A wonderful family vacation!
Going to the Marins Playa Hotel proved to be a hit for our entire family. The hotel is extremely child-friendly - huge applause for mini disco in the evening and performances that made our children not bored for a moment. There were also pools outside and inside the hotel.
For parents, it was also a real rest. The rooms are very well quiet and clean, and on the fifth floor, there was a special spa for people from 16 years old. The breakfasts were delicious, and the menu included a lot of options for children, for example: pancakes, cereals, toasted breads and the like. The staff deserves a medal for their patience and cordiality. Waiters collected the remaining dishes from the tables. The location has great views, where there is a beautiful sea right from the hotel. The parking lot was a little worse, but after a while we managed to find a parking space.
I highly recommend this place for a family holiday!

Probably the loudest hotel I have ever been to. The rooms have paper thin walls. You hear everything.
Breakfast is alright, but quality also matches the price, which taken into account, makes it decent.
The service people are very friendly although we had a clogged shower which was fixed. They just forgot to clean afterwards, leaving a huge pile of black hair on the floor. Not fantastic.
I guess for the price it’s okay but the noise level is next level.
We will unfortunately it come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Marin Suites. One thing to note is that the hotel is split into two parts, but it’s not clearly communicated that the check-in desk is at Marin Playa even for guests staying at the adults-only Marin Suites.
Marin Playa is more suited for families and pensioners, while Marin Suites feels more tailored to couples or families with older children.
We stayed at MARIN SUITES:
The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortably decorated. It had a clean and neat design, with a simple aesthetic that I really appreciated. The small details like the rattan sideboards added warmth, and the wooden living area table was clearly of very high quality.
The bed was exceptional; the mattress felt like sleeping on a cloud, and I had a very relaxing and restful sleep. The hanging lampshade also added a lovely, cozy touch to the room.
For the price, however, I would have appreciated a few extra amenities such as slippers, a comb, a razor, and maybe a shower cap. These small details would have made the stay feel even more welcoming.
The terrace was large and enjoyable, but I did miss having something like a rack or hanger to dry wet towels or swimwear.
A nice touch was the bathrobes placed on the bed it’s a small detail, but it made a noticeable difference and felt very thoughtful.
The welcome area at the entrance immediately gives you a warm, vacation-like feeling, which sets a great first impression.
Although we stayed on the ground floor and would have preferred a higher level, we still had a beautiful view. One advantage was that we were among the first to access the breakfast buffet.
The breakfast area was beautifully set up near the pool. There was a great selection of juices, infused water with ginger and lemon, as well as tea and coffee options.
The bread was especially delicious freshly made and still warm with a wide variety ranging from sweet pastries to fruits and vegetables. Around the corner, there were also warm dishes, including different egg options and waffles.
All in all, it was a wonderful hotel experience and I would definitely recommend it.

Hotel was wonderful and well worth a 5 star review.
Only feedback is that we didn’t have a great experience with the taxi company that the hotel uses for airport transfers - the cars were small for 4-person transfers, the drivers were not very helpful (e.g., parking in the middle of the street and unloading bags onto the centre of the street, at night) and the quality of driving was poor (going fast around corners, accelerating and braking rapidly etc).

Good hotel overall. Very German focused. Entertainment mostly in German so great if you speak the language. Had an issue with our room and they wanted me to pay to move rooms (when it was a H&S issue) which was disappointing. Didn’t get a lot of info on check in, other than food hall timings, so by end of our stay we were just discovering things (bike hire, mini golf, games room!). Location good - 10 min walk to centre of shops etc. Kids mini disco on late 8:30-9. Main entertainment 9:30-10/10:30ish. Too late for our 4yo really. Clean hotel though and good pools. Went end of august so wasn’t overly busy which was nice. Room cleaned daily and cleaners lovely!
