It was truly a wonderful experience. I spent my holiday at the Mercure Hotel. The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic, and the rooms overlooked the sea directly. The food was good, and the service was excellent. All the staff were always smiling and helpful. The staff at the Azure Bar were also very friendly and served delicious cocktails. I look forward to returning again soon.

It is a beautiful location, stunning with all amenities and cleanliness! The food is excellent as a vegan there a various options, even glutenfree bread was available for me and soy milk, the chef and all staff are very kind and makes every guest feel welcome. The beach is clean, water clear and a beautiful coral reef. My room was upgraded to sea view roomand the bed is very comfortable, XXL towels are amazing! It is not that massive big thank other Hotels around, just perfect size to know other guests within a few days. There is a daily animation program for everyone. 100% I will come back. :)

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel and want to give a special shout-out to the animation team. Kader (Animation team) and Fifa (Kids Club) were absolutely fantastic — extremely friendly, respectful, and full of positive energy. They truly made us feel welcome and encouraged us to join the activities in such a natural and fun way. Of course, the entire animation team deserves credit — everyone was great.
The hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The food really surprised us: delicious, well-seasoned, and offering a great variety of local dishes. The rooms were also much better than we expected — not ultra modern, but very comfortable and well maintained.
Another great advantage is the convenience of having a pharmacy and several shops right inside the hotel, which makes everything much easier, especially for families.
We stayed as two adults and two small children, and we can definitely recommend this hotel for families. It is safe, comfortable, and full of activities for all ages.
We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back — and next time, we’ll bring more people with us! Highly recommended.

My overall experience at the hotel was truly nice, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The atmosphere was pleasant, and most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and supportive, which made our honeymoon special and memorable. My husband and I stayed for 15 days, and overall we felt comfortable and well taken care of.
I would like to start by thanking the reception team, especially Mr. Omar Gouda. He was very professional, always smiling, and extremely welcoming. The check-in process was handled smoothly and very quickly, which gave us a great first impression from the moment we arrived.
Regarding Food & Beverage, I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Hamada Azzo, who is a very good manager and clearly does his best to ensure guest satisfaction. His presence and attitude made a positive difference, and it was clear that he genuinely tries to make every guest happy.
The teams at the Italian Restaurant and Oriental Restaurant were also excellent. The staff were kind, attentive, and very helpful, especially Mr. Abdelatief, Omar, Mohamed, and Samir. Their service was always polite and friendly, and they made dining a pleasant experience.
A very special thank you goes to the chefs. Chef Mahmoud Suleiman, the Italian chef, delivered great quality and taste, and Chef Abdelmohaymen, the Oriental chef, also did an excellent job. The effort and care put into the food were appreciated, and it showed clearly in the overall dining experience. Special thanks as well to the chef who prepared the bread.
I would also like to thank the Animation Team, especially Saif, for the positive energy and enjoyable activities. Their friendliness and effort added a great atmosphere to the stay.
Housekeeping service was another strong point. The housekeeping staff member assigned to us was very kind, respectful, and professional, always ensuring the room was clean and comfortable. I would also like to thank Shaban from dry cleaning for his helpfulness and good service.
The only feedback I would like to share for improvement relates to the sales representatives for the spa, safari, and activity services (Fun & Fly). During our entire 15-day stay, they approached almost every umbrella and guest around us but never approached my husband and me. As Egyptians, this made us feel unintentionally excluded. I am not complaining—this is purely constructive feedback—but I believe these sales staff should be better supervised to ensure equal and respectful treatment for all guests, regardless of nationality.
In addition, while the overall food experience was good, the poolside snacks could be improved, and sometimes the buffet could be more flavorful.
In conclusion, our stay was enjoyable, and many staff members truly deserve recognition for their professionalism, kindness, and hard work. With a bit more attention to equality in guest interaction and minor food improvements, this hotel can deliver an even better experience.
