation from the hotel staff. The beach was really beautifully. There was also some coral reefs for good snorchling. Food was good but for me lacking more sea food.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our vacation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location by the sea was perfect, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. A very special thank you to Harby for the exceptional help and support during our situation. One of the best holiday experiences ever with the biggest value being the staff. From the reception to the kitchen staff and waiters everyone is professional, helpful and very warm, ensuring you have a wonderful experience. The food is fantastic and with a lots of variety to choose from. The beach is well organized, clean and with tons of activities - yoga, aquabick, snorkeling, diving…everything you can imagine a luxury All Inclusive resort offers. It is also near to the airport (15-minute drive) but you do not notice the airplanes coming and going. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming again next year.

For us was probably the best hotel we stayed in Hurghada. We have been to 4 other resorts. What we like the was that it's was quiet and chill. Not the regular resorts with a lot of noise. The buildings are nice and create the feeling of a small villa. Also was the first hotel that the staff was not begging for tips, everyone did their job without expecting anything. Off course I still left some tips. The rooms were not new but OK maintained and we're clean, A worked fine. The food was ok could have had more options, but they seam to have good hygiene regarding food. Very important for us forgneirs that get easily stomach pains and diarrhea. The pasta station was the saver for us. At least the red saurce was tasting like tomato and not something from the can. The beach was nice, shallow entry and good for kids. Also there was entertainment every day and evenings and the girls who organized them where very friendly. We would stay again at Mercure Hotel, I just hope they don't make it to expensive after the full renovations and change it to Movenpick.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The whole resort area was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The buffet was absolutely delicious with a great variety of fresh and tasty food every day. A special highlight was the animation team — they were always friendly, energetic, and made the atmosphere so much fun. Especially CJ deserves a special mention for being incredibly fun, kind, and enjoyable to hang out with. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday!
