Beautiful rooms with everything you need. Clean and tidy.
The service was amazing, with a very friendly attitude. The best part was the breakfast - a buffet with fresh fruits and veggies, plus a variety of breakfast options. The best buffet I have tried!
The location is also super convenient - 10 min away from the cathedral, with public transportation just in front of the hotel.
You can also rent bikes at the hotel (the black ones - you can ride everywhere and pause your ride anywhere, but you must return the bike to the hotel to end your ride).
Recommend!
*The room we booked was beautiful, but the bathroom and toilet are not in a separate room - it is an open space. The toilet itself can be closed with a wooden door, but it is not noise-canceling, so if you are worried about “privacy” while doing your job in the morning, you might better choose a different room type 😉

My wife and I have just finished a week of rest at the Meliá Palma Bay, staying in room 724, part of the The Level service. In a few words: an experience that truly makes a difference.
From the very first moment, everything worked just as we hoped for a calm and pleasant vacation. The online check-in was incredibly fast and, upon arrival, we were able to access the room immediately. And what a room: bright, modern, with a very pleasant style and a privileged view toward the seventh‑floor terrace, where the pool is also located. A fantastic surprise to start the trip.
Right after settling in, we went to discover the The Level Lounge. Here I want to highlight the warm and professional attention of Dominique. Thanks to her, our first impression of the Lounge was perfect: a beautiful space with direct views of the bay from the third floor, and a selection of drinks and snacks that invites you to relax and disconnect.
During the following days, I used the gym to maintain my morning routine, and it worked perfectly for that. It’s also worth mentioning the kindness of the housekeeping staff—always attentive and keeping our room impeccable. Those little details are really appreciated when you’re on holiday.
I was also lucky to enjoy the outdoor pool right in front of our room on the first sunny day. A wonderful bonus, because the following day it was closed for the end of the season.
The Lounge became our little daily refuge: a calm atmosphere, good light gastronomy, and excellent service. Every time Erinzom attended us, his warm and joyful Latin energy made us smile. These are the small moments that stay with you.
Beyond the hotel, we often went for walks around the Portixol area, just a few steps away—ideal for enjoying the sea and the sun. Luckily, almost the entire week came with perfect weather.
The departure was also seamless thanks to the online checkout, just as practical as the arrival.
In summary, our week at The Level in Meliá Palma Bay was relaxed, pleasant, and full of good moments. A premium service that delivered everything it promised.

The room and the bathroom was massive and awesome. I loved the bathtub and the fact that you can see it from the bedroom and vice versa. They upgraded me from city view to sea view without me even asking for it. I felt very welcomed and cuddled just for that. The hotel was right in front of the bus stop from the airport and 5 minutes walk from one of the beaches. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. They gave me a room on the same floor of the swimming pool, so it was easy access for me. The swimming pool opens at 9am, and went there right after breakfast, and the view was unbelievable, the patio was clean and well-maintained, with a bar that serves drinks and food. The restaurant for the breakfast in the morning is in pure morning sunlight, and I loved it. The food was fresh and varied. Unfortunately, I only stayed one night, but I would like to come back and stay longer to enjoy the hotel more, maybe even with my partner and/or friends, and definitely use the spa and/or the gym. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. They also offered me to use the swimming pool after my check out, which I though it was very thoughtful. 5 stars and more well deserved them.

Great breakfast, lovely reception but the rooms have no bathroom door and the climate control is lacking. All in all a good place but lacks some amenities in the rooms which get hot at night which makes it hard to sleep.

The location is not too bad (everything is very accessible by taxi). Our main gripe with the hotel is as follows: the breakfast is terrible and there are a huge number of hidden costs. For example, we were charged 5 euros when we asked for the waitstaff to deliver a knife and fork to our room. The hotel is reasonably priced at a headline level, it is when you start looking at all of the additional charges. Even simple things like asking for them to call a taxi at x time is not something they can do.
