Great Hotel for families.
The staff across the entire hotel were great and work extremely hard. Despite this they remain happy and welcoming.
The Kids loved the evening entertainment.
Food was decent enough, lots of options so easy to find something you will like.
Very limited storage in the rooms.
Our shower door leaked so every shower resulted in a flooded bathroom.
Air conditioning did not work however it was cool enough at night for it not to be an issue.
Very close to cala ferrera beach which was very nice.

Honest review for families:
I'll preface this review by saying that this is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at with the children.
Pools: 4 (including splash pool)
Food: varied with good choice, well presented, and mostly tasty. Food times were also very accomodating. Canteen was clean, and staff were very attentive.
Entertainment: from small pool side activities, to big performances in the evening. The kids and adults alike will be entertained.
Rooms: we were fortunate enough to have a ground floor room, but be warned there are up to three or four flights of stairs in for others. The rooms themselves were adequate, could have been cleaner and the mattresses need updating as they're all sunken. Also disappointingly our room was only cleaned once during our 7 day stay.
Staff: the staff are brilliant, they really make the atmosphere. They're all so hard working and jolly and they really deserve praise. This includes, entertainers bar staff, waiters and waitresses and so on.
Overall 4.5/5. Would recommend.

We’ve just returned from a 5 night stay at the hotel and had a generally mixed experience, with some real highlights alongside a few areas that could be improved.
Firstly, I want to mention Anna, who really stood out for her excellent customer service. She was approachable, proactive, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived early at 9am, we weren’t able to access our room until around 4pm, which was a little challenging with a young baby. However, Anna stepped in and did her best to resolve things, which we really appreciated.
Our room itself was lovely, spacious and comfortable, although it was a bit of a walk from the main pool areas. We did experience an issue with ants, but once again Anna responded quickly and arranged for someone to deal with it. We also had a separate issue where there was no running water in our room at one point, which was inconvenient, and we did have to call reception to resolve it.
Housekeeping was generally okay, although there were a few occasions where the bedding felt slightly damp. There were also a couple of occasions where the room smelled quite strongly of bleach after cleaning, which was a bit overpowering at times.
The location of the hotel is fantastic and definitely one of its strongest points. It is well situated, and the staff were helpful when it came to giving directions or arranging taxis, which made getting around very easy.
Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment for us was the food. There was very little variation from day to day, and it often felt like the same meals were being repeated. The food itself was not very nice, quite bland and lacking in quality. Labelling was unclear too, dishes such as “chicken curry” did not explain what was actually in them, which could be difficult for anyone with allergies or dietary requirements. The all inclusive option was worthwhile for the drinks, but that is about it, the food really let it down.
The dining experience overall also raised some concerns. Staff did not seem particularly attentive, and tables were not cleared very quickly. On our last day, we walked past the restaurant and saw a tray of ham left uncovered outside in the heat, which had clearly been sitting there for some time. This did not give a good impression in terms of food safety or freshness.
On a positive note, the hotel did provide a thoughtful gesture for my birthday, which was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated.
Overall, while there were some enjoyable aspects to our stay, particularly the service from Anna and the great location, we would not rush back for another all inclusive stay. That said, we might consider returning on a different basis, given the location.

No sure what to say on this one.. after following reviews we were all buzzing but it’s just another budget 3star hotel. Rooms decent staff are all class especially the activity staff. But the food is terrible. I eat anything and my wife is veggie and both options are terrible. Breakfast ain’t to bad but lunch and evening food are terrible. Snack bar up at the splash pool is ridiculous. Had to complain about it not been lettered feeling you what’s what and my wife eating fish. So they have now changed it. But the deletion of food is terrible.
Drinks are decent I drink grey good so there is thag option there which is $7 and Smirnoff and bicardi on all inclusive
Pools are all cool but absolutely freezing so if you have a kid like mine which don’t like cold water then this is not the place for you. Maybe time if year.
Rooms are all decent with smart tele but no air con till summer which is tough to sleep in.

Beautiful, relaxed hotel with a nice clientele, lovely location (tucked away from the centre but still walking distance) and friendly staff. The hotel may be 4 star but the service is 5 star. We are vegan and on the first day, food was a struggle, and the chefs english wasnt great (my spanish was no better), so we talked to reception - Aline (assistant manager) was outstanding. Took ownership of the issue, sorted meals and desserts for us and spoke to us every day to get feedback and prep the next days food. She even made sure everything went smoothly on her day off. I have worked at various levels of management in customer facing and hospitality and have never come across anyone as customer focussed, professional and well prepared as Aline. She is a massive asset to the Marsenses Brand and should be given her own resort to manage at some point. Had we not met Aline, I doubt our review would have been as favourable. The best service we have recieved in 15+ years of holidaying. Outstanding.
