This one in Palma - Mallorca was just a great experience. Every employee that me and my wife encountered, was so helpful and kind.
Shelli, Helena, Waleria, Rosana and the other girls from “The Level”, the made , that took care of my room, the other one that gave us chocolates every night (sorry if I did not catch up your names) were so dedicated.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect New Year’s Stay in Palma!
We spent an unforgettable week here for New Year 2026, and it was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish!
The hotel is ideally situated on the Paseo Marítimo, right across from the beautiful Marina. It’s a great base for exploring—just a 10–15 minute stroll to the city center in one direction, and a quick 10-minute walk to a major shopping mall in the other. Plus, having a taxi rank right outside made getting around so easy for longer journeys!
The hotel itself is stunning. We loved the huge, welcoming lobby and the modern, super-comfortable rooms. Whether you want to relax in the spa, lounge by the pool, or enjoy a great meal at their restaurants, they have everything you need.
The highlight of our trip was their incredible World-Class Service. We were lucky enough to be looked after by Boni at reception. She was absolutely wonderful—always smiling, helpful, attentive, and full of great local advice. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay remarkable.
We can’t recommend this property enough and look forward to coming back soon!

Very nice hotel with great view, we enjoyed our stay.
It was great to relax at the level lounge after a long day of exploring. We also had a good time at the spa, the gym and the restaurant :)

we had 2 night stay with our baby couple days ago we had couple issues
1.beds are like concrete
2.tv did not work
3.shower was freezing no heat
4.Reception was so ignorant when checking in..
5.purchased 2 cocktails for €26 at the pool the person that made them didn't no how to he messed them.up and charged us for mixtures of random drinks we just left the drinks could not be drank
Also trying to charge €20 to use the indoor swim pool crazy
We mentioned the issue at reception we were told they would call the room and let us know the out come no call staff at reception were very rude look down on people
Never ever again would I stay here we paid decent money and got this service at most this hotel is 3 star 🌟

Lovely friendly staff, beautiful hotel with lovely clean rooms with a minibar, snacks and all other amenities you need.
Staff are very helpful with anything that you need and any questions you may have.
The Spa is a fantastic bonus for a bit of pampering time and there's even a gym if you didn't want to skip a workout session , although I didnt mind skipping mine 😝
Situated by and overlooking the Marina it's a great location with wonderful views from the sea facing rooms and lots of nearby walks with a footpath and cycle path just by the front of the hotel.
I stayed here one night in November and my stay was amazing from start to finish.
The food is divine with lots of choice on the menu.
I would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone.
I had a brilliant stay and can't wait to return.
